Description

Simulation fire source, simulation fire extinguisher and simulation fire extinguishing teaching system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of training instruments for teaching, in particular to a simulated fire source, a simulated fire extinguisher and a simulated fire extinguishing teaching system.
Background
Fire safety is an important issue in industrial production. In industrial enterprises, fire-fighting training of employees is often required.
Traditional fire training works usually adopt a manual teaching mode, and the teaching content generally covers the reason and the type of fire, the type of fire extinguishing equipment, the use of the fire extinguishing equipment and the like. Since, in general, the content of the teaching is relatively abstract, the effect of the knowledge received by the staff is not ideal. The individual conditional enterprises adopt a teaching form of simple demonstration, so that the employees can contact the real fire-extinguishing equipment and learn to use the fire-extinguishing equipment, however, only a small number of enterprise employees can participate in the actual operation training of the real fire-extinguishing equipment in the form of simple demonstration, and if a large number of employees need to be actually trained, a large amount of cost is consumed. Therefore, the training form of simple demonstration is generally integrated in other comprehensive training, the cost is high, the number of trained staff is limited, the daily maintenance of the unavailable goods equipment is troublesome, and the impression is not deep for other observers who do not participate in actual operation.
In view of the problem of high cost of real training, some teaching ways for simulation have been proposed in recent years with the increasing fire control management intensity of manufacturers, for example, in the patent "fire extinguisher simulation teaching device" with application number 2011104220756.8, a simulated fire extinguisher tank for emitting ultrasonic waves instead of fire extinguishing agents and a simulated fire source for extinguishing fire by receiving ultrasonic waves are adopted, so that a greater number of staff can be in contact with the use of the simulated fire extinguisher tank to save training cost.
However, the inventor finds in research that the existing simulation teaching mode has the disadvantage that the existing simulation teaching mode only stays in the use and simulation of the simulation fire extinguishing equipment more and does not consider the real fire scene environment, so that the student can obtain most knowledge and only uses the equipment. In fact, in different industrial and mining enterprises, the reason of conflagration breaing out, the burning material of conflagration all has very big difference, under the conflagration type of difference, what kind of fire-extinguishing equipment of chooseing for use is also different, the ease of putting out a fire of different burning materials also has very big difference, some materials that are difficult to extinguish are also very easy to reburning, that is to say, current simulation teaching is difficult to do the simulation to real scene of a fire, thereby provide the training based on real scene for the student, for example in patent "fire extinguisher emulation teaching device" that application number is 2011104220756.8, the student operates simulation fire extinguisher and sends the ultrasonic wave, just can make simulation flame extinguish (stop to blow the silk with the fan and be the sign), the student does not experience with the corresponding true experience of enterprise production environment.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a simulation fire-extinguishing teaching system which comprises a simulation fire source and a simulation fire extinguisher. The general rationale is similar to prior art analog teaching systems, i.e. a signal is sent by an analog fire extinguisher, received by an analog fire source, and a response is given. However, the prior art has the defects that the reality of the simulation in the prior art is very low, the effect of the simulated fire source is only the signal receiving and responding, the actual environment feeling of the trainee cannot be provided, and the trainee feels only the use of the fire extinguishing equipment at most. Aiming at the problem of low authenticity in the prior art, the invention makes corresponding improvement.
The invention provides a simulated fire source as an improvement, which comprises a simulated fire source shell and a simulated control system. The simulated fire source shell can be a mechanical shell similar to a flame shape, and a simulation control system is arranged in the simulated fire source shell and on the surface of the simulated fire source shell. The simulation control system comprises a first wireless communication module, a first main control module, a flame display module, a voice playing module, a smoke expression module and a distance sensing module. The first main control module is respectively and electrically connected with the first wireless communication module, the flame display module, the voice playing module, the smoke expression module and the distance sensing module. The first main control module may be, but is not limited to, an integrated chip, in which a program of a specific language is burned in advance, and may play a main control role for the remaining modules.
The fire source simulation method and the fire source simulation device can establish a more real fire source environment. Trainees of different industrial enterprises can select different simulation scenes to set the fire source. The personnel set the fire source, can accomplish through the computer terminal with simulation fire source signal connection, and for example the user can set for through the App of mobile terminal, and the content of setting is as shown in FIG. 1, and after the person trained starts the App that is used for the simulation training, need select fire source type and preset wind direction. The fire source types include solid combustible substance flames, liquid combustible substance flames, gaseous combustible substance flames, metal flames and charged flames in various factories to simulate the conditions in actual industrial production. The wind direction is preset, and the ventilation condition can be artificially set according to the factory site. The trainee can also set the burning time of the flame, and can also set the medium and the quality (weight) of the simulated fire extinguisher, for example, the trainee can send different medium IDs when the simulated fire extinguisher is used after selecting different fire extinguisher media. And the weight of the medium identifies the time of use of the fire extinguisher. Of course, the trainee can also not set for the fire extinguisher medium, the fire extinguishers with different media adopt different simulated fire extinguishers, and when the trainee carries out simulated fire extinguishing training, the trainee needs to select the correct simulated fire extinguisher according to the flame type.
