The dimming and color temperature adjusting scheme of the intelligent equipment provided by the invention not only is based on the position information, the time information and the ambient illumination information, but also is combined with the adjusting habit of a user to comprehensively adjust the target color temperature and the target brightness of the intelligent equipment, so that the adjusted color temperature and brightness can meet the eye protection requirement, the favorite habit of the user can be reached as much as possible, and the intelligent degree is further improved.
Based on the same technical concept, the invention also discloses a device for adjusting the light and color temperature of the intelligent equipment, which can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the intelligent equipment by adopting the method for adjusting the light and color temperature of the intelligent equipment, and the intelligent equipment can be various intelligent lighting equipment, and specifically, one embodiment of the device of the invention is shown in fig. 6 and comprises the following steps:
a geographic position obtaining module 10, configured to obtain geographic position information of the intelligent device; specifically, the geographic position obtaining module 10 may be implemented by a GPS, and obtains a current geographic position. The daylight information obtaining module 30 is configured to obtain current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic location according to the geographic location information of the intelligent device and the current date and time point information; the daylight color temperature and the brightness of different geographical positions are different, and even in the same geographical position, the daylight color temperature and the brightness of different dates and different time points are different, so that the current daylight color temperature and brightness information needs to be determined together by clicking the current geographical position according to the current date and the current time.
The environment information acquisition module 40 is used for acquiring current environment illumination information around the intelligent device; specifically, the environment information collecting module 40 may be implemented by a sensor for detecting the ambient light, so as to detect the light condition of the surrounding environment.
An adjustment information obtaining module 50, configured to obtain, according to the current ambient illumination information, a target color temperature and a target brightness of the intelligent device in combination with the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic location; specifically, after the adjustment information obtaining module 50 obtains the ambient illumination information through the ambient information collecting module 40, the adjustment information obtaining module comprehensively considers the obtained daylight color and brightness information, so as to obtain the target color and brightness information of the intelligent device. The method for acquiring the target color temperature and brightness according to the ambient illumination information and the daylight color temperature and brightness information can be acquired by the existing algorithm; or directly obtaining the target color temperature and the target brightness by table lookup, that is, corresponding the sunlight color temperature and the sunlight brightness information to the target color temperature and the target brightness, storing the target color temperature and the target brightness in a table, and then directly performing index lookup according to the sunlight color temperature, the sunlight brightness information and the ambient brightness to obtain the corresponding target color temperature and the corresponding target brightness. The corresponding relation needs to be calculated in advance or obtained through experiments, so that the provided target color temperature and brightness information is reasonable under the conditions of the sunlight color temperature, the sunlight brightness and the current ambient illumination, the current daily light requirement of a user can be met, and the aim of protecting eyes is fulfilled.
And an adjusting operation module 60, configured to adjust the brightness and the color temperature of the smart device based on the target color temperature and the target brightness.
In this embodiment, the target color temperature and the brightness corresponding to different locations and different times may also be different, and thus, the light source brightness and the color temperature of the smart device may be intelligently adjusted in real time by using the dimming and color temperature adjusting device of this embodiment. Of course, the adjustment may also be performed at preset time intervals, for example, the light source of the smart device is adjusted once every 10 minutes in the above manner, or is adjusted once every half hour or hour, and the adjustment interval may be preset in advance. Because the sunlight changes continuously in different time periods from morning to evening every day, the sunlight color and the brightness of different geographical positions are different; for example, the intelligent device is an intelligent desk lamp, the color temperature and the brightness of the earth at different positions based on sunlight can be calculated based on time, date and GPS information, then the operation environment of the child is integrated for comprehensive adjustment, the natural light color temperature and the brightness suitable for the current scene of the child are given, and the eyesight of the child is effectively protected.
