Meanwhile, the arcs of the two side plates of the driving wheel are inconvenient to drill (in the machining process, a drill bit is under eccentric load and easy to deflect), linear cutting machining is needed, and the machining speed is low. The small bolts at the two ends are easy to loosen and need to be matched with a lubricating shaft sleeve.

As shown in fig. 5-6, the drive teeth are hollow cylindrical in shape. The drive teeth may also be hour-glass shaped to have a centering rubber track effect.
The inner side and the outer side of the two ends of the driving tooth are respectively provided with a 1mm chamfer which is used as a limit position mark for the abrasion of the driving tooth. When worn to the chamfered position, the drive teeth should be replaced.
The matching area of the bolt and the driving tooth is a smooth polished rod, and the strength grade of the bolt is more than 10.9.
The cylindrical driving teeth and the bolt rod are in small clearance fit, and the clearance range is 0.1-0.5 mm.
As shown in fig. 7, the replaceable flange outer circular hole is matched with the circular hole of the driving wheel welding assembly to install the bolt component. Different sizes of flange plates can be replaced aiming at different matched vehicles.
