背景技术
细胞的能量来源于线粒体,是氧化还原反应的主要场所。由于线粒体内的DNA与氧化还原体系非常接近,因此它更容易受到损伤。DNA时刻面临来自于生物体内部或外部的侵袭,在细胞内外各种因素的作用下可不断出现损伤,当DNA损伤严重、修复无望时,细胞走向程序性死亡,以消除受损的细胞,避免将错误的遗传信息传递给子细胞或是发生恶性转化。这种不可修复的DNA损伤将杀死各种类型的细胞,轻者致慢性疾病,重者导致肿瘤的发生。所以,DNA损伤修复对于细胞的存活和正常生理活动的发挥具有重要意义。
Tomas Lindahl,Paul Modrich和Aziz Sancar三位科学家因发现“DNA损伤修复机制”获得了2015年诺贝尔化学奖。三位诺贝尔奖获得者发现细胞通过两种机制对DNA损伤进行修复:一种是将损伤的DNA切除,合成一段新的DNA来代替损伤的DNA,这种修复是切除修复;另一种修复不需要合成新的DNA,在生理条件下,损伤直接从碱基上移除,使碱基恢复原来的状态,这种修复是损伤恢复。

本发明的目的在于提供一种修复DNA损伤、恢复细胞再生的功能食品,已解决切除修复、损伤恢复方法的不便,以更好的采用损伤直接逆转将损伤的DNA进行修复。
本发明的目的是针对现有产品技术不足,提供一种全新配方功效产品,包含由DNA损伤修复功效成分、增强人体提高免疫力成分、补气血安神助眠等功效成分,达到修复细胞DNA损伤或功能下降,对抗自由基,平衡人体细胞营养,恢复健康细胞再生,由内为外逆龄抗衰,改善亚健康。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种修复DNA损伤、恢复细胞再生的功能食品,包括有DNA损伤修复成分、抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分、提高免疫力成分、补气血安神助眠成分;
且所述DNA损伤修复成分由生物活性蛋白,营养酵母抽取物、小分子蛋白酶组成;
所述抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分由烟酰胺单核苷酸、白藜芦醇、原花青素组成;
所述提高免疫力成分由人参皂苷、茯苓多糖组成;
所述补气血安神助眠成分由枸杞萃取物、阿胶、远志萃取物、柏子仁萃取物组成。
进一步优选的,还包括有一口味调节成分,所述口味调节成分由低聚果糖、抗性糊精组成。
进一步优选的,所述DNA损伤修复成分、抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分、提高免疫力成分、补气血安神助眠成分、口味调节成分之间按照重量份配比为1∶1∶1∶1∶1。
进一步优选的,所述DNA损伤修复成分按照以下重量份配比而成:生物活性蛋白3-10份,营养酵母抽取物6-12份,小分子蛋白酶10-22份。
进一步优选的,所述抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分按照以下重量份配比而成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.1-1份,白藜芦醇5-15份,原花青素8-15份。
进一步优选的,所述提高免疫力成分按照以下重量份配比而成:人参皂苷1-8份,茯苓多糖3-8份。
进一步优选的,所述补气血安神助眠成分按照以下重量份配比而成:枸杞萃取物5-15份,阿胶6-15份,远志萃取物1-10份、柏子仁萃取物1-10份。
进一步优选的,所述口味调节成分按照以下重量份配比而成:低聚果糖5-15份、抗性糊精10-15份。
进一步优选的,所述小分子蛋白酶包括有半胱氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸蛋白酶以及基质金属蛋白酶6种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明公开的再生功能食品,经胃肠道黏膜吸收,到达人体组织。
(1)生物活性蛋白、小分子蛋白酶从细胞层面抵抗并延缓衰老,使皮肤紧致、恢复弹性、抗氧化、去除皱纹、黄褐斑;
(2)白藜芦醇、原花青素等成分可增加机体代谢功能,帮助毒素排出,去除脂肪,减脂减重,降低血脂和胆固醇,恢复血管的弹性,预防心脑血管疾病;
(3)远志萃取物、柏子仁萃取物帮助人体调整睡眠,提高睡眠质量;
(4)人参皂苷、茯苓多糖都具有提高免疫力作用,也是天然抗炎物,可缓解各种炎症;
(5)本发明所选用的药物皆为药食同源原料,对人体安全无副作用。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种修复DNA损伤、恢复细胞再生的功能食品。
包括以下实施例:
实施例1:按照以下重量份配比称取各原料:
生物活性蛋白4份,营养酵母抽取物7份、小分子蛋白酶12份,用以组成DNA损伤修复成分;
在此,小分子蛋白酶包括有半胱氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸蛋白酶以及基质金属蛋白酶6种。
烟酰胺单核苷酸1份、白藜芦醇6份、原花青素8份,用以组成抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分;
人参皂苷2份、茯苓多糖4份,用以组成提高免疫力成分;
枸杞萃取物8份、阿胶8份,远志萃取物7份、柏子仁萃取物8份,用以组成补气血安神助眠成分;
另外含有口味调节成分:低聚果糖10份、抗性糊精15份。
实施例2:按照以下重量份配比称取各原料:
生物活性蛋白6份,营养酵母抽取物10份、小分子蛋白酶20份,用以组成DNA损伤修复成分;
在此,小分子蛋白酶包括有半胱氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸蛋白酶以及基质金属蛋白酶6种。
烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5份、白藜芦醇5份、原花青素5份,用以组成抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分;
人参皂苷4份、茯苓多糖5份,用以组成提高免疫力成分;
枸杞萃取物5份、阿胶10份、远志萃取物5份、柏子仁萃取物5份,用以组成补气血安神助眠成分;
低聚果糖8份、抗性糊精10份,用以组成口味调节成分。
实施例3:按照以下重量份配比称取各原料:
生物活性蛋白8份,营养酵母抽取物9份、小分子蛋白酶16份,用以组成DNA损伤修复成分;
在此,小分子蛋白酶包括有半胱氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸蛋白酶以及基质金属蛋白酶6种。
烟酰胺单核苷酸0.1份、白藜芦醇10份、原花青素10份,用以组成抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分;
人参皂苷4份、茯苓多糖5份,用以组成提高免疫力成分;
枸杞萃取物6份、阿胶6份、远志萃取物5份、柏子仁萃取物6份,用以组成补气血安神助眠成分;
低聚果糖5份、抗性糊精10份,用以组成口味调节成分。
实施例4:
我们对上述的功能食品进行了实验,实验数据如下:
第一步:按一下配比,称量10g功能食品的原料,包括生物活性蛋白0.8g,营养酵母抽取物0.8g、小分子蛋白酶1.4g、烟酰胺单核苷酸0.01g、白藜芦醇1g、原花青素1g、人参皂苷0.4g、茯苓多糖0.6g、枸杞萃取物0.6g、阿胶0.8g、远志萃取物0.5g、柏子仁萃取物0.6g、低聚果糖0.5g、抗性糊精1g。
第二步:取上述原料0.1g,用超纯水充分溶解后,加入到骨髓间充质干细胞培养上清液中,与干细胞进行共培养。
第三步:培养6代后,进行细胞拍照观察。
实验结果:发现加入功能食品的原料组,细胞的增殖数量明显高于对照组,衰老细胞数量明显减少,说明功效原料能够促进细胞的再生,逆转衰老细胞,具体件说说明书附图的图1-图2。
其中,图1为实验组:加入本发明功能食品的原料与骨髓间充质干细胞共培养14天后,40倍照片;图2为对照组:骨髓间充质干细胞加入培养液正常培养14天后,40倍照片。
Claims (9)
1.一种修复DNA损伤、恢复细胞再生的功能食品,其特征在于,包括有DNA损伤修复成分、抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分、提高免疫力成分、补气血安神助眠成分;
且所述DNA损伤修复成分由生物活性蛋白,营养酵母抽取物、小分子蛋白酶组成;
所述抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分由烟酰胺单核苷酸、白藜芦醇、原花青素组成;
所述提高免疫力成分由人参皂苷、茯苓多糖组成;
所述补气血安神助眠成分由枸杞萃取物、阿胶、远志萃取物、柏子仁萃取物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能食品,其特征在于,还包括有一口味调节成分,所述口味调节成分由低聚果糖、抗性糊精组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述DNA损伤修复成分、抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分、提高免疫力成分、补气血安神助眠成分、口味调节成分之间按照重量份配比为1∶1∶1∶1∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述DNA损伤修复成分按照以下重量份配比而成:生物活性蛋白3-10份,营养酵母抽取物6-12份,小分子蛋白酶10-22份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述抗氧化恢复细胞再生成分按照以下重量份配比而成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.1-1份,白藜芦醇5-15份,原花青素8-15份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述提高免疫力成分按照以下重量份配比而成:人参皂苷1-8份,茯苓多糖3-8份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述补气血安神助眠成分按照以下重量份配比而成:枸杞萃取物5-15份,阿胶6-15份,远志萃取物1-10份、柏子仁萃取物1-10份。
8.根据权利要求2所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述口味调节成分按照以下重量份配比而成:低聚果糖5-15份、抗性糊精10-15份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的功能食品,其特征在于,所述小分子蛋白酶包括有半胱氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸蛋白酶以及基质金属蛋白酶6种。
