Compared with the traditional faucet fixing device, the faucet fixing device 1 can realize table-board installation, does not need a user to mount the faucet on the ground, is simple in installation mode, and gives better use experience; 2. the stress of the two pressure plates 21 of the pressure block mechanism 2 comprises that a locking rod is respectively connected to the second end parts of the pressure plates, and a rotating shaft is connected with the first end parts of the two pressure plates, namely, the stress point of the pressure block mechanism comprises the three parts which form a triangular structure, so that the rotary torque and the push-pull torque which can be borne by the fixing device are larger, the installation stability is ensured, the three points form a plane which is firmest, and in the embodiment, F (left-right rotary torque) is more than or equal to 4.5 N.M; f (the front-back push-pull torque value) is not less than 16.5 N.M; 3. in this embodiment, the apparatus has a larger application range: for kitchen faucets: 3 hoses (D2 in FIG. 12) which can pass through the joints of phi 10 and 3/8' and 1 drawing channel pipe (D1 in FIG. 12) with the outer diameter phi 20; the hose can also pass through two G1/2 joints; for a basin tap, two hoses with phi 10, 3/8 "connections can be passed through.
The disassembly method of the faucet mounting device comprises the following steps: step 1, loosening screws of a locking base 1 and a faucet A; step 2, taking out the faucet; step 3, taking down the hose; step 4, unscrewing the second locking rod 32; step 5, loosening the first locking rod 31; step 6, moving the first locking rod 31 to a moving state to drive the briquetting mechanism 2 to be in a furled state; and 7, taking the briquetting mechanism 2 out of the through hole of the bedplate and taking out the counter basin. The disassembly mode is simple and convenient, and better use experience is given.
The fixing device of the embodiment has the following advantages: 1. the device is not limited by the height of the counter basin, has strong torsional strength and push-pull strength, has large space for pipe penetration, and can realize quick assembly and disassembly; 2. the structure is simple, and the installation is easy to understand; 3. the number of parts is small, the structure is stable, and the cost advantage is achieved; 4. large space (e.g. 3 hoses that can pass through the phi 10, 3/8' joints and 1 pull channel tube with an outer diameter phi 18); 5. and the development cost is saved.
Fig. 13 and 14 are schematic views showing the construction of two basin taps using the above-described fixing device.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and therefore should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (26)
1. The fixing device comprises a base and a pressing block mechanism, wherein the base and the pressing block mechanism are arranged along a first direction, the base is provided with an inner side wall, and the pressing block mechanism comprises two pressing plates; the method is characterized in that: the two pressure plates are respectively connected with a locking rod, the two pressure plates are rotationally connected together to be capable of changing between an opening state and a closing state, and the rotating axes are arranged along a first direction, and the outer profiles of the pressing block mechanisms in the opening state and the closing state are different; the inner side wall of the base is convexly provided with two connecting seats, at least one locking rod can move between a working state and a movable state relative to the base, the movement of the locking rod between the working state and the movable state is matched with the change of the pressing block mechanism between an opening state and a closing state, and the locking rod in the working state is matched with the connecting seats to enable the pressing plate and the base to be clamped and fixed by the fixing object through the locking rod.
2. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the two locking rods can move between a working state and a movable state relative to the base.
3. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the two locking rods are respectively a first locking rod and a second locking rod, and the two connecting seats are respectively a first connecting seat and a second connecting seat; the first locking rod can move between a working state and a moving state relative to the base and is connected to the first connecting seat when being located in the working state, and the second locking rod is connected to the second connecting seat and is always in the working state.
4. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the two pressing plates are rotatably connected together through the rotating shaft.
5. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the outer contour area of the pressing block mechanism in the opening state is larger than that in the closing state.
6. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the locking rod which moves between the working state and the moving state relative to the base is a first locking rod, and the connecting seat matched with the first locking rod is a first connecting seat; the first locking rod can move on a plane perpendicular to the first direction, and the first locking rod is controlled to be in a working state and a moving state through the movement.
7. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the locking rod in the working state can move along a first direction to control the distance between the pressing plate and the base so as to clamp the fixing object between the pressing plate and the base.
8. A fixation device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the second connecting seat is provided with a connecting hole, and the second locking rod penetrates through the second connecting hole and is connected to the pressing plate.
9. A fixation device as claimed in claim 3 or 6, characterized in that: the first connecting seat is provided with an inlet groove, and the working state is located in the inlet groove.
10. The fixture according to claim 9, wherein: the entering groove penetrates along the first direction, and an opening of the entering groove is formed in the outer side wall of the first connecting seat.
11. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the locking rod is a screw rod, the screw rod is provided with a thread part, and the thread part of the screw rod is connected to the pressing plate in a threaded mode.
12. The fixture according to claim 11, wherein: the screw rod is provided with a screw rod head, and the screw rod head is propped against the top surface of the connecting seat.
13. The fixture according to claim 11, wherein: the clamp plate is internally provided with a locking hole, a nut is embedded in the clamp plate, the nut is aligned with the locking hole, and the thread part is in threaded connection with the nut.
14. The fixture according to claim 13, wherein: the nuts of the two pressing plates are arranged along a first direction in a staggered manner.

The fixture according to claim 4, wherein: the pressing plates are provided with first end portions and second end portions, the rotating shafts are connected to the first end portions of the two pressing plates, and the locking rods are connected to the second end portions of the pressing plates.

The fixture according to claim 15, wherein: the two pressing plates are respectively a first pressing plate and a second pressing plate, a convex part is convexly arranged at the first end part of the first pressing plate, a matching groove is concavely arranged at the first end part of the second pressing plate, the convex part is inserted into the matching groove in a matching mode, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the first end part and the convex part of the second pressing plate.
17. The fixture according to claim 16, wherein: the pressing plate comprises a semicircular plate, and the two arc-shaped end parts of the semicircular plate are the first end part and the second end part respectively.
18. The fixture according to claim 17, wherein: the opposite surfaces of the semicircular plates of the two pressing plates are concavely provided with abdicating spaces.
19. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the end faces of the two pressing plates facing the base are flush.
20. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the pressing plate comprises a pressing block and an anti-skid base plate fixedly arranged on the pressing block.
21. The fixture according to claim 20, wherein: the anti-skid pad plate is sleeved outside the locking rod.
22. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein: the base comprises a sleeve, and the connecting seat is convexly arranged on the inner side wall of the sleeve.

The fixing device comprises a base and a pressing block mechanism, wherein the base and the pressing block mechanism are arranged along a first direction, the base is provided with an inner side wall, and the pressing block mechanism comprises two pressing plates; the method is characterized in that: the two pressure plates are respectively connected with a locking rod, the two pressure plates are rotationally connected together to be capable of changing between an opening state and a closing state, and the rotating axes are arranged along a first direction, and the outer profiles of the pressure block mechanisms in the opening state and the closing state are different; the inner side wall of the base is convexly provided with two connecting seats, and the two locking rods can move relatively so as to enable the two locking rods to move along when the pressing block mechanism changes between an opening state and a closing state; the two locking rods are matched with the two connecting seats, so that the pressing plate and the base clamp the fixture to realize fixed connection through the locking rods.
