the preparation of the cleaning solution comprises the following steps: taking materials according to the formula; uniformly stirring surfactant 6501, surfactant 1227, surfactant SDBS, Na2C 03.10H 2O, Na2SiO3, tripolyphosphoric acid, corrosion inhibitor, stabilizer, solubilizer and defoaming agent, grinding into powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain the cleaning agent; and taking the cleaning agent and deionized water to prepare a cleaning solution with the concentration of 1-10%.
The cleaning solution is reasonable in formula arrangement, takes deionized water as a solvent, takes 6501, 1227 and SDBS as main cleaning components, takes Na2C 03.10H 2O, Na2SiO3, tripolyphosphoric acid, 0.5-1 part of corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of solubilizer and a defoaming agent as auxiliary agents, and has the advantages of good oil removal property, corrosion resistance, safety, low foam, environmental protection and wide application range. The surfactant 6501, the surfactant 1227 and the surfactant SDBS are compounded, so that the degreasing effect is excellent and optimal, and the surfactant 6501, the surfactant 1227 and the surfactant SDBS have good synergistic effect.
The high-cleanness automatic cleaning method for the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of reasonable step design, combination of chemical and physical modes, strong pertinence, easiness in operation, good cleaning effect, high automation degree, manpower and material resources saving, higher economy and safety and wide application prospect.
The invention has many applications, and the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the invention. 1. A high-cleanness automatic cleaning method for the inner wall of a hydraulic oil pipe is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) primary cleaning: the hydraulic oil pipe is preliminarily cleaned by using a preliminary cleaning device (1); the primary cleaning device (1) comprises an air pump (11), an inflation head (12), a rotating shaft (13), a rotating drum (14), a motor (15), a bracket (16) and a rack (17); the right side and the left side of the upper end surface of the outer side of the hydraulic oil pipe are fixedly provided with an air pump (11) and a bracket (16), a guide tube (111) is fixedly connected with the air outlet end of the air pump (11), an inflation head (12) is fixedly installed at the other end of the guide tube (111), a rotating shaft (13) is arranged between the brackets (16), a motor (15) is arranged on the left side of the rotating shaft (13), a frame (17) is fixedly arranged between the motor (15) and the hydraulic oil pipe, a rotary drum (14) is sleeved on the surface of the rotating shaft (13), an air bag belt (141) is wound on the rotary drum (14), a friction layer (142) is stuck on the outer surface of the air bag belt (141), a connecting belt (143) is stuck on the surface of the air bag belt (141), through holes (145) communicated with the air bag belt (141) are uniformly formed in the connecting belt (143), and the tail end of the connecting belt (143) is fixedly connected with a counterweight ball (146);
(2) deep cleaning: fixing the primarily cleaned hydraulic oil pipe in a deep cleaning device (2) through a clamping device (3), and performing deep cleaning by adopting a cleaning solution; the cleaning solution is prepared from a cleaning agent and deionized water, and the concentration of the cleaning solution is 1-10%; the cleaning agent mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 650120-25 parts of surfactant, 122715-20 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of surfactant SDBS, 2O 1-2 parts of Na2C 03.10H 2, 25-2 parts of Na2SiO 31, 1-2 parts of tripolyphosphoric acid, 0.5-1 part of corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of solubilizer and 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent;
(3) washing: and continuously washing the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe by adopting a circulating washing method to finish the cleaning operation of the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe.
2. The automatic cleaning method for the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe with high cleanliness is characterized in that the inflation head (12) is of a conical structure and is hollow inside, and the inflation head (12) is communicated with the guide pipe (111); the air bag belt (141) is made of rubber materials and is communicated with the through hole (145), a rubber plug is sleeved in the through hole (145), and the connecting belt (143) is not stretchable; the friction layer (142) is made of abrasive cloth.
3. The automatic high-cleanness cleaning method for the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe according to claim 1, wherein the preliminary cleaning specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) an air pump (11) and a motor (15) of the primary cleaning device (1) are connected with a nearby power supply, one through hole (145) is opened, and an inflation head (12) is plugged into the through hole (145);
(2) turning on a switch of the air pump (11), inflating the air bag belt (141) by the air pump (11) through the conduit (111) to expand the air bag belt (141), so that the friction layer (142) is in close contact with the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe;
(3) water is introduced into the hydraulic oil pipe, the expanded air bag belt (141) is pushed by using the impact force of the water, the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe is wiped and cleaned by using the friction layer (142), and the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe is wiped and cleaned by using the impact force of the water;
(4) after the primary cleaning is finished, the inflating head (12) is pulled out to deflate the air bag belt (141), the switch of the motor (15) is turned on, the air bag belt (141) is rapidly wound on the rotary drum (14), and the air bag belt (141) is folded and unfolded.

