To sum up, the working principle and working process of the production line of the degradable plastic products are that, when in use, the production line of the degradable plastic products is firstly fixedly installed at a place where the production line needs to be used, then the feeding door 17 is opened, raw materials and various additives are respectively put into the storage boxes 16, the feeding door 17 is closed, the driving motor 7, the extrusion molding machine 1, the small motor 21 and the friction motor 32 are started, after the production line of the degradable plastic products runs stably, the control valve 39 on the material guide pipe 18 communicated with the storage boxes 16 is opened, so that the raw materials and the additives are guided into the material receiving hopper 10 through the material guide pipe 18 and enter the cylinder 13 through the material receiving hopper 10, the driving motor 7 drives the spiral pipe 12 and the cylinder 13 to synchronously rotate through the circular shaft 9, the cylinder 13 rotates to enable the raw materials and the additives to enter the spiral pipe 12, and the raw materials and the additives move and lift while being stirred, the mixture of the raw materials after the stirring and promotion are accomplished and the additive passes through feeder hopper 37 and gets into extrusion moulding machine 1, the mixture passes roller 26's downside through extrusion moulding machine 1 and through oblique roller 20's transport, friction motor 32 passes through friction pulley 33 and realizes roller 26's rotation, roller 26 rotates and drives cutter 27 and rotate, cutter 27 realizes overcoming spring 29's elasticity and stretching out under the effect of track board 25, thereby realize cutting off of masterbatch, the cutting quality is better, the adhesion masterbatch on cutter 27 is easy to scrape through the sliding fit of cutter 27 and roller 26, cutter 27's use is comparatively clean, the cutting quality is better, and the practicality is better.
