Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The technical conception of the application is as follows: the sliding key comprises a key body, a reset groove and a reset structure, wherein the reset ball of the reset structure and the key body synchronously move, and under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece, the reset ball can automatically move to the lowest position of the reset groove, so that the key body is driven to realize automatic reset.
Fig. 1 to 7 schematically show one embodiment of the sliding key of the present application. In this embodiment, the smart watch is taken as an example, and the sliding key is arranged on the smart watch.
Referring to fig. 1, a key body 2 of a sliding key is exposed from a watch body 1 of the smart watch and can slide in a toggle slot 1-1, the key body 2 can move to a corresponding function position a and a function position B at two ends of the toggle slot 1-1 respectively and can be automatically reset to an original position C, and specific structures thereof are shown in fig. 2 to 7.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the sliding key of the present embodiment includes: the key comprises a key body 2, a reset groove 1-2 and a reset structure. The reset groove 1-2 is arranged on a transverse plate on the inner side of the watch body 1, and the key body 2 can translate relative to the reset groove 1-2.
The reset structure comprises: a reset ball 3 and an elastic member 4; the elastic piece 4 is arranged between the reset ball 3 and the key body 2. The reset ball 3 moves together with the key body 2 and extends into the reset groove 1-2.
The bottom of the reset groove 1-2 is of a non-planar structure as shown in the enlarged cross section of fig. 5.
After the key body 2 is stirred and loosened, the reset ball 3 moves to the lowest position of the bottom of the reset groove 1-2 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 4, so that the key body 2 is driven to automatically reset.
Therefore, after the key body 2 is stirred by the rebound effect of the elastic piece 4, the reset ball 3 is pushed to move by the natural extension effect of the elastic piece 4, so that the reset ball 3 is restored to the lowest position of the bottom of the reset groove 1-2, and the key body 2 is driven to reset.
As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of fig. 5, the two ends of the bottom of the reset groove 1-2 are high and the middle is low, the position of the key body 2 moving to the middle of the reset groove 1-2 is the initial position, and the positions of the key body 2 moving to the two ends of the reset groove 1-2 are all the functional positions, so that the two sides of the key body 2 can be fully utilized to move to form two effective functional positions. In addition, if the required functional positions are fewer, for example, only one functional position is needed, the bottoms of the reset grooves 1-2 can be set to be in a single inclined plane structure, and the like, so that one-way functional keys are realized and automatic reset is realized, and the scheme is still within the protection scope of the application.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the key body 2 is provided with a mounting hole 2-4 facing the reset groove 1-2, and the elastic member 4 and the reset ball 3 are sequentially mounted in the mounting hole 2-4, and the elastic member 4 pushes the reset ball 3 so that the reset ball 3 is partially exposed from the mounting hole 2-4 to contact the reset groove 1-2. When the key body 2 moves, the reset ball 3 is driven to move together through the mounting hole 2-4. In the embodiment, the mounting holes 2-4 are cylindrical holes, and the elastic piece 4 is a cylindrical spring, so that the mounting mode is simple and convenient to mount, and only punching and loading are needed.
In the present embodiment, as shown in the exploded view of fig. 2, the key body 2 includes: the toggle surface 2-1, the middle connecting rod 2-2 and the tail part are connected in sequence; the reset ball 3 and the elastic member 4 are mounted on the intermediate link 2-2. The reset structure is arranged on the middle connecting rod 2-2 of the key body 2, so that the stressed position of the key body 2 is closer to the center during reset, the balance is good, and the sliding process is more stable.
More preferably, in this embodiment, the sliding key further includes: the sliding rib 1-3 is fixed relative to the reset groove 1-2. In this embodiment, the sliding bar 1-3 and the reset groove 1-2 are provided together on a cross plate inside the watch body 1. The tail part of the key body 2 is provided with a sliding groove 2-3. Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the sliding rib 1-3 extends into the sliding groove 2-3 to guide and limit the movement of the key body 2 relative to the reset groove 1-2, that is, the sliding rib 1-3 is matched with the sliding groove 2-3, so that the sliding key has a sliding guiding function and a sliding limiting function, the use feeling of the sliding key is better, the sliding position is more accurate, and the reset ball 3 is prevented from being separated from the reset groove 1-2.
In this embodiment, preferably, the sliding groove 2-3 is an arc through hole, and the sliding rib 1-3 is an arc flat column, and the curvatures of the two are consistent, so that the sliding groove can be attached in a more matched manner, and the sliding hand feeling is smooth.
In the present embodiment, preferably, the end of the sliding bar 1-3 is provided with a slip-off prevention cap; the size of the anti-slip cap is larger than that of the sliding groove 2-3, thereby preventing the sliding rib 1-3 from being separated from the sliding groove 2-3. In this embodiment, the anti-disengagement cap is implemented by a screw 5, and after the sliding rib 1-3 penetrates into the sliding groove 2-3, the screw 5 is screwed into the end of the sliding rib 1-3, so as to implement the anti-disengagement effect.
The application also discloses electronic equipment provided with the sliding key of any one of the above. The electronic equipment can be an intelligent watch, an intelligent bracelet, a mobile phone or a palm computer and the like, and can also be Bluetooth communication earphone and other equipment, and the improvement of user operation experience is realized through the sliding keys capable of being automatically reset, so that the requirements of users are met, and the product competitiveness is improved.
The foregoing is merely a specific embodiment of the application and other modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings. It is to be understood by persons skilled in the art that the foregoing detailed description is provided for the purpose of illustrating the application more fully, and that the scope of the application is defined by the appended claims.