After the trainee sets the data, the first wireless communication module is used for receiving the fire source setting data, including the fire source type and the preset wind direction. And the first main control module is used for displaying dynamic flames corresponding to the fire source type on the fire source display module according to the fire source setting data and prompting the preset wind direction.
Specifically, the fire source display module is a 360-degree annular curved surface display screen arranged on the simulated flame shell, and the curved surface display screen needs dynamic flames with different colors and shapes according to different fire source types. The size of the flame is indicated by the height of the dynamic flame, and the data of the height of the flame is collected in advance according to the real situation and stored in the first main control module.
And the voice playing module plays the sound corresponding to the fire source type under the control of the first main control module. Similarly, these audio signals are modeled based on the actual scene, or are pre-acquired.
The smoke expression module comprises a fan and a smoke generator. The fans comprise a plurality of fans facing different directions, after the trainees set the preset wind direction, the fans corresponding to the directions work, firstly, the smoke generator generates smoke, and then the fans diffuse the smoke to create a real field environment.
Therefore, by setting, the real flame environment is established by simulating the fire source for the trainee to use so as to provide real experience for the trainee. Thereafter, trained personnel are required to select and use the simulated fire extinguisher and interact with the simulated fire source to complete the simulated fire extinguishing training.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an improved simulated fire extinguisher, including a simulated fire extinguisher tank and an electrical control system. The electrical control system comprises a second wireless communication module, a second main control module, a laser module, an infrared module and a voice module. And the second main control module is respectively and electrically connected with the second wireless communication module, the laser module, the infrared module and the voice module.
Specifically, the simulated fire extinguisher tank body is the same as the real fire extinguisher tank body in shape and size. The starting and resetting switch of the electrical control system is arranged at the position of the safety pin of the simulated fire extinguisher tank body, when the safety pin is pulled out by a trained person, the electrical control system is started, and when the safety pin is inserted, the electrical control system is reset. The second main control module is used for controlling the laser module to emit visible laser so as to guide the trainee to aim the simulated fire extinguisher at a simulated fire source; the second main control module is also used for controlling the infrared module to send out an infrared signal so as to be captured by the flame display module for simulating a fire source; and the second main control module is also used for controlling the voice module to make corresponding sound.
The principle of interaction is described below in connection with a simulated fire extinguisher and a simulated fire source.
First, a simulated fire environment is created from the simulated fire, and the process is described in the foregoing embodiments.
A trained person then selects a simulated fire extinguisher of a particular media type based on the fire source type. The trainee needs to pull down the safety button to activate the electrical control system of the analog fire extinguisher.
The real environment is simulated, and the trainees also need to observe the wind direction of the scene and walk to the upper wind port to extinguish the fire of the simulated fire source. In order to ensure the self-safety, a certain distance is required to be kept from the simulated fire source.
When the trainee judges a reasonable fire extinguishing area and walks to the area, the trainee presses a handle on the simulated fire extinguisher to activate the laser module and the infrared module. The laser module generates visible laser attention for guiding the trainee, while the infrared module emits a cone-shaped infrared signal. Meanwhile, the voice module can also emit simulated sound. When the trainee presses the handle, the second wireless communication module sends out the medium type ID at the same time for the simulated fire source to receive.
The trainees need to emit invisible infrared signals to the curved surface display screen under the guidance of laser, and coordinate data are captured by the curved surface display screen. The first main control module for simulating the fire source needs to judge whether the coordinate data are in the root area of the dynamic flame, and the fire can be finally successfully extinguished only when the type of the medium of the fire extinguisher is matched with the type of the flame and the coordinate data in the root area of the dynamic flame exceeds the set time. It is easy to understand that the flames of different fire source types, the range of the flame root area and the setting time of fire extinguishing are different and represent the ease of fire extinguishing of different combustion substances, and the data are preset according to actual collection. Certainly, in the process of simulating gradual extinguishment of the flame, the first main control module needs to control the curved display screen to display the gradually extinguished flame, control the voice playing module to gradually reduce the sound, and control the smoke expression module to gradually reduce the generation of smoke.
