For example, in a region with sparse population, a relatively open periphery or a relatively far distance, the first preset range may be set to be larger, that is, the value of the radius a is set to be larger; in densely populated, more surrounding facilities, or urban areas, the first predetermined range may be set relatively small, i.e., the value of radius a is set relatively small. The radius a in the present application may be set to 10 km.
In conclusion, the method and the device have the advantages that the function of selecting the grade of the traffic accident is realized, the range of the processing personnel is limited, namely the first preset range, the accuracy of selecting the processing personnel is improved, and the speed of processing the traffic accident is improved.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a sixth traffic accident handling method provided in the present application, where the traffic accident handling method includes:
s61: receiving information of a plurality of processing personnel, wherein the information of the processing personnel comprises the grade of the traffic accident which can be processed by the processing personnel;
s62: receiving traffic accident information uploaded by a vehicle owner;
s63: determining the grade of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident;
s64: selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel which have the same grade of the processable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident, are in a first preset range and are closest to the position of the traffic accident;
s65: and sending the traffic accident information to a processing person who has the same grade of the processable traffic accident as that of the traffic accident, is within a first preset range and is closest to the position of the traffic accident.
Embodiments of the present application provide a method for selecting a treating person, considering that in a relatively densely populated area, more than one treating person may be within a first predetermined range and may treat the same level of a traffic accident.
In order to solve the technical problems, in the application, in order to improve the speed of traffic accident handling, on the premise that the conditions are met, a handler closest to the position where the traffic accident occurs is selected to handle the traffic accident.
The specific implementation manner may be that the distances between the positions of the handlers who satisfy the conditions that the level of the treatable traffic accident is the same as the level of the traffic accident and is within the first preset range and the positions of the traffic accident are sorted, so that the handler closest to the position of the traffic accident is determined, and the handler closest to the position where the traffic accident occurs and satisfying the above conditions is selected to treat the traffic accident. The distances may be sorted from small to large or from large to small, and the present application is not limited thereto.
In conclusion, the method can realize the function of selecting the corresponding treating personnel, the treating personnel closest to the traffic accident is selected, the speed of treating the traffic accident is increased, the treating personnel far away do not need to arrive at the traffic accident position specially, and resources are saved.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a seventh traffic accident handling method provided in the present application, where the traffic accident handling method includes:
s71: receiving information of a plurality of processing personnel, wherein the information of the processing personnel comprises the grade of the traffic accident which can be processed by the processing personnel;
s72: receiving traffic accident information uploaded by a vehicle owner;
s73: determining the grade of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident;
s74: when no processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the same grade of the traffic accident exist in the first preset range, selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident and in the second preset range; the second preset range is a range of a circle with the position of the traffic accident as the center of the circle, B as the radius, and B is larger than A;
s75: and sending the traffic accident information to a processing person who has the same grade of the processable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident and is in a second preset range.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for selecting a processing person, and in consideration of the fact that in a remote area with rare and open personnel, the processing person which can meet the condition that the grade of a processable traffic accident is the same as that of the traffic accident may not exist in a first preset range, at the moment, in order to select a proper processing person to process the traffic accident, a mode of expanding the range of the selected processing person is adopted. Specifically, the corresponding processing personnel meeting the conditions are selected within a second preset range, wherein the second preset range is larger than the first preset range, that is, the radius B is larger than the radius a. In the present application, when a is 10 km, B may be 15 km.
In summary, the manner of expanding the range of the selected treating staff in the embodiment is convenient for the user to find the treating staff meeting the above conditions to treat the traffic accident.
For the specific implementation of the above steps S71, S72, S73 and S75, reference may be made to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and further description is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of an eighth traffic accident handling method provided in the present application, where the traffic accident handling method includes:
s81: receiving information of a plurality of processing personnel, wherein the information of the processing personnel comprises the grade of the traffic accident which can be processed by the processing personnel;
s82: receiving traffic accident information uploaded by a vehicle owner;
s83: determining the grade of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident;
s84: and when no processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the same grade of the traffic accident exist in the second preset range, controlling the alarm device to send out alarm information.
Specifically, due to some reasons, such as geographical location reasons, etc., it may occur that a treating person who has not selected the same level of the treatable traffic accident as that of the traffic accident within the second preset range is not selected.
In order to solve the technical problem, when the second preset range does not have a processing person meeting the conditions, the control prompting device sends out alarm information to prompt the person that the corresponding processing person is not found in the traffic accident, the worker can select an emergency processing person to process the traffic accident, or select a processing person with a processing traffic accident grade higher than that of the traffic accident grade to process the traffic accident, or contact the car owner to explain the situation to the car owner, so that the car owner does not need to be in an emergency, and the specific processing mode can be determined according to the actual situation, and the application is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that the prompting device may be one or more of an acoustic alarm device, a vibration alarm device and an optical alarm device of the traffic accident handling platform. The alarm information may be the sum of one or more of sound alarm information, vibration information and light alarm information, and the alarm device and the alarm information are not limited to the above examples, and are not particularly limited herein.
