In order to overcome the defects that the manual cleaning workload is large, the time and the labor are consumed, and components are easy to damage, the technical problem to be solved is as follows: the electrical cabinet capable of automatically cleaning the dust screen is free from manual cleaning of the dust screen.

Further, the moving assembly comprises: the motor is arranged on the electrical cabinet body; the worm is arranged on an output shaft of the motor; the lead screw is rotatably arranged on the electrical cabinet body; and the worm wheel is arranged on the screw rod and meshed with the worm.
Further, the clearance subassembly includes: the sliding rails are arranged on two sides of the electrical cabinet body; the first sliding block is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding manner; the nut is arranged on the first sliding block on one side and is connected with the screw rod through threads; and the rolling brush is rotatably arranged between the first sliding blocks on the two sides.
Further, still including the rotating assembly, the rotating assembly includes: the gear is arranged on the rolling brush; and the rack is arranged on the electrical cabinet body and meshed with the gear.
Further, still include the dust absorption subassembly, the dust absorption subassembly includes: the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the electrical cabinet body through a shaft sleeve; the transmission belt pulley set is arranged between the rotating shaft and the output shaft of the motor, and an overrunning clutch is arranged between the transmission belt pulley set and the rotating shaft; the dust hood is slidably mounted on the electrical cabinet body; the hose is arranged on the dust collection cover; the cover is arranged on the electrical cabinet body through a shaft sleeve, and the hose is connected with the cover; and the blades are mounted on the rotating shaft.
Further, still including lifting unit, lifting unit is including: the two sides of the electrical cabinet body are both provided with sliding grooves, the second sliding blocks are slidably mounted on the sliding grooves, and the second sliding blocks are connected with the dust hood; the stay wire is installed between the second sliding block on one side and the first sliding block on one side, a fine hole is formed in the electrical cabinet body, and the stay wire penetrates through the fine hole.
Further, still including the vibration subassembly, the vibration subassembly includes: at least two first round blocks are arranged on the dustproof net of the electric cabinet; the special-shaped rod is arranged on the first sliding block on one side; the second round block is arranged on the special-shaped rod, and the first round block is matched with the second round block; the L-shaped rods are arranged on two sides of the dustproof net of the electric cabinet; the guide sleeves are installed on two sides of the electrical cabinet body, and springs are connected between the guide sleeves and the L-shaped rods.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the electric cabinet dustproof net cleaning device is provided with the gear and the rack, so that the rolling brush can rotate, the rolling brush can clean the electric cabinet dustproof net more completely, and the phenomenon that the heat dissipation effect of the electric cabinet is influenced due to the incomplete cleaning, and components are damaged is prevented;
2. the electric cabinet dust collection device is provided with the dust collection assembly and the lifting assembly, and can suck the cleaned and dropped dust into the cover through the dust collection cover, so that the dropped dust is prevented from blocking the electric cabinet dust screen again, the dust is further cleaned, and components in the electric cabinet are protected;
3. the dust collection assembly is provided with the vibration assembly, and the dust collection assembly can shake the electrical cabinet dust screen through the matching of the first round block and the second round block, so that dust is prevented from being adhered to the electrical cabinet dust screen, and the dust collection assembly can conveniently absorb the dust.

The moving assembly 3 comprises a motor 31, a worm 32, a screw rod 33 and a worm wheel 34, the motor 31 is arranged on the electrical cabinet body 1, the worm 32 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 31, the screw rod 33 is arranged on the rear side of the interior of the electrical cabinet body 1 in a rotating mode through a bearing seat, the worm wheel 34 is connected to the right side key of the screw rod 33, and the worm wheel 34 is meshed with the worm 32.
When the dust screen on the regulator cubicle needs to be cleared up, motor 31 is started, worm 32 is driven to rotate, worm wheel 34 is driven to rotate, lead screw 33 is made to rotate, cleaning assembly 4 is made to clear up regulator cubicle dust screen 2, when the cleaning of regulator cubicle dust screen 2 is completed, control motor 31 is controlled to rotate reversely, lead screw 33 is made to rotate reversely, cleaning assembly 4 is made to reset, motor 31 is closed after resetting, and the device stops operating.
The cleaning assembly 4 comprises a sliding rail 41, a first sliding block 42, a nut 43 and a rolling brush 44, the sliding rail 41 is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the rear portion of the electrical cabinet body 1, the first sliding block 42 is slidably arranged on the sliding rail 41, the nut 43 is welded on the first sliding block 42 on the upper side, the nut 43 is connected with the lead screw 33 through threads, and the rolling brush 44 is rotatably connected between the first sliding blocks 42 on the two sides.
