Abstract
The invention discloses a handheld electric grounding wire mounting and dismounting device which comprises a motor module, a speed reducing module, a torque adjusting module and an interface module, wherein the motor module is used for realizing electric rotation of an operating rod when a grounding wire is mounted and dismounted; wherein: the output rotating shaft of the motor module is connected with the input shaft hole of the speed reducing module through a lantern ring; the output rotating shaft of the speed reducing module is connected with the input rotating shaft of the torque adjusting module through a coupler; the output rotating shaft of the torque adjusting module is connected with the central rotating shaft of the interface module through a coupler; the interface module is used for clamping the operating rod and driving the operating rod to rotate. According to the invention, through the matching of the modules, the temporary grounding wire is assembled and disassembled electrically, the manual rotation of the operating rod is not needed, and the efficiency and the installation reliability are effectively improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power equipment, in particular to a handheld electric assembly and disassembly grounding wire device.
Background
At present, when an operator installs and removes the temporary grounding wire, the operator needs to wear insulating gloves and manually rotate an operation rod of the temporary grounding wire. The process utilizes the hand holding force to generate friction force on the operating rod, and meanwhile, the manual rotation is carried out by overcoming the tension of the insulating gloves so as to complete the assembly and disassembly of the temporary grounding wire. Because insulating gloves are thicker, hardness is higher, and earthing for work line operation stick is the cylinder, so the easy slippage of operation stick, greatly increased operating personnel's intensity of labour, too much consume its energy, man-machine work efficiency is low, may lead to the not firm problem of earthing for work line installation, influences personal safety.
In the prior art, the chinese patent publication CN112038798A discloses a system and a method for mounting and dismounting a ground wire in 2020, 12 months and 04 days, wherein the system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle with a camera; a telescopic assembly mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle; the metal hook is detachably connected to the telescopic assembly and can be driven by the telescopic assembly to move, and the metal hook is connected with a grounding wire; the automatic tightening device penetrates through one end of the metal hook and can clamp a lead with the other end of the metal hook, and the lead is conducted with the grounding wire through the metal hook; the remote control device with the display screen is configured to remotely control the actions of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the telescopic assembly and the automatic tightening device and receive image information shot by the camera. Although the scheme reduces the risk of the grounding wire of the maintainer to a certain extent, the problems that the man-machine efficacy of mounting and dismounting the temporary grounding wire is low and the mounting is not firm due to the fact that the temporary grounding wire needs to be manually rotated to be mounted and dismounted cannot be solved, and therefore a handheld electric grounding wire mounting and dismounting device is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a handheld electric grounding wire mounting and dismounting device, which aims to solve the problems that mounting and dismounting are low in man-machine effect and not firm in mounting due to the fact that an operating rod needs to be manually rotated when a temporary grounding wire is mounted and dismounted in the prior art.
The primary objective of the present invention is to solve the above technical problems, and the technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
a handheld electric grounding wire mounting and dismounting device comprises a motor module, a speed reduction module, a torque adjusting module and an interface module, and is used for realizing electric rotation of an operating rod when a grounding wire is mounted and dismounted; wherein: the output rotating shaft of the motor module is connected with the input shaft hole of the speed reducing module through a lantern ring; the output rotating shaft of the speed reducing module is connected with the input rotating shaft of the torque adjusting module through a coupler; the output rotating shaft of the torque adjusting module is connected with the central rotating shaft of the interface module through a coupler; the interface module is used for clamping the operating rod and driving the operating rod to rotate.
In the scheme, when the device is used for assembling and disassembling the grounding wire operating rod, power is generated through the motor module; amplifying the torque and reducing the rotating speed through a speed reducing module; the torque required by assembling and disassembling the electric wires with different voltage grades is selected through the torque adjusting module; the interface module receives the torque output by the torque adjusting module and transmits the torque to the operating rod to drive the operating rod to rotate, so that the electric rotation of the operating rod is realized.
Preferably, the motor module is a high-temperature-resistant pure copper direct current motor; the high-temperature-resistant pure copper direct current motor is provided with a speed change module, and the speed change module comprises a stepless speed change switch, a forward and reverse rotation button and a speed regulation plate; wherein: the stepless speed change switch is used for controlling the output speed; the forward and reverse rotation button is used for controlling the forward rotation or the reverse rotation of the motor module; the speed regulation plate is used for regulating the speed and driving the power of the motor module.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a handheld electric grounding wire mounting and dismounting device comprises a motor module 1, a speed reducing module 2, a moment adjusting module 3 and an interface module 4, and is used for realizing electric rotation of an operating rod 5 when mounting and dismounting a grounding wire; wherein: the output rotating shaft of the motor module 1 is connected with the input shaft hole of the speed reducing module 2 through a lantern ring; the output rotating shaft of the speed reducing module 2 is connected with the input rotating shaft of the torque adjusting module 3 through a coupler; the output rotating shaft of the torque adjusting module 3 is connected with the central rotating shaft of the interface module 4 through a coupler; the interface module 4 is used for clamping the operating rod 5 and driving the operating rod 5 to rotate.
In the embodiment, when the device is used for assembling and disassembling the grounding wire operating rod, the motor module 1 generates power; the moment is amplified and the rotating speed is reduced through the speed reducing module 2; the torque required for assembling and disassembling the electric wires with different voltage grades is selected through the torque adjusting module 3; the interface module 4 receives the torque output by the torque adjusting module 3, and transmits the torque to the operating rod 5 to drive the operating rod 5 to rotate, so that the electric rotation of the operating rod 5 is realized.
