Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with one or more embodiments of the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of one or more embodiments of the specification, as detailed in the claims which follow.
It should be noted that: in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding methods are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described herein. In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than those described herein. Moreover, a single step described in this specification may be broken down into multiple steps for description in other embodiments; multiple steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an interface switching system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a server 11, a network 12, a number of electronic devices such as a cell phone 13 and a cell phone 14, etc.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts. In the operation process, the server 11 may operate a server-side program of a certain application to implement a related service function of the application, for example, when the server 11 operates a program of a mobile group office platform, the server may be implemented as a server of the mobile group office platform.
In this embodiment, the mobile group office platform not only can implement a communication function, but also can be used as an integrated functional platform with many other functions, for example, for processing internal events of a group such as an approval event (e.g., approval event such as leave request, office article claim, and finance), an attendance event, a task event, and a journal event, and for processing external events of a group such as ordering and purchasing, which is not limited in one or more embodiments of the present specification.
Cell phones 13-14 are just one type of electronic device that a user may use. In fact, it is obvious that the user can also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., which are not limited by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. During the operation process, the electronic device may operate a client-side program of an application to implement a related service function of the application, for example, when the electronic device operates a program of a mobile community office platform, the electronic device may be implemented as a client of the mobile community office platform.
It should be noted that: an application program of a client of the mobile community office platform can be pre-installed on the electronic equipment, so that the client can be started and run on the electronic equipment; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the electronic device.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handsets 13-14 and the server 11 may include various types of wired or wireless networks. The electronic devices such as the mobile phones 13 to 14 can perform communication interaction through the network 12, for example, a single chat communication session is established between any two electronic devices; alternatively, several electronic devices may participate in the same group chat communication session, so that any user may send communication messages to all other users in the group chat communication session through its own electronic device. In addition, the handsets 13-14 can also independently implement several functions of the mobile corporate office platform.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an interface switching method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to an electronic device (e.g., mobile phones 13-14 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
in step 202, a user trigger operation for a communication application is detected.
In one embodiment, the electronic device has a client running a communication application, which may include the mobile community office platform as described above, i.e., the communication application integrates communication functions and community management functions. For example, a communication application may implement communication functions such as instant messaging, text messaging, mail, etc., and the communication application may implement group management functions such as approval, attendance, tasks, logs, etc.
In one embodiment, the group may include various types of enterprises, departments, organizations, social groups, schools, classes, hospitals, troops, government agencies, and the like, and the description is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the user-triggered action for the communication application may include a variety of forms. For example, a global floating window may be displayed in the communication application, that is, the global floating window may be displayed in all interfaces of the communication application, and the global floating window is displayed in a floating manner in the interfaces where the global floating window is located so as to facilitate the user to perform the trigger operation. By setting the global floating window, a user can perform triggering operation on the global floating window at any time in any interface in the process of using the communication application, so that the efficiency of calling out an entrance selection interface by the user is improved. Of course, in some cases, the operation floating window may be displayed in part of specific interfaces in the communication application, and the specific interface may be at least one interface defined by default or customized by a user in the communication application, so that the operation floating window is only shown in the specific interfaces and is not shown in other interfaces, thereby avoiding interfering with the view and operation of the other interfaces by the user. For another example, in a case where the communication application is in a front end (i.e., any interface of the communication application is displayed on a screen of the electronic device, or any interface of the communication application is included in a plurality of interfaces simultaneously displayed on the screen of the electronic device), when a shaking operation of the user on the electronic device where the communication application is located is detected (for example, by a gravity sensor, an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope, or the like), it may be determined that the user trigger operation for the communication application occurs. The communication application may provide for the above-described plurality of modalities to be selected by the user for detecting user-triggered actions in one or more of the modalities. When the user selects to use a plurality of forms simultaneously, the user trigger operation can be judged to occur as long as the operation performed by the user satisfies any one of the forms; for example, whether the user triggers the global floating window or performs a shaking operation on the electronic device, the user may be considered to perform the user-triggered operation on the communication application.
