Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ultraviolet disinfection food bottle, in particular to an ultraviolet disinfection food bottle which can kill bacteria, viruses and insects in food in the bottle nearby.
Background
People often use food bottles to contain coarse cereals, lotus seeds, longan, peanuts, lily, chopped hot peppers and the like, the foods are easy to mildew, and particularly, the generated aflatoxin can cause cancers. The southern area is a region with more liver cancer, because the southern area has high temperature and humid climate, and food is easy to mildew to generate aflatoxin. The toxin can poison people only in a small amount, and people can unknowingly suffer from liver cancer over time.
The inventor brings a bottle of chopped hot peppers from Hunan to Guangdong Zhongshan, puts the chopped hot peppers in a refrigerator, and only after one week, the bottle cap, the bottle mouth and the upper layer of hot peppers are mildewed and have to be cut off for a long time.
The chopped hot pepper is made into a bottle with sweet heart. The teaching is drawn, double salt is added, vegetable oil is added, only antiseptic substances are added (the substance is not used with confidence), and no problem is caused. And the half month of people knows that the people still go mouldy after eating the food for ten times after opening the bottle.
Longan, lotus seed, lily and mung bean bought in summer are all contained in the bottle. When the longan goes out and returns to home after one month, the longan is bright in appearance, but the meat inside is completely and tightly wrapped by hairy antler hyphae, and the appearance is not real; the lotus seeds and the lily become yellow and are obviously polluted by the aflatoxin; a plurality of black worms are contained in the bottle for containing the mung beans, and only empty shells are left in the mung beans.
The problem that food is polluted by bacteria, viruses or insects when the food is placed in a bottle exists for thousands of years, great harm is caused to people in China for a long time, and the people are ill and even get cancer, so that the problem is solved urgently and cannot wait for any more.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ultraviolet disinfection food bottle capable of killing bacteria, viruses and insects in food in the bottle.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an ultraviolet disinfection food bottle comprises a bottle body, a bottle cap, an ultraviolet lamp, a lamp holder, a lithium battery, a controller, a switch, a sealing plate, a reflecting film and a charger.
The upper part of the circular inner cavity wall of the bottle cap is not provided with threads.
The lamp holder, the lithium battery, the controller and the upper surface of the reflecting film are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the top plate of the inner cavity of the bottle cap, and the ultraviolet lamp is inserted into the lamp holder.
The lithium battery provides low-voltage direct current to the ultraviolet lamp, so that the ultraviolet lamp can emit ultraviolet rays for killing bacteria, viruses or insects.
The reflecting film is positioned right above the ultraviolet lamp and can reflect the ultraviolet rays emitted upwards by the ultraviolet lamp downwards.
The controller controls the lithium battery to supply power to the ultraviolet lamp for less than 30 minutes, and the controller controls the lithium battery to automatically stop supplying power to the ultraviolet lamp when the set time is reached.
The switch controls the on-off of the lithium battery to the ultraviolet lamp power supply circuit, the switch is a time-delay induction type switch, liquid on the top plate of the bottle cap cannot permeate into the inner cavity of the bottle cap through the switch in the top plate of the bottle cap which is fixedly installed.
The sealing plate, which is transparent to ultraviolet rays, is a circular plate having an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the cap and a circumferential surface fixedly connected to the inner cavity wall having no thread on the cap at a corresponding position, and seals the ultraviolet lamp, the lamp holder, the lithium battery, the controller, the switch and the reflective film, which are installed in the cap, in the inner cavity of the upper portion of the cap.
The charger can convert 220 v ac power into low voltage dc power to charge the lithium battery 5.
When the bottle cap is covered on the bottle body, the switch is pressed, the lithium battery in the bottle cap delays to supply power to the ultraviolet lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp starts to work after an operator leaves a safe distance; the working time of the ultraviolet lamp is not more than 30 minutes and can be automatically stopped; the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp are regularly used for nearby killing bacteria, viruses or insects in the food in the bottle body, so that the serious problem that the food is easy to mildew and rot or the insects cause the disease of a eater for a long time can be effectively solved.
After the structure is adopted, because the switch is of a delay induction type, liquid on the top plate of the bottle cap cannot permeate into the inner cavity of the bottle cap through the switch, and an operator is not injured by ultraviolet irradiation.
After the structure is adopted, the reflecting film can reflect the ultraviolet rays emitted upwards by the ultraviolet lamp downwards, so that the use efficiency of the ultraviolet lamp is improved, and the energy is saved.
After adopting such structure, owing to set up the closing plate that can permeate the ultraviolet ray, the liquid in the bottle can not permeate the sealed chamber that gets into bottle lid upper portion for ultraviolet lamp, lamp stand, lithium cell, controller, switch, closing plate and reflectance coating are not corroded, short circuit and degeneration.
After the structure is adopted, the controller controls the lithium battery to supply power to the ultraviolet lamp for less than 30 minutes, so that the ultraviolet lamp can automatically stop working after the time is up, and an operator does not need to pay attention to the ultraviolet lamp all the time.
After adopting such a structure, the food is irradiated nearby by the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp, so that the effect of killing bacteria, viruses or insects is better than that of external irradiation.
After adopting such structure, the ultraviolet ray that ultraviolet lamp sent can kill the bacterium, virus or the worm that hold in the interior food of bottle, has effectively solved for thousands of years the food and has easily milden and rot, rot or the serious problem that the live worm leads to the eater to be sick. If the method is widely applied, the cancer caused by the harm of aflatoxin in families can be greatly reduced.
