The invention discloses a single-face fastening bolt which comprises a screw rod, a limiting sleeve and a nut, wherein one end of the screw rod penetrates through the limiting sleeve to be in threaded fit with the nut, the screw rod and the limiting sleeve do not rotate relatively, one end of the limiting sleeve is provided with a radial limiting part, the other end of the limiting sleeve is provided with a plurality of anti-rotation grooves along the circumferential direction, the anti-rotation grooves are provided with openings, the openings face away from the radial limiting part, one end of the nut is provided with a plurality of locking teeth along the circumferential direction, the locking teeth correspond to the anti-rotation grooves one by one, the locking teeth can be inserted into the anti-rotation grooves, radial grooves are formed in the locking teeth, and radial protrusions capable of being matched with each radial. The invention relates to a fastening device, in particular to a single-sided fastening bolt.
Background
Bolts are the most commonly used fasteners and are used in a wide variety of product applications. The fastening method is usually that the bolt is fixed by a spanner on one side of the fastened piece, and the bolt is fixed by a spanner knob nut on the other side by thread engagement to move up and down to press the fastened piece, or vice versa. The bolt fastening generally needs enough space on both sides of a fastened piece to extend into a wrench for operation, and a plurality of bolts are located in the condition that the fastened piece generally has an operation space and the other half is shielded and cannot be operated in the assembling process or the product overhauling process. In order to avoid the problem of space occupation in disassembly and locking, structural optimization is often required or a nut is welded on the side shielded by a fastener, but the whole product is scrapped due to the fact that the thread of the nut is damaged even if the nut is welded, and a large amount of manpower is wasted. The novel single-side locking bolt is specially used for realizing a fastening function under the condition that certain single side is shielded or the condition that the single-side space is limited, and a screw rod 1, a limiting sleeve 2 and a nut 3 form an inseparable whole. The nut 3 is moved under the action of the thread force by rotating the screw 1 so as to press the fastened piece, and the locking teeth 31 are respectively expanded (spread) outwards under the action of the radial protrusions 101 of the screw 1 during the movement of the nut 3, so that the nut 3 presses the fastened piece 5.
In this embodiment, a baffle 4 is disposed at one end of the screw rod 1 in threaded engagement with the nut 3 for preventing the nut 3 from separating from the screw rod 1. The screw 1 and the baffle 4 are preferably connected by welding. The screw 1 is provided with an external thread 11 and the nut 3 is provided with an internal thread 32 cooperating with the external thread 11, both ensuring the screw-thread cooperation with the thread 3. It should be noted that the screw 1 and the baffle 4 may be connected by a screw or other snap-fit connection.
In this embodiment, the locking teeth 31 are elastic teeth, have certain elasticity, and can be restored to the original state without external force, that is, when being spread, the locking teeth can be restored without being stressed.
In this embodiment, a polygonal bolt head 12 is disposed at one end of the screw rod 1 close to the position-limiting sleeve 2. Preferably, the bolt head is a hexagon head, so that a wrench or a socket can be conveniently used for fastening, and it should be noted that the upper end of the screw 1 may also be an inner hexagon bolt head or a cross bolt head, as long as the bolt head can be matched with a wrench or a socket wrench.
In a specific application example, a connection structure needs to be arranged between the radial limiting portion 21 and the front end face of the fastened piece 5, so that the limiting sleeve 2 and the screw rod 1 are kept from rotating relatively, the radial limiting portion 21 of the limiting sleeve 2 abuts against the end face of the fastened piece 5, in this embodiment, preferably, the radial limiting portion 21 is provided with a concave portion facing the end face of the fastened piece 5, and the end face of the fastened piece 5 is correspondingly provided with a convex portion which is in concave-convex fit with the convex portion to prevent the radial limiting portion 21 from rotating along with the screw rod 1. In addition to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, the radial direction position-limiting portion 21 and the end surface of the fastened member 5 may be bonded together by bonding, or a rough surface may be provided on the back surface of the radial direction position-limiting portion 21, so that the rotation is relatively difficult when the rotation contacts the end surface of the fastened member 5.
In this embodiment, the radial protrusion 101 is annular, so that the radial grooves 301 on all the locking teeth 31 can be matched with the radial protrusion 101, and the rotation stopping grooves 22 and the locking teeth 31 are both strip-shaped, so that the processing is convenient. It should be noted that the radial protrusions 101 may also be single protrusions, and the number of the protrusions corresponds to the number of the radial grooves 301, and they are matched with each other.
The working principle is as follows:
the lower end of the screw rod 1 penetrates through the limiting sleeve 2 and the nut 3, and the baffle 4 is welded at the bottom to prevent the nut 3 from falling off.
When the stop collar 2 is held stationary, the polygonal bolt head 12 of the threaded rod 1 is rotated, causing the nut 3 to move away from the bolt head under the interaction of the external thread 11 and the internal thread 32 until it is blocked by the stop plate 4. At this point the bolt head will not be able to rotate further and the radial projection 101 at the lower end of the screw 1 will be just in the radial groove 301 on the locking tooth 31. As shown in fig. 5, the state is the normal bit.
The screw 1, the limiting sleeve 2 and the nut 3 which are in normal positions integrally penetrate through the through hole of the fastened piece 5, the bolt head is rotated in the direction opposite to the previous direction, the nut moves in the direction close to the bolt head, the radial groove 301 on the lock tooth 31 moves upwards along with the bolt head, the radial protrusion 101 abuts against the lock tooth 31, as shown in fig. 6, the lock tooth 31 is ejected to be elastically deformed and is outwards supported, the outermost size of the lock tooth 31 is larger than the outer diameter of the through hole of the fastened piece 5, the bolt head is continuously rotated until enough pressing force is formed among the integral polygonal bolt head 12, the radial limiting part 21 and the nut 3, the fastened piece 5 is pressed, and locking is finally achieved. When disassembling, the polygonal bolt head 12 is rotated reversely.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to be limited thereto. Those skilled in the art can make numerous possible variations and modifications to the present invention, or modify equivalent embodiments to equivalent variations, without departing from the scope of the invention, using the teachings disclosed above.
