Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power system automation, in particular to a power failure early warning signal verification method and system.
Background
Electric power is the basis of national economy and is of great importance for the development of one country, so ensuring safe and effective operation of an electric power system is important. The modern power distribution network has the characteristics of complex topological relation, large number of nodes, dense nodes and the like, and faults are inevitably generated in the actual operation process due to external force damage, extreme weather, equipment aging and the like. Many instruments are also developed in the existing fault detection work to improve the detection efficiency, for example: a power failure detector. However, the detection can be effectively carried out without the assistance of manpower, as the power grid is more and more complex and the workload is more and more great, various technologies are adopted in the current power system to reduce the time of fault rush repair, so the time of fault recovery can be effectively reduced only by rapidly positioning and monitoring the faults in real time. With the development of information calculation and online collection technology, a modern smart power grid has a rudiment, and power quality collection devices, systems and other power grid online collection means can detect faults and front-end disturbance events.
However, when the terminal equipment has faults, the equipment faults can be further judged only by checking related lines, and the method for directly detecting whether the terminal equipment has faults is absent, so that an effective method for timely processing the power-down signal on the terminal equipment is not available, the power-down signal of the terminal equipment occurs, and the equipment cannot be responded in time in an offline manner, so that the customer is notified of the fault. The other condition is to verify and check the rush repair processing results of rush repair personnel, and most of low-voltage fault reporting is to confirm the normal result of equipment by adopting service dispatch staff after no-fault processing, so that whether the user equipment is on line or not can not be directly checked, and whether the current and the voltage are in a normal value range or not can not be directly checked.

Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are schematic diagrams of an embodiment of a power outage early warning signal verification method according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the method comprises the steps of:
step S1, a plurality of power outage early warning signals of all terminal equipment in a target power distribution area are obtained, wherein the power outage early warning signals comprise power outage equipment information and power outage time information; it can be understood that, according to the terminal early warning power failure signal, the equipment information of the current power failure is obtained, the power failure equipment and the power failure time are associated with the existing power failure event in the service system, if the power failure event can be associated with the responding fault power failure, the planned power failure and the like, the power failure early warning event is consistent with the subsequent processing of the associated power failure event, and the user can check the details of the power failure event, such as the user information of the event influence, the transformer of the event influence, the line and the like.
S2, combining the power failure early warning signals to obtain a plurality of power failure early warning events; if any one of the power failure early warning signals does not meet the preset condition, the power failure early warning signal is used as a power failure early warning event; it can be understood that the power failure early warning event data is produced after the equipment power failure early warning signals in the acquisition process are combined, correlated and the like, and the acquisition operation can be carried out according to the power failure early warning event data; and according to the correlated power failure early warning event, the event can be queried by the line and the equipment type.
In a specific embodiment, the collected power failure early-warning signals are combined according to the fact that the power failure early-warning signals belong to the same power supply line at the same time or according to the fact that the terminal equipment generating the power failure early-warning signals belong to the same power supply line, and the combined power failure early-warning signals are output according to a preset format. The preset conditions are as follows: the power failure equipment of at least two power failure early warning signals is the same, and the power failure time interval is smaller than the preset interval.
And step S3, carrying out calling operation on the power failure equipment corresponding to the power failure early warning event to obtain three-phase current information of the power failure equipment.

the early warning event module is used for combining the power failure early warning signals to obtain a plurality of power failure early warning events; if any one of the power failure early warning signals does not meet the preset condition, the power failure early warning signal is used as a power failure early warning event; the preset conditions are that at least two power failure equipment with power failure early warning signals are identical, and the power failure time interval is smaller than the preset interval;
The recall operation module is used for carrying out recall operation on the power failure equipment corresponding to the power failure early warning event so as to obtain three-phase current information of the power failure equipment; and judging whether the calling operation is successful or not, and if so, judging whether the corresponding power failure equipment is in a normal working state according to the comparison result of the obtained three-phase current information and the preset threshold value; if the corresponding power failure equipment is in a normal working state, generating prompt information of normal power supply of the power failure equipment and outputting the prompt information; if the corresponding power failure equipment is in a power failure working state or fails in recovery, generating dispatching processing information, and sending the dispatching processing information to a client of a rush-repair person so as to inform the rush-repair person to go to the field to carry out rush-repair processing on the power failure equipment;
The early warning module sends a power failure early warning short message notice to users of all power utilization categories influenced in a power failure early warning event according to the visual display result; dispatching the terminal equipment in the power failure state according to the calling result, and sending the generated fault report to a rush repair person for rush repair operation;
The visualization module is used for associating with the power failure events in the power failure bazaar to obtain association relations according to the power failure equipment information and the power failure time information included in the power failure early warning events, and carrying out visual display on the power failure early warning events on a power failure map;
Receiving a query instruction which is input by a user and is used for querying power failure information of any power failure early-warning event in a power failure map, acquiring power failure information of a power failure event in a power failure bazaar associated with the power failure early-warning event corresponding to the query instruction according to the query instruction and the association relation, and outputting and displaying the power failure information;
The visualization module is further used for acquiring terminal equipment affected by a power failure early warning event, acquiring terminal equipment corresponding to a power failure early warning signal which cannot be combined, associating the terminal equipment affected by the power failure early warning event or the terminal equipment corresponding to the power failure early warning signal which cannot be combined with the terminal equipment affected by the power failure event according to a power supply line or influence time, screening the terminal equipment in the same line or influence time, and associating the terminal equipment with the terminal equipment in the same line or influence time to generate an association relation.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the visualization module is further configured to display an associated terminal device on the power line, display a power outage early warning event present on the power line, and display the power outage early warning event in association with the associated terminal device.