Step 204, starting an entrance selection interface of the communication application, displaying entrance options of the communication interface related to the user historical operation in a first area of the entrance selection interface, and displaying entrance options of the community management function interface related to the user historical operation in a second area of the entrance selection interface.
In one embodiment, the entry options are used to switch to the corresponding interface, such as: for the entry options of the communication interfaces related to the historical operation of the user, selecting the entry options can enter the corresponding communication interfaces; for an entry option of the community management function interface related to the user's historical operations, selecting the entry option may enter the corresponding community management function interface. Therefore, the entry options corresponding to the communication interface are used for meeting the communication requirements of the user, and the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface are used for meeting the group management requirements of the user. The portal selection interface has a limited presentation area and thus limited portal options that can be shown. If the portal options corresponding to the communication interface and the group management function interface are mixedly displayed in the portal selection interface, the following may be caused: when the user frequently uses the communication function recently, the portal selection interface is caused to only show the portal option corresponding to the communication interface and cannot show the portal option corresponding to the group management function interface, or when the user frequently uses the group management function recently, the portal selection interface is caused to only show the portal option corresponding to the group management function interface and cannot show the portal option corresponding to the communication interface, so that the communication requirement and the group management requirement of the user cannot be considered at the same time. Therefore, by respectively displaying different types of entrance options in the first area and the second area, the entrance options of different types can be separately displayed, mutual confusion and interference are avoided, and a user is ensured to simultaneously realize efficient communication and efficient group management.
In one embodiment, the community management function interface corresponds to a community management function, which may include internal functions included in the communication application; further, the group management function may further include internal functions included in other application programs other than the communication application, that is, external functions with respect to the communication application, so that cross-application function interface display is realized in the portal selection interface, and a user can conveniently and quickly realize cross-application interface switching.
In an embodiment, if the user performs the user trigger operation when the communication application is located on any interface, the communication application may be switched from the any interface to the entry selection interface; or, the portal selection interface may be in a window form, so that the communication application may display a temporary window in an overlapping manner on the basis of any one of the interfaces, and display the portal selection interface in the temporary window.
In an embodiment, the entry options in the first area and the entry options in the second area may be arranged in reverse order according to the access order of the user to the related interfaces, so that the user may view the recently accessed communication interface and the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface in the first area and the second area, respectively; of course, other sorting manners may be adopted, such as sorting according to interface names, sorting according to predefined function priorities or interface priorities, and the like, which is not limited in this specification.
In an embodiment, although the first area and the second area have limited corresponding display areas on the screen, so that the number of portal options displayed on the screen at the same time is limited, the user may perform a sliding operation in the first area or the second area, so that the portal options being displayed move out of the screen and the portal options not being displayed move into the screen for displaying, thereby enabling the user to view a greater number of portal options in the first area and the second area.
In an embodiment, the entry options may include at least one of: name of the relevant interface, and preview window of the relevant interface. The related interface is an interface corresponding to the entry option, and is not specific to a certain interface or certain interfaces. For example, for the communication interface, the name of the communication interface is the name of the opposite communication party, such as a personal name or a group name; for the community management function interface, the name of the community management function interface may be the name of the community management function. For another example, for a communication interface, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the communication interface, but the content in the communication interface may be updated synchronously in the preview window, so that the user can know the update condition of the communication interface in time at the entry option; for the community management function interface, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the presentation interface when the user used the community management function last time, so that the community management operation of the user has continuity. For another example, for the centralized presentation interface described below, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the centralized presentation interface corresponding to any type of browsing object.
In an embodiment, hints for unprocessed events within the relevant interface may be presented at the portal option. For example, at an entry option corresponding to the communication interface, prompt information such as the number of unread messages in the communication interface, the reading condition of the opposite-end communication party for the message sent by the local user, and whether the opposite-end communication party is inputting may be shown. For another example, at the entry option corresponding to the group management function interface, prompt information such as the number of unprocessed events, the number of unread messages, and the like in the group management function interface may be shown. For another example, at the entry option corresponding to the browsing object described below, prompt information such as the number of new browsing objects of the corresponding type, whether update (addition, deletion, modification, or the like) occurs, and the like may be shown.
