s1: by fixing the base 1 at a proper position on the outdoor ground, inserting the mounting seat 5 at the bottom of the network cabinet body 2 into the mounting groove 4, respectively inserting the two positioning blocks into the corresponding positioning grooves, then clockwise rotating the crank, the crank drives the rotating shaft 15 and the two screw rods 8 to rotate, because the screw threads of the two screw rods 8 are oppositely arranged, the two sliding plates 9 drive the corresponding clamping blocks 11 to move towards the directions close to each other, so that the two clamping blocks 11 drive the corresponding triangular teeth 12 to move, when the two clamping blocks 11 are respectively inserted into the corresponding clamping grooves 6, the triangular teeth 12 are inserted into the triangular grooves, and the rotation of the crank is stopped, at the same time, by utilizing the clamping fit of the two clamping blocks 11 and the two clamping grooves 6, the installation and the fixation of the network cabinet body 2 on the base 1 are completed, thereby realizing the rapid installation and fixation of the network cabinet body 2, the crank is detached to play a role in theft prevention, when the network cabinet body 2 needs to be detached, the crank drives the rotating shaft 15 and the two screw rods 8 to rotate in opposite directions by rotating the crank anticlockwise, so that the two sliding plates 9 drive the corresponding clamping blocks 11 to move in directions away from each other, when the two clamping blocks 11 respectively slide out of the corresponding clamping grooves 6 and the triangular teeth 12 move out of the clamping grooves 6, the network cabinet body 2 can be detached from the base 1, and therefore the network cabinet body 2 can be rapidly detached, and the network cabinet body 2 can be conveniently replaced or transported back to a maintenance factory for maintenance;
s2: when the network cabinet body 2 is used, a plurality of electric elements required to be used are arranged in the first cavity 18, in rainy days, rainwater can be collected by the water collecting box 16, dust and impurities in the rainwater are filtered by the first filter screen 17, the filtered rainwater flows downwards in the first water pipe 20 and the second water pipe 21, then discharged to the outside of the network cabinet body 2, and in the process that the rainwater flows in the first water pipe 20 and the second water pipe 21, the heat in the first cavity 18 can be transferred to the rainwater by arranging the plurality of radiating fins 43, the heat generated in the first cavity 18 can be taken away by utilizing the flowing of the rainwater in the first water pipe 20 and the second water pipe 21, therefore, effective water-cooling heat dissipation can be performed in rainy days, and the phenomenon that the rainwater enters the network cabinet body 2 to cause the internal electric elements to be damped and damaged can be avoided;
s3: when the network cabinet body 2 is used, in rainy days, the temperature sensor detects the temperature in the network cabinet body 2 in real time and sends the temperature to the controller, when the controller determines that the detected temperature is greater than a threshold value, the controller starts the suction fan 25 to work, so that the outside air is discharged from the air outlet pipe 27 through the first water pipe 20, the air suction pipe 26 and the suction fan 25 in sequence, the dust and impurities in the outside air can be intercepted and filtered through the second filter screen 22, the dust and impurities are prevented from entering the network cabinet body 2, the moisture carried in the air sucked into the second cavity 19 can be absorbed and dried by the drying agent 37, the dried air enters the first cavity 18 through the air hole 44, the controller starts the exhaust fan 23, so that the hot air in the first cavity 18 is discharged through the exhaust pipe 24 and the second water pipe 21 in sequence, and the electric elements in the first cavity 18 can be cooled and radiated, the thrust generated by the airflow flowing in the air outlet pipe 27 is utilized to drive the plurality of blades 29 and the vertical shaft 28 to rotate, the vertical shaft 28 drives the fan blades 30 and the first bevel gear 31 to rotate, the first bevel gear 31 drives the second bevel gear 40, the horizontal shaft 38 and the cam 39 to rotate, the cam 39 drives the movable plate 34 to slide upwards when rotating, the four springs 36 are stressed to deform to generate elastic force, the movable plate 34 is driven to reciprocate up and down under the continuous rotation action of the cam 39 and the elastic force generated by the four springs 36, the movable plate 34 drives the drying agent 37 to move, so that the air can be fully contacted with the drying agent 37, the moisture in the air is adsorbed and dried better, the airflow flowing in the first cavity 18 can be accelerated by utilizing the rotation of the fan blades 30, and the filtered and dried air can be fully diffused in the first cavity 18, thereby the radiating efficiency and the radiating rate to the electric elements in the first cavity 18 have been improved, thereby in carrying out the radiating process to network cabinet body 2, can play good dustproof dampproofing effect, in addition, through the first water pipe 20 of air-cooled system and water cooling system sharing circulation route, second water pipe 21, compact structure is favorable to, avoid redundancy, the life of extension network cabinet body 2, when the temperature that temperature sensor detected is less than the threshold value, the controller stop suction fan 25 and exhaust fan 23 work can, regularly open cabinet door 3, then dismantle apron 42, be convenient for change drier 37. Through the cooperation of temperature sensor, controller and air cooling system, improve the adaptability of device to the temperature, reduce artificial intervention, improve intelligent level.

s1: by fixing the base (1) at a proper position on the outdoor ground, inserting the mounting seat (5) at the bottom of the network cabinet body (2) into the mounting groove (4), respectively inserting the two positioning blocks into the corresponding positioning grooves, then clockwise rotating the crank, driving the rotating shaft (15) and the two screw rods (8) to rotate by the crank, wherein the two sliding plates (9) drive the corresponding clamping blocks (11) to move towards the directions close to each other because the threads of the two screw rods (8) are oppositely arranged, so that the two clamping blocks (11) drive the corresponding triangular teeth (12) to move, when the two clamping blocks (11) are respectively inserted into the corresponding clamping grooves (6), the triangular teeth (12) are inserted into the triangular grooves, stopping rotating the crank, and at the same time, utilizing the clamping cooperation of the two clamping blocks (11) and the two clamping grooves (6), namely, completing the installation and fixation of the network cabinet body (2) on the base (1), therefore, the network cabinet body (2) can be quickly installed and fixed, when the network cabinet body (2) needs to be disassembled, the crank is rotated anticlockwise to drive the rotating shaft (15) and the two screw rods (8) to rotate in opposite directions, so that the two sliding plates (9) drive the corresponding clamping blocks (11) to move in the directions away from each other, the two clamping blocks (11) respectively slide out of the corresponding clamping grooves (6), and the triangular teeth (12) move out of the clamping grooves (6), so that the network cabinet body (2) can be disassembled from the base 1, and the network cabinet body (2) can be quickly disassembled;
s2: when the network cabinet body (2) is used, various electric elements required to be used are installed in the first cavity (18), rainwater can be collected by the aid of the water collecting box (16) in rainy days, dust and impurities in the rainwater are filtered by the aid of the first filter screen (17), the filtered rainwater flows downwards in the first water pipe (20) and the second water pipe (21) and then is discharged out of the network cabinet body (2), heat in the first cavity (18) can be transferred to the rainwater by the aid of the plurality of radiating fins 43 in the flowing process of the rainwater in the first water pipe (20) and the second water pipe (21), and heat generated in the first cavity (18) can be taken away in rainy days by the aid of flowing of the rainwater in the first water pipe (20) and the second water pipe (21), so that effective water-cooling heat dissipation can be carried out in rainy days;
