as shown in fig. 1, when the back door is welded, the back door hinge seat 3 is firstly placed at a set position on the compartment 1; then, taking the rear door hinge bases 3 as a reference, respectively communicating two rear door hinge base positioning holes 42 of the positioning frame 4 with hinge holes on the two rear door hinge bases 3 to penetrate through corresponding positioning shafts, respectively communicating two oil cylinder support positioning holes 43 of the positioning frame 4 with hinge holes on the two oil cylinder supports 5 to penetrate through corresponding positioning shafts, and further positioning the oil cylinder supports 5 at corresponding set positions on the carriage 1; and spot welding the rear door hinge bases 3 and the oil cylinder supports 5 on the carriage 1, and then taking down the positioning frames 4 from the two rear door hinge bases 3 and the two oil cylinder supports 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the rear door 6 is aligned with the rear door frame 2, and the rear door 6 is tightly attached to the positioning plate of the rear door frame 2, so that the rear door 6 is positioned at the rear door closing position of the compartment 1; the lower hinge shaft is locked at the leftmost end of the long hole in the back door hinge base 3 through the locking base 10; the outer sleeve hinge hole 81 of the outer sleeve 8 is hinged on the cylinder support 5 through a hinge shaft, meanwhile, the telescopic assembly is in a rear door closing position, then the lower hinge lug 71 on the rear door cylinder seat 7 is positioned and hinged on the rear door hinge seat 3 through a lower hinge shaft, and the upper hinge lug 72 of the rear door cylinder seat 7 is hinged on the inner sleeve hinge hole 91 of the inner sleeve 9 through an upper hinge shaft. At this time, the position of the rear door cylinder base 7 is positioned by the telescopic assembly and the rear door hinge base 3, the accuracy of the positions of the upper hinge lug 72 and the lower hinge lug 71 of the rear door cylinder base 7 is ensured, and then the rear door cylinder base 7 and the rear door 6 are fixed together by spot welding.
As shown in fig. 3, the lifting device drives the rear door 6 to turn around the lower hinge shaft to simulate the opening and closing of the rear door 6, the telescopic component is used for stretching and retracting to simulate the stretching and retracting changes of the rear door driving oil cylinder, if the turning process of the rear door 6 is smooth, the rear door hinge base 3 and the oil cylinder support 5 are welded and fixed on the carriage 1, and the rear door oil cylinder base 7 and the rear door 6 are welded and fixed together to complete the welding and matching of the rear door of the kitchen garbage truck. It should be noted that if a gap exists between the rear door cylinder base and the rear door after the rear door cylinder base is positioned, the welding liquid can enter the gap to fill the gap during welding, so that the accuracy of the position of the welded rear door cylinder base and the rear door is ensured; if the rear door oil cylinder seat is positioned and then interfered with the rear door, the lower end surface of the rear door oil cylinder seat needs to be polished to prevent the rear door oil cylinder seat from interfering with the rear door, and the rear door oil cylinder seat and the rear door are welded and fixed after polishing. When the rear door oil cylinder seat and the rear door have machining errors, the accuracy of the position of the welded rear door oil cylinder seat and the welded rear door can be ensured.
Claims (7)
1. The method for welding the rear door of the kitchen garbage truck is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) placing the rear door hinge base at a set position on the carriage;
2) taking the back door hinge joint as a reference, positioning the oil cylinder support at a corresponding set position on the carriage, and spot-welding the back door hinge joint and the oil cylinder support on the carriage;
3) positioning a rear door at a position corresponding to the closed position of the rear door of a carriage, hinging one end of a telescopic component for simulating a rear door driving oil cylinder on an oil cylinder support, enabling the telescopic component to be in a rear door closed position corresponding to the rear door at the closed position of the rear door, positioning and hinging a lower hinging lug on a rear door oil cylinder seat on a rear door hinging seat through a lower hinging shaft, hinging an upper hinging lug of the rear door oil cylinder seat on the other end of the telescopic component through an upper hinging shaft, and then fixing the rear door oil cylinder seat and the rear door together by spot welding;
4) the rear door is driven to turn around the lower hinge shaft so as to simulate the opening and closing of the rear door, and the telescopic change of a rear door driving oil cylinder is simulated by utilizing the telescopic change of a telescopic component;
5) if the rear door is smooth in the overturning process, welding and fixing the rear door hinge seat and the oil cylinder support on the carriage, and welding and fixing the rear door oil cylinder seat and the rear door together to complete the welding and matching of the rear door of the kitchen garbage truck;
in the step 2), taking the rear door hinge joint as a reference, enabling a rear door hinge joint positioning hole of the positioning frame to be communicated with a hinge hole on the rear door hinge joint so as to penetrate a corresponding positioning shaft, and enabling an oil cylinder support positioning hole of the positioning frame to be communicated with the hinge hole on the oil cylinder support so as to penetrate the corresponding positioning shaft, so as to position the oil cylinder support at a corresponding set position on the carriage;
in the step 3), after the lower hinge lug of the rear door oil cylinder seat is hinged on the rear door hinge seat through the lower hinge shaft, the locking seat positioning hole of the locking seat is sleeved on the lower hinge shaft, and the locking seat is fixed on the rear door hinge seat through the threaded connection structure so as to lock the lower hinge shaft on the rear door hinge seat, thereby realizing the positioning and assembly of the lower hinge lug of the rear door oil cylinder seat on the rear door hinge seat through the lower hinge shaft;
in the step 3), the rear door and the rear door frame of the compartment are aligned, and the rear door is attached to a positioning plate fixedly arranged on the rear door frame, so that the rear door is positioned at the position corresponding to the closing position of the rear door of the compartment.
2. The method for welding the kitchen waste truck rear door together according to claim 1, wherein in the step 4), the rear door is driven to turn around the lower hinge shaft by a hoisting device.

and the telescopic assembly comprises two telescopic parts, wherein one telescopic part is hinged with the oil cylinder support, the other telescopic part is hinged with an upper hinge shaft of the rear door oil cylinder seat, and the telescopic assembly is provided with a rear door closing position corresponding to the rear door being in a rear door closing position and a rear door opening position corresponding to the rear door being in a rear door opening position in the telescopic process.