The distance induction module in the simulated fire source is used for detecting the distance between the trained personnel and the simulated fire source, and if the distance is smaller than a set value, the first main control module controls the flame display module to display warning information on a screen so as to prompt the trained personnel to carry out fire extinguishing operation only by ensuring the safety of the trained personnel in a real flame environment.
The first main control module is also used for detecting whether the trainee is in an air inlet of the simulated fire source according to the captured coordinates of the infrared signals sent by the simulated fire extinguisher on the screen, and if not, the flame display module is controlled to display alarm information on the screen. And the safety warning is also taken as a safety warning for trained personnel to avoid toxic substances, smoke and the like in the real environment.
The curved display screen simulating the fire source can make more real response to the operation of the trainee. The trainee presses down the simulation fire extinguisher handle, guides infrared signal to the curved surface display screen, and first host system judges its distance with the root zone's of dynamic flame regional according to the coordinate data that catches to make different responses. If the distance exceeds a set threshold, the fire-extinguishing medium is sprayed too far from the fire to respond. If the distance is within the set threshold, gradually weakened flames are displayed on the curved surface display screen along with the continuous infrared signal receiving. The speed of flame decay is related to the type of fire source and to the proximity of the flame root zone to the coordinate data. Dynamic flames, which gradually decrease at a certain rate, at a certain time, show an extinguished flame, which does not represent a true fire-extinguishing success, and in practical cases, the flames frequently reignite.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first main control module for simulating the fire source can calculate the probability of the re-ignition of the flame according to the area and the duration of the coordinate of the infrared signal sent by the simulated fire extinguisher on the screen. The probability of re-ignition is inversely related to the duration, and the further the coordinate is from the root region of the dynamic flame, the higher the probability of re-ignition. Different fire source types have different after-combustion probability values, the values can be stored in the first main control module in advance in the shape of a lookup table, and the first main control module queries the lookup table according to the operation of trained personnel to obtain the final probability value. The first main control module can control the dynamic flame to carry out reburning according to the final probability value, and can also set a small numerical value, for example, 10%, namely as long as the reburning probability exceeds 10%, the fire is judged to be unsuccessful, the curved surface display screen is controlled to display the reburning flame, meanwhile, the voice playing module generates sound, and the smoke expression module generates smoke again.
In addition, as the investigation of the training results, the first main control module counts time when the training is started, and controls the flame display module to display the result of successful or unsuccessful fire extinguishing according to the operation of the trainee after the counted time reaches the set training time. The first master control module may also provide more detailed reports such as the number of user operations, the result of fire suppression, the reason for reignition, and other prompts, etc. In the embodiment of the invention, the single training time is about five minutes generally, in a real flame environment, too much stay on the scene is dangerous behavior, and in addition, the simulated fire extinguisher has the limitation of the use amount. The second main control module of the simulated fire extinguisher is used for timing the time that the trainee continuously presses the handle after the electrical control system is started, and controlling the voice module to weaken the output of sound when the timing time is close to the set use time; and after the set use time is exceeded, the second main control module does not respond to the trainee pressing the handle so as to simulate the simulator for exhausting the medium. When the trainee reinserts the safety pin to reset the electrical control system, the second main control module resets the timing time, namely, the accumulated service time of the trainee is reset.
Referring now to fig. 2, in a real example, the use of the simulated fire fighting teaching system in the embodiment of the present invention is provided, and the detailed description is omitted with reference to fig. 2.
The simulated fire source provided by the embodiment of the invention can establish a real fire scene environment, can set different types of fire source types aiming at different industrial enterprises, and simultaneously sets the preset direction in the fire scene, after the setting is finished, the fire source display module displays dynamic combustion flame, the voice playing module emits corresponding sound, and the smoke expression module generates smoke simulating the real environment, so that trained personnel can train in an environment closer to the real environment.
The embodiment of the invention not only can provide a real environment, but also can give a response which is closer to the real to different operations of the trained personnel. The trainee needs to select simulated fire extinguishers with different media according to the type of the fire source, and the trainee is guided to the upper wind port of the fire source and keeps a certain distance from the flame to extinguish the fire. Meanwhile, the fire sources of different types have different fire extinguishing easiness degrees, the time required for fire extinguishing and the possibility of reburning are set according to the reality, so that trained personnel can learn not only the operation of real fire extinguishing equipment, but also the characteristics of different flame types and the real fire extinguishing experience, and the teaching value is very high.