Starting motor 31, can make lead screw 33 rotate, thereby drive nut 43 through the screw and remove, and then make first slider 42 remove left, and then drive round brush 44 and remove left, thereby clear up regulator cubicle dust screen 2, after regulator cubicle dust screen 2 clearance is accomplished, then control motor 31 reversal, make nut 43, first slider 42 and round brush 44 remove right and reset, close motor 31 after resetting, the device stop function.
Example 2
Based on embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, the electrical cabinet further includes a rotating assembly 5, the rotating assembly 5 includes a gear 51 and a rack 52, the gear 51 is connected to the lower side of the rolling brush 44, the rack 52 is disposed on the lower side of the interior of the electrical cabinet body 1, and the rack 52 is engaged with the gear 51.
When the round brush 44 moves, and then the gear 51 moves, the gear 51 rotates due to the action of the rack 52, and then the round brush 44 is driven to rotate, so that the round brush 44 cleans the electrical cabinet dust screen 2 more cleanly.
Still including dust absorption assembly 6, dust absorption assembly 6 is including axis of rotation 61, driving belt wheel group 62, the suction hood 63, the hose 64, cover 65 and blade 66, the inside left side of regulator cubicle body 1 is connected with axis of rotation 61 through the axle sleeve rotary type, be connected with driving belt wheel group 62 between the upside of axis of rotation 61 and the output shaft of motor 31, be equipped with freewheel clutch between driving belt wheel group 62 and the axis of rotation 61, the back side sliding type of regulator cubicle body 1 is equipped with suction hood 63, the upside of suction hood 63 is connected with hose 64, there is cover 65 in the inside left side of regulator cubicle body 1 through the axle sleeve connection, hose 64 is connected with cover 65, the downside of axis of rotation 61 is connected with blade 66.
The starting motor 31 can drive the rotation shaft 61 to rotate through the transmission belt pulley set 62, so that the blade 66 rotates, the dust falling off through the dust hood 63 is sucked into the hood 65, the dust is prevented from being cleaned, the dust falls off and accumulates under the dust screen 2 of the electric cabinet, and when the output shaft of the motor 31 rotates reversely, the dust collection assembly 6 stops operating.
The electric cabinet is characterized by further comprising a lifting assembly 7, the lifting assembly 7 comprises a second sliding block 71 and a pull wire 72, sliding grooves 74 are formed in the left side and the right side of the rear portion of the electric cabinet body 1, the second sliding block 71 is arranged on the sliding grooves 74 in a sliding mode, the second sliding block 71 is connected with the dust hood 63, the pull wire 72 is connected between the second sliding block 71 on the right side and the first sliding block 42 on the upper side, a fine hole 73 is formed in the rear side of the electric cabinet body 1, and the pull wire 72 penetrates through the fine hole 73.
Starting motor 31, can make first slider 42 remove, and then the pulling acts as go-between 72, through pore 73 direction pulling right side second slider 71 rebound, and then drive suction hood 63 and left side second slider 71 rebound, and then make suction hood 63 absorb the dust in regulator cubicle dust screen 2 each position, thereby make regulator cubicle dust screen 2 cleaner, control motor 31 reversal after having absorbed, make driving pulley group 62 not drive axis of rotation 61 reversal because of overrunning clutch's effect, thereby make dust collection assembly 6 stop the operation, other each part resets, close motor 31 after resetting, the device stops the operation.
Still including vibration subassembly 8, vibration subassembly 8 is including first circular block 81, dysmorphism pole 82, second circular block 83, L shape pole 84, guide pin bushing 85 and spring 86, the upside of regulator cubicle dust screen 2 is equipped with a plurality of first circular blocks 81, the left side of the first slider 42 of upside is connected with dysmorphism pole 82, the downside of dysmorphism pole 82 is equipped with second circular block 83, first circular block 81 cooperates with second circular block 83, the left and right sides of regulator cubicle dust screen 2 all is connected with L shape pole 84, the rear portion left and right sides of regulator cubicle body 1 all is connected with guide pin bushing 85, be connected with spring 86 between guide pin bushing 85 and the L shape pole 84.
Starting motor 31, can make first slider 42 remove, and then drive dysmorphism pole 82 and second circular block 83 and remove, when second circular block 83 moves to and first circular block 81 contact, can make first circular block 81 remove backward, and then make regulator cubicle dust screen 2 remove backward, thereby make L shape pole 84 remove backward, spring 86 is stretched, when second circular block 83 moves to not contacting with first circular block 81, spring 86 kick-backs and drives L shape pole 84, regulator cubicle dust screen 2 and first circular block 81 move forward and reset, and then make regulator cubicle dust screen 2 carry out the shake from beginning to end, thereby prevent that the dust from gluing on regulator cubicle dust screen 2, make dust collection assembly 6 more convenient absorb the dust.