In another embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, on the basis of the above embodiment of the apparatus, the sunlight information acquiring module 30 includes:
the sunrise and sunset obtaining submodule 31 is configured to obtain sunrise and sunset time points of the geographical location on the day according to the geographical location and the date information of the intelligent device;
a time interval obtaining submodule 32, configured to obtain, according to the current time point information, a time interval from a sunrise time point or a sunset time point of the current day;
and the information query submodule 33 is configured to query a pre-stored geographical location sunlight data table according to a time interval between the current distance and the sunrise or sunset time point of the current day, and obtain current sunlight color temperature and brightness information of the geographical location.
Specifically, the natural light follows the sunset sunrise to show a natural rhythm from dark to light and then from light to dark, so that the corresponding daylight data (daylight color temperature, brightness information, etc.) are different if the time interval from the sunrise or the sunset is different. The sunlight color and the brightness are different in different geographic positions, and the sunlight color and the brightness are also changed along with the change of time in the same geographic position. Even if the same geographical position is different from the sunrise or sunset time interval, the corresponding daylight color and brightness information is also different, and the geographical position daylight data table stores different daylight color and brightness information corresponding to various geographical positions on the earth and different time intervals from the sunrise or sunset. Therefore, after the current time is obtained, the time interval between the current time and the sunrise or the sunset can be further obtained, and then the sunlight color temperature and the brightness information of the geographic position at the current time can be inquired and obtained in the pre-stored sunlight data table of the geographic position. Therefore, even if the same geographical position is used, different daylight color temperature and brightness information can be obtained at different time, more accurate data information can be provided for subsequent adjustment, the adjusted color temperature and brightness are more suitable for the current practical situation, and glasses of a user are protected.
Preferably, in another embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the adjustment information obtaining module specifically includes:
the target stage acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a target daylight data stage where the daylight color temperature and brightness information is located according to the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic position;
the target table acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a color temperature and brightness regulation and control table of a target daylight data stage from a pre-established lamplight regulation and control database according to the current environment illumination information and the target daylight data stage information; the lamplight regulation database comprises a color temperature brightness regulation table of each daylight data stage; the color temperature brightness control table of each daylight data stage comprises color temperatures and brightness corresponding to different ambient illumination intensities under the daylight data condition; specifically, the light control database stores target color temperature and brightness information corresponding to different ambient light intensities for each daylight color temperature and brightness range (i.e., each daylight data phase). The color temperature brightness control table of each daylight data stage comprises color temperatures and brightness corresponding to different ambient illumination intensities.
And the target data searching submodule is used for searching the target color temperature and brightness corresponding to the current ambient illumination information in the color temperature and brightness regulation and control table of the target daylight data stage.
After daylight color temperature and brightness information is obtained, the corresponding regulation and control target color temperature and brightness can be searched in a prestored light regulation and control database by combining the current ambient light information, and therefore corresponding regulation and control is carried out on intelligent equipment. The light regulation and control database stores target color temperature and brightness information of different ambient light intensities corresponding to each daylight color temperature and brightness range, and after the daylight color temperature and brightness information and the ambient light intensity are obtained, the regulated and controlled target color temperature and brightness can be quickly found in the light regulation and control database, so that the method is convenient and quick.
As shown in fig. 8, another embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention is that, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments of the apparatus, the apparatus for adjusting light and color temperature of the smart device further includes:
a receiving module 70, configured to receive a color temperature or brightness adjustment request of a user; and the adjustment process instruction input by the user;
a display module 80, configured to display an adjustment interface of color temperature or brightness to the user;
the adjusting operation module 60 is further configured to adjust the color temperature or brightness of the smart device according to the adjusting process instruction, and show the brightness or color temperature change in the adjusting process to the user;
the instruction recording module 90 is configured to obtain and record a final adjustment instruction of the user, and time information and ambient light information corresponding to the final adjustment instruction;
the adjusting operation module 60 is further configured to execute the final adjusting instruction, and maintain the adjusted brightness or color temperature of the smart device within a preset time period.