In an embodiment, for the entry options of any communication interface displayed in the first area, the entry option corresponding to a specific group management function interface associated with the any communication interface can be determined in the entry options displayed in the second area; the portal options for either communication interface may then be presented in association with the portal options for the particular community management functionality interface. The corresponding relation between the communication interface and the community management function interface can be determined in various ways: for example, when a local user is in any communication interface, the local user is directly switched to a certain group management function interface from an entrance in the any communication interface, and the association relationship between the group management function interface and the any communication interface can be determined; for another example, communication content generated by the local user and an opposite user corresponding to any communication interface in the last communication process may be obtained, and the associated group management function may be determined by analyzing (local analysis or cloud analysis) keywords or semantics of the communication content, for example, when the communication content includes "log", the associated group management function is determined to be "log", and when the communication content includes "navigation", the associated group management function is determined to be "map", and the like.
In one embodiment, the association presentation described above may be implemented in the event that the user has not triggered the associated entry option; alternatively, the association presentation is not implemented in a case where the user has not triggered the associated entry option, but only in a case where the user triggers the associated entry option (for example, selects one of the entry options). There are a number of ways in which the portal options of any of the above-described communication interfaces may be presented in association with the portal options of a particular community management functionality interface: for example, the same identification may be presented on the associated entry option; for another example, when entry option a is associated with entry option B, information (e.g., an icon or the like) of entry option B may be presented near entry option a, and information of entry option a may be presented near entry option B; for another example, the associated entry option is highlighted by blinking, highlighting, background deepening, or the like.
And step 206, switching to an interface corresponding to the selected entrance option according to the user selection operation aiming at the displayed entrance option.
As described above, the user can select the entry option corresponding to the interface of interest according to the own requirement, so that the user can quickly switch to the interface without searching for the corresponding interface in the communication application, thereby simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
In an embodiment, a third area of the portal selection interface may present a portal option corresponding to at least one type of browsing object, for example, the browsing object may include a picture, a video, a link, a document, a log, and the like, which is not limited in this specification. The communication application can default to a plurality of browsing object corresponding entry options, and the user can customize the browsing object type corresponding to the displayed entry options. Correspondingly, when the entry option corresponding to any type of browsing object is triggered, the centralized presentation interface corresponding to the browsing object of any type can be switched to perform centralized presentation on the browsing object of any type that the user browses (browses in the communication application).
In one embodiment, the usage data of the communication application by the user, such as the usage duration, the usage frequency, and the like of each application function, the communication duration, the communication frequency, and the like with each user, may be counted for the user to refer to. When statistical data are output, a user can also screen out interesting data dimensions according to actual requirements, set a data sorting mode expected to be adopted, and realize personalized customization of the statistical data. The communication application can also provide work suggestions such as work management and time management for the user based on the obtained statistical data, so that the work efficiency of the user is improved. Further, the communication application may also evaluate the performance score of the user according to the statistical data, for example, the performance score is higher when the number of the used group management functions is larger and the frequency of use is higher.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another interface switching method provided in an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method is applied to an electronic device (e.g., mobile phones 13-14 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
step 302, a user trigger operation for a communication application is detected.
Step 304, starting an entrance selection interface of the communication application, and separately displaying an entrance option of the communication interface related to the user historical operation and an entrance option of the community management function interface related to the user historical operation in the entrance selection interface.
Therefore, by separately displaying the different types of entry options, mutual confusion and interference can be avoided, and the user is ensured to realize efficient communication and efficient group management at the same time.
In an embodiment, the entry options of the communication interface related to the user historical operation and the entry options of the community management function interface related to the user historical operation may be respectively displayed in different areas in the entry selection interface, such as a first area and a second area that are separated from each other, so that the user can visually and effectively distinguish different types of entry options, thereby simultaneously achieving efficient communication and efficient community management. Of course, the differential display can also be realized in other ways; for example, the entry options of the communication interface related to the user historical operation and the entry options of the community management function interface related to the user historical operation may correspond to the same area in the entry selection interface, and the areas may be time-division multiplexed by different types of entry options, or the displayed entry options may be switched under the trigger of the user, so that the number of the same type of entry options displayed by the entry selection interface at the same time is relatively more.
