The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the tables in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to tables 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution:
a traditional Chinese medicine mask for removing freckles and whitening skin is prepared by soaking silk mask paper in mask liquid, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine effective components of the mask liquid comprise the following medicinal material components in parts by weight:
60-150 parts of white peony root, 60-120 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 100 parts of poria cocos, 20-100 parts of liquorice, 60-120 parts of angelica, 90-300 parts of radix hedysari and 60-120 parts of wolfberry fruit.
The preparation of the facial mask solution comprises the following steps:
step 1: extracting all the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the formula with ethanol for 2 times, soaking in 10 times of 50% ethanol for 30min, extracting for 90min, filtering to obtain filter residue, extracting the filter residue with 8 times of 50% ethanol for 60min, filtering, mixing the filtrates, and concentrating the filtrate at 60 deg.C under reduced pressure to relative density of 1.20 by a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution;
step 2: dispersing xanthan gum in water in advance, adding the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution obtained in the step 1, heating to 75 ℃, stirring to completely dissolve the xanthan gum, cooling to 40 ℃, adding glycerol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, and stirring to be uniform and transparent to obtain a mask solution;
and step 3: putting 25mL of the facial mask liquid prepared in the step 2 into a clean beaker, folding silk facial mask paper, putting the silk facial mask paper into the beaker, and taking out the silk facial mask paper after the silk facial mask paper is completely soaked to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask;
and 4, step 4: and (5) filling the facial mask paper and facial mask liquid into an aluminum foil bag, and sealing the bag for later use.
The substance prepared by the method of the invention is used for measuring the related performance and the measured data are listed.
1. Inhibition of tyrosinase activity
The research uses a dopa rate oxidation method, and on the basis of investigating the inhibition effect of a single medicinal material extract on tyrosinase, the inhibition rate of each single medicinal material and the formula on tyrosinase is shown in table 1.

The result shows that the whitening and freckle-removing facial mask has the functions of obviously inhibiting the activity of the neuraminidase and reducing the generation of melanin.
Measurement of DPPH scavenging Capacity
The solution was prepared in 0.10mmol/L DPPH in methanol and used as it is. Uniformly mixing 0.1mL of samples to be detected with different mass concentrations with a 3.9mL of PPH solution; the blank control group of the sample to be detected is 0.1mL of sample to be detected with corresponding mass concentration, and 3.9mL of methanol is added; for the DPPH blank, 0.1mL of methanol was added at 3.9mL of LDPPH. After 30min of dark reaction at room temperature, the absorbance value was measured at 517nm wavelength. And Vc solutions with different mass concentrations are used as positive controls. The experiment was repeated 3 times and the results are shown in table 2.

The result shows that the whitening and freckle-removing facial mask has the function of obviously removing the activity of free radicals.
Example 1
10g of white peony root, 10g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 12g of poria cocos, 5g of liquorice, 8g of angelica sinensis, 20g of radix hedysari and 8g of wolfberry fruit. 0.6 percent of xanthan gum, 4 percent of glycerol and 3 percent of traditional Chinese medicine extract.
Example 2
6g of white peony root, 6g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10g of poria cocos, 3g of liquorice, 6g of angelica sinensis, 10g of radix hedysari and 6g of wolfberry fruit. 0.8% of xanthan gum, 6% of glycerol and 6% of traditional Chinese medicine extract.
Example 3
15g of white peony root, 12g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15g of poria cocos, 10g of liquorice, 12g of angelica sinensis, 30g of radix hedysari and 12g of wolfberry fruit. 0.4% of xanthan gum, 2% of glycerol and 2% of traditional Chinese medicine extract.
The formula has obvious tyrosinase inhibition activity and DPPH free radical scavenging activity, the problems of cell oxidation damage, cell apoptosis, intercellular gap communication dysfunction and the like caused by cell proliferation inhibition of components in the traditional Chinese medicine mask are solved, and the generation of cell photoaging and the generation of inflammatory reaction are inhibited, so that the damage of cells and skin tissues are avoided.

A traditional Chinese medicine mask for removing freckles and whitening is characterized in that: the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask is prepared by soaking a facial mask solution into silk facial mask paper, and the traditional Chinese medicine effective components of the facial mask solution comprise the following medicinal material components in parts by weight:
60-150 parts of white peony root, 60-120 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 100 parts of poria cocos, 20-100 parts of liquorice, 60-120 parts of angelica, 90-300 parts of radix hedysari and 60-120 parts of wolfberry fruit.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine mask for removing freckles and whitening according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the preparation of the facial mask liquid comprises the following steps:
