Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an arc welding wire feeding conductive mechanism, which includes a contact tip 1, a first wire feeder 2 and a control mechanism 3, wherein a welding wire 4 is fed into the contact tip 1 through the first wire feeder 2, and the contact tip 1 and the first wire feeder 2 are in the same straight line so that the welding wire 4 between the contact tip 1 and the first wire feeder 2 is kept in a straight line state; the control mechanism 3 is connected with the first wire feeding mechanism 2 to control the first wire feeding mechanism 2 to reciprocate along the moving direction of the welding wire 4, wherein when the first wire feeding mechanism 2 is close to the contact tube 1, the first wire feeding mechanism 2 clamps the welding wire 4 and drives the welding wire 4 to move towards the contact tube 1, and when the first wire feeding mechanism 2 is far away from the contact tube 1, the first wire feeding mechanism 2 loosens the welding wire 4.
When the welding torch works, the welding wire 4 is clamped by the first wire feeding mechanism 2, and then the first wire feeding mechanism 2 is controlled by the control mechanism 3 to drive the welding wire 4 to move towards the conductive nozzle 1, so that the welding wire 4 is conveyed into the conductive nozzle 1; after one round of conveying is completed, the first wire feeder 2 is reset (i.e. the first wire feeder 2 loosens the welding wire 4 away from the contact tip 1 and returns to the original position), and the next round of conveying the welding wire 4 is performed. In the invention, the first wire feeding mechanism 2 drives the welding wire 4 to move towards the conductive nozzle 1 in the transmission process, so that the problem that the welding wire 4 is deviated due to abrasion of the conductive nozzle 1 because the welding wire 4 is jagged is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, the first wire feeder 2 includes a left moving block 201 and a right moving block 202 which are oppositely arranged, and the upper end of the left moving block 201 is hinged to the upper end of the right moving block 202; the lower end of the first wire feeding mechanism 2 is provided with a V-shaped sliding block 5 for controlling the opening and closing of the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202 so as to clamp or loosen the welding wire 4; when the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202 are opened, the first wire feeder 2 releases the welding wire 4 to return to the original position; when left moving block 201 and right moving block 202 are closed, first wire feeder 2 grips welding wire 4 to deliver welding wire 4 to contact tip 1. Wherein, control mechanism 3 is connected with V type sliding block 5, and control mechanism 3 controls first wire feeding mechanism 2 through the removal of control V type sliding block 5 and opens and shuts.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a V-shaped sliding groove 203 matching with the V-shaped sliding block 5 in shape is provided between the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202, the V-shaped sliding block 5 is provided in the V-shaped sliding groove 203, and the pull rod 301 of the control mechanism 3 passes through the first wire feeding mechanism 2 and is connected with the V-shaped sliding block 5; the front end of the V-shaped sliding groove 203 is matched with the V-shaped opening 503 of the V-shaped sliding block 5, so that the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202 clamp the welding wire 4 when the V-shaped opening 503 of the V-shaped sliding block 5 moves to the front end of the V-shaped sliding groove 203.
A clamping groove 204 for clamping the welding wire 4 is further arranged between the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202.
In this embodiment, the control mechanism 3 may be an electric cylinder, and the electric cylinder pulls the V-shaped sliding block 5 to perform reciprocating linear motion in the moving direction of the welding wire 4. When the V-shaped sliding block 5 pulls the first wire feeding mechanism 2 to move towards the guide nozzle 1, the V-shaped opening 503 of the V-shaped sliding block 5 is respectively matched with the front ends of the V-shaped sliding grooves 203 in the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202, so that the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202 are closed to clamp the welding wire 4 to move forwards; when the V-shaped sliding block 5 pulls the first wire feeding mechanism 2 away from the contact tube 1, the V-shaped opening 503 of the V-shaped sliding block 5 no longer clamps the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202, so that the first wire feeding mechanism 2 releases the welding wire 4 and returns to the original position; by this reciprocating movement, the feeding of the welding wire 4 is completed.
Further, the V-shaped sliding block 5 comprises a first sliding block 501 and a second sliding block 502, and the first sliding block 501 and the second sliding block 502 are attached to form the V-shaped sliding block 5 with a V-shaped opening 503; the two pull rods 301 on the control mechanism 3 are respectively connected with the first slide block 501 and the second slide block 502 through the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202. In this embodiment, the V-shaped sliding block 5 is provided as a first sliding block 501 and a second sliding block 502 which are separated, so that the first sliding block 501 and the second sliding block 502 are respectively installed in the V-shaped sliding groove 203.
Further, the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202 are hinged to the guide rod 6, and the guide rod 6 can guide the movement of the first wire feeder 2.
Further, the size of the end of the V-shaped slider 5 becomes gradually smaller. The tail end of the V-shaped sliding block 5 can be in arc transition or slope transition, so that when the first wire feeding mechanism 2 is pulled by the pull rod 301 of the control mechanism 3 to be far away from the contact tube 1, the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202 are separated by the V-shaped sliding block 5, and the welding wire 4 is prevented from being deformed due to overlarge friction force between the first wire feeding mechanism 2 and the welding wire 4.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the arc welding wire feeding conductive mechanism further includes a second wire feeding mechanism 7 having the same structure as the first wire feeding mechanism 2 (i.e., the second wire feeding mechanism 7 also includes a left moving block 201 and a right moving block 202, a V-shaped sliding groove 203 is also provided between the left moving block 201 and the right moving block 202, a V-shaped sliding block 5 is also provided in the V-shaped sliding groove 203, and a pull rod 301 of another control mechanism 3 is connected to the V-shaped sliding block 5 to drive the second wire feeding mechanism 7 to reciprocate in the moving direction of the welding wire 4), and the first wire feeding mechanism 2 and the second wire feeding mechanism 7 alternately convey the welding wire 4.
In operation, the first wire feeder 2 and the second wire feeder 7 are operated alternately to deliver the wire 4. Specifically, when the first wire feeder 2 clamps the welding wire 4 and moves towards the direction of the contact tube 1, the second wire feeder 7 loosens the welding wire 4 and moves towards the direction far away from the contact tube 1; while the first wire feeder 2 releases the welding wire 4 and moves away from the contact tip 1, the second wire feeder 7 grips the welding wire 4 in the direction of the contact tip 1. This embodiment enables the wire 4 to be conveyed more efficiently.
In summary, the welding wire 4 is clamped by the first wire feeding mechanism 2 and synchronously moved, so that the welding wire can be prevented from being deformed, for example, the welding wire is prevented from being deflected due to abrasion of the contact tube 1 because the pressure roller is deformed like sawtooth in the conventional conveying mechanism, and the service life of the contact tube 1 is prolonged.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