In an embodiment, the entry options of the same type may be arranged in a reverse order according to the access order of the user to the related interface, so that the user may view the entry options corresponding to the communication interface or the group management function interface that has been accessed recently; of course, other sorting manners may be adopted, such as sorting according to interface names, sorting according to predefined function priorities or interface priorities, and the like, which is not limited in this specification.
And step 306, switching to an interface corresponding to the selected entrance option according to the user selection operation aiming at the displayed entrance option.
As described above, the user can select the entry option corresponding to the interface of interest according to the own requirement, so that the user can quickly switch to the interface without searching for the corresponding interface in the communication application, thereby simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
In an embodiment, a portal selection interface (e.g., a third area different from the first area and the second area) may present a portal option corresponding to at least one type of browsing object, for example, the browsing object may include a picture, a video, a link, a document, a log, and the like, which is not limited in this specification.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another interface switching method provided in an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method is applied to an electronic device (e.g., mobile phones 13-14 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
at step 402, a user trigger operation for a communication application is detected.
Step 404, starting an entrance selection interface of the communication application, and separately displaying entrance options of various types of interfaces related to the historical operation of the user in the entrance selection interface.
In one embodiment, the entry options are used to switch to the corresponding interface, such as: for the entry options of the communication interfaces related to the historical operation of the user, selecting the entry options can enter the corresponding communication interfaces; for the entrance option of the community management function interface related to the historical operation of the user, selecting the entrance option can enter the corresponding community management function interface; for the entry options of the centralized display interface related to at least one type of browsing objects related to the historical operation of the user, the entry options corresponding to a plurality of browsing objects can be set in the communication application by default, the user can customize the type of the browsing objects corresponding to the displayed entry options, and when the entry options corresponding to any type of browsing objects are triggered, the centralized display interface corresponding to any type of browsing objects can be switched to, so that the centralized display interface corresponding to any type of browsing objects browsed (browsed in the communication application) by the user is performed. Of course, other entry options are possible and will not be described in detail herein. Therefore, the entry options corresponding to the communication interface are used for meeting the communication requirements of the user, the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface are used for meeting the group management requirements of the user, and the entry options corresponding to the centralized display interface are used for meeting the browsing requirements of the user on the related browsing objects. The portal selection interface has a limited presentation area and thus limited portal options that can be shown. If the entry options corresponding to the communication interface, the group management function interface and the centralized display interface are mixedly displayed in the entry selection interface, the following may be caused: when a user frequently uses a communication function recently, the portal selection interface is caused to only show the portal options corresponding to the communication interface, and the portal options corresponding to the group management function interface and the centralized display interface cannot be displayed, or when the user frequently uses the group management function recently, the portal selection interface is caused to only show the portal options corresponding to the group management function interface, and the portal options corresponding to the communication interface and the centralized display interface cannot be displayed. Therefore, by separately displaying the different types of entry options, mutual confusion and interference can be avoided, and a user is ensured to realize efficient operation in multiple aspects.
In an embodiment, the entry options of the various types of interfaces related to the user historical operation may be respectively displayed in different areas separated from each other in the entry selection interface, for example, the entry option of the communication interface related to the user historical operation may be displayed in a first area, the entry option of the group management function interface related to the user historical operation may be displayed in a second area, and the entry option corresponding to the centralized display interface related to the user historical operation may be displayed in a third area, so that the user may visually and effectively distinguish the different types of entry options, thereby simultaneously implementing efficient operations in multiple aspects. Of course, the differential display can also be realized in other ways; for example, the entry options of the interfaces of the types related to the historical operations of the user may correspond to the same area in the entry selection interface, the areas may be time-division multiplexed by the entry options of different types, or the displayed entry options may be switched under the trigger of the user, so that the number of the entry options of the same type displayed by the entry selection interface at the same time is relatively more.
In an embodiment, although the first area, the second area and the third area have limited corresponding display areas on the screen, so that the number of the portal options displayed on the screen at the same time is limited, the user may perform a sliding operation in the first area, the second area or the third area, so that the portal options being displayed move out of the screen and the portal options not displayed move into the screen for displaying, thereby enabling the user to view a greater number of portal options in the first area, the second area and the third area.
In an embodiment, the entry options may include at least one of: name of the relevant interface, and preview window of the relevant interface. The related interface is an interface corresponding to the entry option, and is not specific to a certain interface or certain interfaces. For example, for the communication interface, the name of the communication interface is the name of the opposite communication party, such as a personal name or a group name; for the group management function interface, the name of the group management function interface may be the name of the group management function; for the centralized presentation interface, the name of the centralized presentation interface may be the name of a browsing object of a corresponding type, such as a picture, a video, a link, a document, a log, and the like. For another example, for a centralized presentation interface, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the centralized presentation interface corresponding to any type of browsing object.
For another example, at the entry option corresponding to the browsing object, prompt information such as the number of new browsing objects of the corresponding type, whether update (addition, deletion, or modification) occurs, and the like may be shown.
And 406, switching to an interface corresponding to the selected entrance option according to the user selection operation aiming at the displayed entrance option.
As described above, the user can select the entry option corresponding to the interface of interest according to the own requirement, so that the user can quickly switch to the interface without searching for the corresponding interface in the communication application, thereby simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
For convenience of understanding, an interface switching scheme of this specification is described below with reference to an interface schematic diagram of a certain communication application TT as an example.
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a global floating window in a message list interface, according to an illustrative embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, in the message list interface 50 in the messaging application TT, a global floating window 501 may be shown, and the global floating window 501 is suspended above the display content in the message list interface 50, so that the user can always conveniently view the global floating window 501 and perform a trigger operation on the global floating window 501.
The transparency of the global floating window 501 may be relatively high to reduce the occlusion of the presentation content within the message list interface 50. The display position of the global floating window 501 may be changed, for example, a user may perform a dragging operation on the global floating window 501 as required to drag the global floating window 501 to any position where it is desired to be dropped.
The so-called "global floating window" is because it can be displayed in all or almost all interfaces in the communication application TT, so that the user can perform the trigger operation on it at any time. For example, FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a global floating window in a communication session interface, according to an illustrative embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, in the communication session interface 60 between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "white", a global floating window 601 may be shown; the transparency of the global floating window 601 may be relatively high, and the display position of the global floating window 601 may be changed, which may be referred to the above description of the global floating window 501.
The global floating window 501 and the global floating window 601 may be the same display object, that is, when the messaging application TT switches from the message list interface 50 to the messaging session interface 60, it is not necessary to reload the global floating window 501 or the global floating window 601, so as to reduce the resource consumption of the device. Even more, all the global floating windows displayed in the interface in the TT of the communication application can be the same display object. Alternatively, the global floating window 501 and the global floating window 601 may be different display objects, and even the global floating windows displayed in different interfaces in the communication application TT may be different display objects.
The operation for the global floating window 501 or 601 may be in various forms, such as clicking, long pressing, heavy pressing, dragging according to a preset track, dragging to a preset area, and the like, which is not limited in this specification. When a trigger operation for the global floating window 501 or 601 is detected, the messaging application TT may switch to the multi-window interface 70 shown in fig. 7A, which is equivalent to the portal selection interface in the foregoing embodiment; FIG. 7A is a diagram illustrating a multi-window interface according to an exemplary embodiment.
The multi-window interface 70 may include multiple presentation areas from top to bottom: a presentation area 71, a presentation area 72 and a presentation area 73. The entry options presented in the different presentation areas respectively correspond to different types of functions in the communication application TT, so that the user can simultaneously handle multiple types of functions in the multi-window interface 70, and the different functions will not be mixed and interfered with each other.
