Background
The existing commodity packaging is carried out on a conveyor belt, which is called a packaging production line, in the actual commodity packaging process, the condition that no commodity is filled in a packaging box occurs, defective products are generated, and therefore the defective products on the packaging production line need to be removed, so that the commodity packaging can be measured and screened by a weighing device during conveying, and the defective product removing work is completed.
The existing dynamic weighing device for the packaging production line has the problems of low efficiency in small piece weighing application, inaccurate large piece weighing application, good general compatibility of large and small pieces and easy influence on detection caused by the fact that more articles are moved to a detection position.

As shown in fig. 1-4, each of the first dynamic weighing assembly 3 and the second dynamic weighing assembly 4 includes a transmission wheel 7, a transmission belt 8, a transmission wheel seat 13 and a pressure sensing assembly, the transmission wheel 7 is respectively mounted at two ends of the transmission belt 8 and then placed on the transmission wheel seat 13, and the pressure sensing assembly is arranged at the bottom of the transmission wheel seat 13 and connected with the transmission wheel seat through a support rod 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the pressure sensing assembly includes a pressure sensor 5 and a pressure sensor fixing box 9, and the pressure sensor 5 includes four corners respectively disposed in the pressure sensor fixing box 9, and is connected to the transmission wheel seat 13 through a support rod 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the supporting assembly comprises a supporting leg 11, a supporting foot 10 and an adjusting bolt 12, wherein the supporting foot 10 is installed in the supporting leg 11, and the adjusting bolt 12 is arranged on the supporting leg 11 and used for adjusting the distance between the supporting leg 11 and the supporting foot 10, so as to adjust the balance of the dynamic weighing device.
As shown in fig. 2, each of the loading assembly and the unloading assembly includes a transmission wheel 7 and a transmission belt 8, and the transmission wheels 7 are respectively installed at two ends of the transmission belt 8.
In conclusion, the four pressure sensors are distributed at four angular positions in each set of weighing section, so that the structural stability is improved, two weighing sections are adopted, a belt conveyor of one dynamic weighing section is used for weighing a small part when the small part is weighed, and the belt conveyors of the two dynamic weighing sections are combined together to weigh a large part when the large part is weighed; the invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and long service life.
