Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical APP, in particular to an intelligent pain management system APP.
Background
Malignant tumors have become a major disease threatening the health of people, and the incidence rate is rising continuously for ten years. Cancer pain is the most common accompanying disease of tumor patients, and causes the patients and family members to be seriously disturbed by the pain. The research result of the cancer pain status shows that: the incidence rate of cancer pain in China is 61.6%, wherein 50% of pain levels are moderate to severe pain, and 30% of pain levels are severe pain which is difficult to tolerate. Pain not only affects the constitution of cancer patients, reduces physical function and tolerance to tumor treatment, but also brings great mental burden to the patients. How to control pain has become an important part of cancer treatment, even the only requirement for patients with advanced cancer to pursue final dignity of life. Statistically, up to 61% of cancer pain patients fail to receive adequate analgesic treatment. Therefore, the method has the advantages of improving the standardized treatment and reasonable medication level of cancer pain, and is of great significance for improving the medical service of tumor patients and improving the survival quality of the tumor patients.
At present, a three-step pain relieving scheme and a morphine titration scheme for cancer pain patients are clinically perfected, but due to lack of medical knowledge, the dosage of morphine type pain relieving medicines is difficult to adjust in time according to the change of pain degree during home treatment of patients and families, so that the situations of insufficient pain relieving or excessive morphine type medicines, abuse and the like are inevitably caused, the living quality of the cancer pain patients is further influenced, the patients are repeatedly admitted, a large amount of limited medical resources are wasted, and the family economic burden of the cancer pain patients is increased.
Therefore, an intelligent pain management system APP becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the whole society.