The presentation area 71 is used for presenting a "recent chat" related entry option, for example, the entry option "small white" corresponds to a communication session interface between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "small white", and by selecting the entry option "small white", the communication session interface 60 between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "small white" shown in fig. 6 can be directly switched to, no matter which interface is located previously. Similarly, the entry option "AA" corresponds to a communication session interface between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "AA", and the communication session interface between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "AA" can be directly switched to by selecting the entry option "AA". In the presentation area 71, the plurality of entry options may be arranged in a reverse order from left to right according to the access order of the home terminal user to the corresponding communication session interfaces, for example, the communication session interface 60 is accessed recently, so that the entry option "white" is at the leftmost side, and the entry options "AA", "BB", "CC", "DD" corresponding to the communication session interface accessed earlier are arranged in a right order. Of course, other arrangements may be used, and this description is not intended to be limiting. In addition to the 5 entry options shown in fig. 7A, when the home terminal user performs a sliding operation from right to left in the presentation area 71, entry options corresponding to communication session interfaces that the home terminal user has visited earlier may also be shown in the presentation area 71.
The presentation area 72 is used to present "recently used" related portal options, such as a related interface where the portal option "log" corresponds to the group management function "log" in the messenger application TT, a related interface where the portal option "approval" corresponds to the group management function "approval" in the messenger application TT, a related interface where the portal option "map" corresponds to the group management function "map" in the messenger application TT, and the like. By selecting a certain entry option, the corresponding interface of the community management function can be quickly switched to. Similar to the presentation area 71, the entry options in the presentation area 72 can also be presented in sequence according to the latest access sequence of the home user to the corresponding interface. When the home terminal user performs a sliding operation from right to left in the presentation area 72, the entry options corresponding to the communication session interfaces that the home terminal user has visited earlier may also be shown in the presentation area 72.
Besides the functions in the communication application TT, if the communication application TT obtains a higher operation permission at the operating system, so that the communication application TT obtains the usage record of the user for other applications, and the other applications open interfaces to the application TT, the communication application may also display corresponding entry options in the display area 72 for the interfaces of the functions included in the other applications or other applications, so that the user can realize quick cross-application interface switching.
The display area 73 is used for displaying the related entry options of "most recently viewed", for example, the entry option "picture & video" corresponds to a centralized display interface for pictures and videos, the centralized display interface is used for centralized display of the pictures and videos browsed by the home terminal user in the messaging application TT, the entry option "link" corresponds to a centralized display interface for links, the centralized display interface is used for centralized display of the links browsed by the home terminal user in the messaging application TT, the entry option "document" corresponds to a centralized display interface for documents, the centralized display interface is used for performing centralized display on the document browsed by the home terminal user in the communication application TT, the entry option log corresponds to the centralized display interface aiming at the log, and the centralized display interface is used for performing centralized display on the log browsed by the home terminal user in the communication application TT.
The entry options may include multiple types of information. For example, the entry options in the display area 71 include an icon and a name, where the icon is an icon of a corresponding communication session interface (for a single chat scenario, the icon is a personal avatar of an opposite-end user; for a group chat scenario, the icon is a group avatar), and the name is a name of a corresponding communication session (for a single chat scenario, the name is a name of an opposite-end user; for a group chat scenario, the icon is a group name). As another example, the portal options within the presentation area 72 include icons, names, and preview interfaces, where the icons and names are located above and the preview interfaces are located below, and the preview interfaces are thumbnail windows of the interfaces associated with the community management functions corresponding to the portal options. As another example, the portal options within the presentation area 73 include icons and names.
When an unprocessed event exists in the interface corresponding to the entry option, corresponding prompt information can be displayed at the entry option. For example, when 1 communication message sent by the opposite-end user in the Chinese character 'Xiaobai' is not read by the home-end user, a number (i) can be displayed on the icon of the corresponding entry option to serve as prompt information; similarly, when 2 communication messages sent by the opposite-end user 'BB' are not read by the home-end user, a number @ can be displayed on the icon of the corresponding entry option to serve as the prompt message. For another example, when there are 1 approval events that have not been processed in the relevant interface of the group management function "approval," a number (r) may be displayed on the icon of the corresponding entry option as a prompt message. For another example, when a state update occurs to a document previously viewed by the home-end user (for example, the content is modified), a number (r) may be displayed on the icon of the corresponding entry option as a prompt message. Of course, besides the number shown on the icon, the information can be changed in any way, such as the position shown and the information shown, and the description does not limit the information.
