Referring to fig. 8, the drum drying assembly 9 includes a drum motor 91, a driving shaft 92, a clamping opening 93, a drum base 94, a rotary drum 95, a filter material hole 96, a guide collecting housing 97, an inner clamping groove 98, a filter screen plate 99 and a product collecting tank 910, the driving shaft 92 is installed on the left side of the drum motor 91, the drum motor 91 is installed in the motor sleeve 3 in a clamping manner, the clamping opening 93 is arranged on the driving shaft 92, the drum base 94 is arranged at the left end of the driving shaft 92, the rotary drum 95 is installed on the drum base 94, the filter material hole 96 is arranged on the rotary drum 95, the guide collecting housing 97 is arranged right below the rotary drum 95, the inner clamping groove 98 is arranged in the inner wall of the upper end of the guide collecting housing 97, the filter screen plate 99 is installed in the inner clamping groove 98, and the product collecting tank 910 is installed at the bottom of the guide collecting housing 97.
In order to better show the implementation flow of the microwave drying device for storing agricultural products, the present embodiment now proposes an implementation method of the microwave drying device for storing agricultural products, which includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: pouring the recovered agricultural products into a feed hopper 51, starting a crushing motor 52, driving a crushing roller 53 to crush the agricultural product materials, and guiding the crushed agricultural products materials downwards to a material guide pipe 57;
step two: the crushed agricultural products are primarily dried in the material guiding pipe 57 through the heating resistor 511 in the heating sleeve 58 and finally fall to the bottom of the material guiding pipe 57, wherein the moisture enters the water storage tank 6 through the liquid guiding pipe 510 for recycling, and the agricultural products are recycled through the recycling barrel 7;
step three: classifying the agricultural products in the recycling bin 7, putting the agricultural products into a display groove 85 on a product display board 84, starting a microwave generator 11, adjusting the size of the microwave through an adjusting panel 10, and drying the agricultural products on the product display board 84;
step four: the agricultural products after microwave drying on the product display board 84 are put into the rotary drum 95, the drum motor 91 is started to drive the rotary drum 95 to rotate repeatedly, so that the agricultural products enter the guide collecting shell 97 after being filtered out through the filter material holes 96, and finally fall to the product collecting tank 910 at the bottom for collection and storage after being filtered by the filter screen board 99.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the invention relates to a microwave drying device for storing agricultural products and an implementation method thereof, wherein three drying modes, namely primary heating drying, microwave drying and recycling stir-frying drying, are integrated in the device, firstly, the agricultural products are crushed by a crushing and water-filtering component 5, and are primarily dried by a heating sleeve 58, the moisture generated after crushing is discharged downwards into a water storage tank 6 through a liquid guide pipe 510, then the agricultural products are transferred into a display tank 85 in a product display plate 84, the microwave drying of the agricultural products is carried out by using the microwave emitted by an upper microwave generator 11, after the drying is finished, the agricultural products are transferred into a rotary drum 95 in a drum drying component 9 for rotary stir-frying, and the agricultural products filtered by a filter material hole 96 and a filter screen plate 99 enter a product collecting tank 910 for recycling and storing.
In summary, the following steps: the invention relates to a microwave drying device for storing agricultural products and an implementation method thereof, wherein three drying modes are integrated into the device, which are primary heating drying, microwave drying and recycling stir-frying drying respectively, firstly, the agricultural products are crushed by a crushing and water filtering component 5, and the primary drying is carried out by a heating sleeve 58, so that the moisture generated after crushing is discharged downwards to a water storage tank 6 through a liquid guide pipe 510, then the agricultural products are transferred to a display tank 85 in a product display board 84, the microwave generated by an upper microwave generator 11 is used for carrying out the microwave drying on the agricultural products, after the drying is finished, the agricultural products are transferred to a rotary drum 95 in a drum drying component 9 for rotary stir-frying, the agricultural products filtered by a filter material hole 96 and a filter screen plate 99 enter a product collecting tank 910 for recycling and storing, the microwave drying device has a complete and reasonable structure and strong drying effect, through three kinds of drying process, the inside water content of greatly reduced agricultural product effectively improves drying efficiency.

the crushing water filtering component (5) comprises a feed hopper (51), a crushing motor (52), a crushing roller (53), a fixed connecting plate (54), a fixed bolt (55), an inner clamping seat (56), a material guide pipe (57), a heating sleeve (58), a positioning lug plate (59), a liquid guide pipe (510), a heating resistor (511) and a heat conducting pad (512), wherein the crushing motor (52) is respectively installed at two ends of the outer side of the feed hopper (51), the crushing roller (53) is installed in the crushing motor (52), the fixed connecting plate (54) is arranged at the bottom of the feed hopper (51), the fixed bolt (55) is respectively installed at two ends of the fixed connecting plate (54), the inner clamping seat (56) is arranged at the bottom of the fixed connecting plate (54), the material guide pipe (57) is installed at the bottom of the inner clamping seat (56), the heating sleeve (58) is installed at the outer side of the center of the material guide pipe (57), positioning ear plates (59) are respectively arranged at two ends of the heating sleeve (58), a heat conducting pad (512) is arranged at a position between the inner side of the heating sleeve (58) and the material guide pipe (57), a heating resistor (511) is arranged in the inner wall of the heating sleeve (58), and a liquid guide pipe (510) is arranged at the bottom of the material guide pipe (57); the drying isolation support (8) comprises isolation plates (81), folded plate fixing pieces (82), screw assemblies (83), product display plates (84), display grooves (85), classification partition plates (86), fixing folded plates (87) and folded plate bolts (88), the folded plate fixing pieces (82) are respectively installed on the outer sides of the upper end and the lower end of each isolation plate (81), the screw assemblies (83) are installed on the folded plate fixing pieces (82), the product display plates (84) are installed between the isolation plates (81), the display grooves (85) are formed in the centers of the upper sides of the product display plates (84), the classification partition plates (86) are arranged in the display grooves (85), the fixing folded plates (87) are respectively arranged at the two ends of each product display plate (84), and the bolt folded plates (88) are installed on the fixing folded plates (87); s2: the crushed agricultural products are primarily dried in the material guiding pipe (57) through a heating resistor (511) in a heating sleeve (58) and finally fall to the bottom of the material guiding pipe (57), wherein moisture enters the water storage tank (6) through a liquid guiding pipe (510) for recycling, and the agricultural products are recycled through a recycling barrel (7);
s3: classifying the agricultural products in the recycling bin (7), putting the agricultural products into a display groove (85) on a product display board (84), starting a microwave generator (11), adjusting the size of microwaves through an adjusting panel (10), and drying the agricultural products on the product display board (84);
s4: putting the agricultural products after microwave drying on the product display board (84) into a rotary roller (95), starting a roller motor (91) to drive the rotary roller (95) to rotate repeatedly, so that the agricultural products enter a guide collection shell (97) after being filtered out through a filter material hole (96), and finally fall into a product collection tank (910) at the bottom to be collected and stored after impurities are filtered by a filter screen plate (99).