The invention can intelligently adjust the target color temperature and brightness of the intelligent device according to the actual condition, and can also enable the user to automatically adjust the color temperature and brightness of the intelligent device until the user records the time information and the environmental illumination information corresponding to the final regulation instruction after satisfaction so as to provide reference for subsequent regulation. According to the scheme, the color temperature and the brightness can be intelligently adjusted, the user can further freely adjust the color temperature and the brightness, diversified selection is achieved, convenience is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
Preferably, the dimming and color temperature adjusting device of the smart device further comprises:
an adjusting habit obtaining module 100, configured to obtain an adjusting habit of the user according to a final adjusting instruction of the user each time and time information and ambient illumination information corresponding to the final adjusting instruction;
the adjustment information obtaining module 50 is further configured to obtain a target color temperature and a target brightness of the intelligent device according to the current ambient lighting information, in combination with the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic location and the adjustment habit of the user, so that the adjustment operation module 60 can correspondingly adjust the intelligent device according to the target color temperature and the target brightness.
The dimming and color temperature-adjusting scheme of the intelligent equipment provided by the invention not only is based on the position information, the time information and the ambient environment illumination information, but also can be used for comprehensively adjusting the target color temperature and the target brightness of the intelligent equipment by combining the adjusting habit of a user, so that the adjusted color temperature and brightness not only meet the eye protection requirement, but also can reach the favorite habit of the user as much as possible, and the intelligent degree is further improved.
The device embodiment of the present invention corresponds to the method embodiment of the present invention, and the technical details of the method embodiment of the present invention are also applicable to the device embodiment of the present invention, and are not described again for reducing the repetition.

collecting current ambient light information around the intelligent equipment;
acquiring target color temperature and target brightness of the intelligent equipment according to the current environment illumination information and by combining the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic position;
adjusting the brightness and the color temperature of the intelligent equipment based on the target color temperature and the target brightness;
the acquiring the target color temperature and the target brightness of the intelligent device according to the current ambient lighting information and by combining the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic position specifically includes:
acquiring a target daylight data stage where the daylight color temperature and brightness information is located according to the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic position;
acquiring a color temperature and brightness regulation table of the target daylight data stage from a pre-established lamplight regulation database according to the current environment illumination information and the target daylight data stage information; the lamplight regulation and control database comprises a color temperature brightness regulation and control table of each daylight data stage; the color temperature and brightness regulation table of each daylight data stage comprises color temperatures and brightness corresponding to different ambient illumination intensities under the daylight data condition;
and searching the target color temperature and brightness corresponding to the current environment illumination information in the color temperature and brightness control table of the target daylight data stage.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic location according to the geographic location information of the smart device and the current date and time information specifically comprises:
acquiring sunrise and sunset time points of the geographical position on the same day according to the geographical position and date information of the intelligent device;
acquiring the time interval from the sunrise or sunset time point of the current day according to the current time point information;
and inquiring in a pre-stored sunlight data table of the geographic position according to the time interval between the current distance and the sunrise or sunset time point of the current day to obtain the sunlight color temperature and the brightness information of the current geographic position.
3. The method for dimming and adjusting the color temperature of the smart device according to any one of claims 1-2, further comprising:
receiving a color temperature or brightness regulation request of a user;
displaying a color temperature or brightness adjusting interface for the user, and receiving an adjusting process instruction input by the user;
adjusting the color temperature or brightness of the intelligent equipment according to the adjusting process instruction, and displaying the brightness or color temperature change in the adjusting process to the user;
acquiring and recording a final adjustment instruction of the user, and time information and environmental illumination information corresponding to the final adjustment instruction;
and executing the final adjusting instruction, and maintaining the adjusted brightness or color temperature of the intelligent equipment in a preset time period.
4. The method for dimming and adjusting the color temperature of the smart device according to claim 3, further comprising:
acquiring the adjustment habit of the user according to the final adjustment instruction of the user each time and the time information and the ambient illumination information corresponding to the final adjustment instruction;
and acquiring the target color temperature and the target brightness of the intelligent equipment according to the current ambient illumination information, the current daylight color temperature and brightness information of the geographic position and the adjustment habit of the user.