For the scene showing the prompt information, the display area of the entrance option is divided into the area corresponding to the prompt information and the rest area, so when the user selects the entrance option, different processing modes can be realized according to the triggered area. For example, when the triggered area is an area corresponding to the prompt message, which indicates that the user is interested in the unprocessed event, the function interface for the corresponding unprocessed event may be switched to, so that the user can view and process the unprocessed event as soon as possible; and when the triggered area is the rest area, for the function corresponding to the entry option, switching to the interface which is most recently accessed by the user and is related to the function (there may be multiple related interfaces for the function), so that the user can continue the previous processing.
FIG. 7B is a diagram illustrating management of entry options over a timeline provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7B, a timeline (timeline)711 may be displayed below the entry option corresponding to each communication session interface shown in the display area 71, and the latest access time of the communication session interface corresponding to each entry option is labeled on the timeline 711, for example, a communication session interface between the home terminal user and the user bar is taken as an example, if the final time when the home terminal user leaves the communication session interface is 10:45, the latest access time may be shown as 10:45 on the timeline 711 corresponding to the corresponding entry option, and for example, a communication session interface between the home terminal user and the user AA is taken as an example, if the final time when the home terminal user leaves the communication session interface is 10:38, the latest access time may be shown as 10:38 on the timeline 711 corresponding to the entry option.
Similarly, a timeline 721 may be displayed below the portal option corresponding to each community management function interface shown in the display area 72, and the latest access time of the communication session interface corresponding to each portal option is marked on the timeline 721. For example, taking the example of accessing the log interface by the home terminal user, if the final time when the home terminal user leaves the log interface is 10:45, the latest access time may be shown as 10:45 on the timeline 721 corresponding to the corresponding entry option; as another example, if the end user has a final time to leave the map interface of 08:30, taking the end user's access to the map interface as an example, the most recent access time of 08:30 may be shown on the timeline 721 corresponding to the corresponding portal option.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7B, the most recent visit on the timeline is shown at a granularity of "minutes"; while in other embodiments other granularities may be selected, such as seconds, hours, days, weeks, months, etc. For example, FIG. 7C is a schematic illustration of another exemplary embodiment providing management of entry options over a timeline; as shown in FIG. 7C, the timelines 711, 721 are presented using "days" as the granularity for the most recent access time for each interface. The adopted display granularity can be a default granularity in the TT of the communication application, and can also be selected by the user according to the requirement.
FIG. 7D is a diagram illustrating an example presentation of an association between access options provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7D, when it is detected that the home terminal user selects an entry option corresponding to the communication session interface between the home terminal user and the user whites, an icon at the entry option may be changed (for example, a white-black character shown in fig. 7A is changed into a black-white character shown in fig. 7D). Meanwhile, assuming that the home terminal user jumps to the relevant interface of the group management function examination and approval by selecting the entry included in the communication session interface when the home terminal user accesses the communication session interface corresponding to the user subtitle for the last time, the communication application TT may determine that there is a correlation between the communication session interface corresponding to the user subtitle and the relevant interface of the group management function examination and approval, so as to automatically change the entry options corresponding to the relevant interface of the group management function examination and approval (for example, the white-black characters shown in fig. 7A are changed into the black-white characters shown in fig. 7D), thereby enabling the association display to be realized between the entry options in the display area 71 and the display area 72, and facilitating the user to quickly know the association relationship between the corresponding functions or interfaces.
FIG. 8A is an interface diagram illustrating a manner in which a trigger is set according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 8A, the communication application TT may provide a setting interface 80 for a trigger mode, where the setting interface 80 may allow a user to select a global floating window mode as described above or other modes to quickly switch to the multi-window interface 70 as shown in fig. 7A, for example, other modes may include a pan-and-pan mode, a fixed tab page, and the like, which is not limited in this specification. Taking a shake-enter as an example, assuming that the user uses the communication application TT on the mobile phone, when any interface of the communication application TT is in a front-end display state on the mobile phone, the user can quickly switch to the multi-window interface 70 by shaking the mobile phone. Taking a fixed tab as an example, in the message list interface 50 shown in fig. 8B, the bottom of the interface includes several tab pages such as "multi-window", "message", and the like, so that the home terminal user can quickly switch to the multi-window interface 70 by selecting the "multi-window" tab.