The automatic cleaning method for the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe with high cleanliness according to claim 1, wherein the deep cleaning device (2) comprises a base (21), a cleaning cavity (22) is installed at the upper end of the base (21), cleaning liquid is contained in the cleaning cavity (22), and a cleaning brush (23) is movably installed in the cleaning cavity (22); a bottom plate (24) is fixed on the inner side of the cleaning cavity (22), the upper end face of the bottom plate (24) is fixedly connected with a first vertical assembling seat (25) and a second vertical assembling seat (26), the first assembling seat (25) and the second assembling seat (26) are distributed at intervals, and the height of the second assembling seat (26) is lower than that of the first assembling seat (25); a plurality of reciprocating screw rods (27) are arranged between the first assembling seat (25) and the second assembling seat (26) at intervals, a plurality of supporting frames (28) are arranged at intervals on one side of the cleaning cavity (22), one ends of the reciprocating screw rods (27) extend to the outer side of the cleaning cavity (22) and are in transmission connection with feeding motors (29), and the feeding motors (29) are arranged on the supporting frames (28); a plurality of fixing rods (251) are arranged on the first assembling seat (25) at intervals, the number and distribution of the fixing rods (251) are the same as those of the reciprocating screw rod (27) and are positioned above the reciprocating screw rod (27), an installing block (252) is arranged on the fixing rods (251) in a sliding mode, a sliding seat (271) is assembled on the reciprocating screw rod (27), the sliding seat (271) is assembled and connected with the installing plate (272) through a connecting rod (273), and the sliding seat (271) is in transmission fit with the reciprocating screw rod (27); one side of the mounting block (252) is provided with a cleaning brush (23), an assembling rod of the cleaning brush (23) is of a cavity structure, and one end of the fixing rod (251) extends to the inner side of the assembling rod through the mounting block (252).

The high-cleanness automatic cleaning method for the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe is characterized in that the clamping device (3) comprises a base (31), the base (31) is fixed at the upper end of the bottom plate (24), a vertical clamping screw rod (32) and a transmission rod (33) are assembled on the base (31) at intervals, one end, away from the base (31), of the clamping screw rod (32) and the transmission rod (33) is assembled and connected with a mounting seat (34), one end of the clamping screw rod (32) extends into the mounting seat (34) and is in transmission connection with a motor; clamping screw (32) and transfer line (33) are gone up to be equipped with clamping plate (35), the quantity of clamping plate (35) is 2 and interval distribution, 2 clamping plate (35) with clamping screw (32) reverse drive cooperation and with transfer line (33) sliding connection, clamping plate (35) are fixed with spacing seat (36) towards the terminal surface of clamping screw (32) intermediate position, it has the V-arrangement groove to open on spacing seat (36), even anti-skidding line has been laid to the terminal surface in V-arrangement groove.

(2) the feeding motor (29) is started to operate, the feeding motor (29) drives the reciprocating screw rod (27) to operate, the sliding seat (271) moves in a reciprocating mode along the reciprocating screw rod (27), the sliding seat (271) drives the mounting block (252) to slide in a reciprocating mode along the fixing rod (251) through the connecting rod (273), the cleaning brush (23) moves in a reciprocating mode along the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe, and therefore the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe is cleaned comprehensively.

The automatic cleaning method for the inner wall of the hydraulic oil pipe with high cleanliness according to claim 1, wherein the preparation of the cleaning solution comprises the following steps: taking materials according to the formula; uniformly stirring surfactant 6501, surfactant 1227, surfactant SDBS, Na2C 03.10H 2O, Na2SiO3, tripolyphosphoric acid, corrosion inhibitor, stabilizer, solubilizer and defoaming agent, grinding into powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain the cleaning agent; and taking the cleaning agent and deionized water to prepare a cleaning solution with the concentration of 1-10%.