In summary, in this embodiment, when the second preset range does not select the corresponding processing personnel, the control prompting device generates the prompting information, so that the working personnel can conveniently know the condition of the traffic accident processing and correspondingly process the condition, and the traffic jam caused by the traffic accident is further alleviated.
For the specific implementation of the above steps S81, S82 and S83, reference may be made to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and further description is omitted here.
The following describes a method for handling a traffic accident in detail by using a specific embodiment.
First, information of a plurality of processing persons, such as a processing person class a (minor accident qualification level), a processing person class B (general accident qualification level), and a processing person class C (major accident qualification level), is received in advance, and when information of a traffic accident submitted by a vehicle owner is received, the level of the traffic accident is preliminarily confirmed based on the information of the traffic accident, for example, a vehicle is recognized as a general accident level with some deformation. A handler is selected from the handler class B to handle the traffic accident. Assuming that 5 persons in class B of the treating person are Zhang-A, Wang-A, Li-A, Sun-A and Zhao-A respectively, the distances between the positions and the position of the traffic accident are 3 km, 9 km, 11 km, 15 km and 23 km respectively, assuming that the first preset range is within 10 km of a square circle and the second preset range is within 15 km, selecting Zhang-A as the treating person of the traffic accident to treat the traffic accident.
In the following, a traffic accident handling device provided in an embodiment of the present application is introduced, and a traffic accident handling device described below and a traffic accident handling method described above may be referred to correspondingly.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a block diagram of a traffic accident processing device according to the present application, the device including:
the receiving unit 1 is used for receiving the traffic accident information uploaded by a vehicle owner;
the processing unit 2 is used for selecting corresponding processing personnel according to the traffic accident information so as to process the traffic accident;
and the sending unit 3 is used for sending the information of the traffic accident to the corresponding processing personnel.
First, the vehicle owner uploads the information of the traffic accident to the traffic accident processing platform through an intelligent terminal, such as a mobile phone, so as to seek for a processing person. The information of the traffic accident may be, but is not limited to, the geographical location of the vehicle owner, the description of the traffic accident by the vehicle owner, the vehicle model of the vehicle owner, and the like. After receiving the traffic accident information uploaded by the vehicle owner, selecting proper matched processing personnel according to the traffic accident information uploaded by the vehicle owner and the information of the plurality of processing personnel to process the traffic accident. In conclusion, when the traffic accident information uploaded by the vehicle owner is received, the corresponding processing personnel can be automatically searched to process the traffic accident, the speed of processing the traffic accident is increased, and the traffic jam caused by the fact that the traffic accident is not processed in time is avoided.
As a preferred embodiment, the receiving unit 1 is also adapted to receive information of a plurality of processing personnel. The information of the processing personnel in the application can be, but is not limited to, the names, the sexes, the identity verification information, the evaluation and the like of a plurality of processing personnel, and can also be other information of the processing personnel, and the adaptability modification can be made according to the actual requirement. It should be noted that the processing personnel may be a traffic police or a person familiar with the knowledge of traffic regulations and responsibility determination.
As a preferred embodiment, the information of the processing person includes a grade of the traffic accident that the processing person can process; the processing unit 2 may be specifically configured to determine the level of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident; and selecting corresponding treating personnel from treating personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident.
As a preferred embodiment, the information of the traffic accident includes a scene photograph and description information of the owner of the vehicle; the processing unit 2 may be specifically configured to determine that the level of the traffic accident is the first level according to the scene photograph of the traffic accident; determining the grade of the traffic accident as a second grade according to the description information of the vehicle owner; judging whether the first grade and the second grade are the same; if so, taking the first grade or the second grade as the grade of the traffic accident; and if not, taking the first grade as the grade of the traffic accident.
As a preferred embodiment, the processing unit 3 may be specifically configured to select a corresponding processing person from processing persons having the same level of the processable traffic accident as the level of the traffic accident and within a first preset range; the first preset range is a range of a circle which takes the position of the traffic accident as the center of the circle and A as the radius.
As a preferred embodiment, the processing unit 2 may be specifically configured to select a corresponding processing person from processing persons having the same level of the processable traffic accident as the level of the traffic accident, within a first preset range, and closest to the location of the traffic accident.
As a preferred embodiment, when there are no handlers having the same level of the processable traffic accident and the same level of the traffic accident within the first preset range, the processing unit 2 may be specifically configured to select a corresponding handler from the handlers having the same level of the processable traffic accident and the same level of the traffic accident and within the second preset range; the second preset range is a range of a circle with the position of the traffic accident as the center of the circle, B as the radius, and B is larger than A.
As a preferred embodiment, the processing unit 2 may be further configured to control the alarm device to send out an alarm message when there is no processing person with the same level of the processable traffic accident as the level of the traffic accident within the second preset range.
For other descriptions of the traffic accident handling apparatus provided in the present application, please refer to the above method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In the following, an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the present application is introduced, and a method for handling a traffic accident described above and a method for handling a traffic accident described below may be referred to correspondingly.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a block diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application, where the electronic device includes:
a memory 4 for storing a computer program;
a processor 5 for implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
when receiving the traffic accident information uploaded by the owner of the vehicle; selecting corresponding processing personnel according to the information of the traffic accident so as to process the traffic accident; and sending the traffic accident information to corresponding processing personnel.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: when receiving the traffic accident information uploaded by the owner of the vehicle, the information of a plurality of processing personnel is received first.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: determining the grade of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident when the information of the processing personnel comprises the grade of the traffic accident which can be processed by the processing personnel; and selecting corresponding treating personnel from treating personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: when the information of the traffic accident comprises the scene photo and the description information of the vehicle owner, determining the grade of the traffic accident as a first grade according to the scene photo of the traffic accident; determining the grade of the traffic accident as a second grade according to the description information of the vehicle owner; judging whether the first grade and the second grade are the same; if so, taking the first grade or the second grade as the grade of the traffic accident; and if not, taking the first grade as the grade of the traffic accident.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel which have the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident and are in a first preset range; the first preset range is a range of a circle which takes the position of the traffic accident as the center of the circle and A as the radius.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: and selecting corresponding treating personnel from treating personnel which have the same grade of the treatable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident, are within a first preset range and are closest to the position of the traffic accident.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: when no processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the same grade of the traffic accident exist in the first preset range, selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident and in the second preset range; the second preset range is a range of a circle with the position of the traffic accident as the center of the circle, B as the radius, and B is larger than A.
In this embodiment, when the processor 5 executes the computer subprogram stored in the memory 4, the following steps may be specifically implemented: and when no processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the same grade of the traffic accident exist in the second preset range, controlling the alarm device to send out alarm information.

Claims (10)
1. A method for handling a traffic accident, comprising:
receiving traffic accident information uploaded by a vehicle owner;
selecting corresponding processing personnel according to the information of the traffic accident so as to process the traffic accident;
and sending the traffic accident information to the corresponding processing personnel.
2. The method for handling a traffic accident according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the traffic accident information uploaded by the owner of the vehicle, the method further comprises:
receiving information of a plurality of processing personnel;
selecting corresponding processing personnel according to the information of the traffic accident, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and selecting corresponding processing personnel according to the information of the traffic accident and the information of the plurality of processing personnel.
3. The method of handling a traffic accident according to claim 2, wherein the information of the processing person includes a grade of the traffic accident that the processing person can handle;
selecting a corresponding processing person according to the information of the traffic accident and the information of the plurality of processing persons, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining the grade of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident;
and selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel with the same grade of the processable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident.
4. The method of processing a traffic accident according to claim 3, wherein the information of the traffic accident includes a live photograph and description information of the owner of the vehicle;
determining a level of the traffic accident according to the information of the traffic accident, including:
determining the grade of the traffic accident as a first grade according to the scene photo of the traffic accident;
determining the grade of the traffic accident to be a second grade according to the description information of the vehicle owner;
judging whether the first grade and the second grade are the same;
if so, taking the first grade or the second grade as the grade of the traffic accident;
and if not, taking the first grade as the grade of the traffic accident.
5. The method of handling a traffic accident according to claim 3, wherein selecting a corresponding handler from those who can handle the same level of the traffic accident as the level of the traffic accident comprises:
selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel which have the same grade of the processable traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident and are in a first preset range; the first preset range is a range of a circle which takes the position of the traffic accident as a circle center and A as a radius.
6. The method of handling a traffic accident according to claim 5, wherein selecting a corresponding handler from among handlers who have the same level of a processable traffic accident as the level of the traffic accident and are within a first preset range comprises:
and selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel which have the same grade of the processable traffic accident as the grade of the traffic accident, are in a first preset range and are closest to the position of the traffic accident.
7. The method of traffic accident handling according to claim 5, further comprising:
when no processing personnel with the same grade of the traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident can be processed in a first preset range, selecting corresponding processing personnel from the processing personnel with the same grade of the traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident and in a second preset range; the second preset range is a range of a circle with the position of the traffic accident as a circle center and B as a radius, and B is larger than A.
8. The method of handling a traffic accident according to claim 7, further comprising:
and controlling an alarm device to send alarm information when no processing personnel with the same grade of the traffic accident and the grade of the traffic accident exist in the second preset range.
9. A traffic accident management apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the traffic accident information uploaded by the owner of the vehicle;
the processing unit is used for selecting corresponding processing personnel according to the traffic accident information so as to process the traffic accident;
and the sending unit is used for sending the traffic accident information to the corresponding processing personnel.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing a method of handling a traffic accident according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
