Abstract

本发明公开了一种防潮型建筑装饰用板包括以下材料:PVC发泡板材、外层铝箔、竹纤维、纤维板和隔气膜。本发明通过使用PVC发泡板材代替原先的木材材质,从而防止板材出现腐朽生虫的情况,提高了该板材的使用寿命,且在该板材内添加有竹纤维与防腐剂,从而进一步提高了该板材的防腐性与抗菌性,在板材内还安装有纤维板,纤维板具有良好的隔音效果,从而使该板材具有一定的隔音性,扩展了该板材的使用范围,板材内还包裹有隔气膜,隔气膜可有效隔绝外界水源进入PVC发泡板内,大大提高了该板材的防潮防水性,且该板在内部结构连接处用胶使用的是大豆胶,由于大豆胶是大豆中提取蛋白成为加工成的,因此其内部不具有甲醛,提高了该板材的环保性。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰板加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防潮型建筑装饰用板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
建筑是建筑物与构筑物的总称,是人们为了满足社会生活需要,利用所掌握的物质技术手段,并运用一定的科学规律、风水理念和美学法则创造的人工环境,建筑装饰板是建筑领域不可缺少的一部分,建筑装饰板可对建筑进行有效装饰,提升建筑的整体美观度。
传统的建筑装饰板一般由木板组成,但木材使用长时间后易出现出虫等情况,从而导致木材腐朽,装饰板损坏,且装饰板内的结构连接有的通过粘接胶实现,但现如今使用的粘接胶时间长了后易挥发出甲醛,环保性较差,需要进行一定改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防潮型建筑装饰用板及其加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防潮型建筑装饰用板,包括以下的材料:PVC发泡板材、外层铝箔、竹纤维混合溶液、纤维板和隔气膜。
一种防潮型建筑装饰用板及其加工工艺,包括加工本文所述的任一防潮型建筑装饰用板,该工艺方法包括以下步骤:
S1、先选取一块PVC发泡板材,通过卷尺量取需要的PVC发泡板材的长度、宽度与高度,并使用铅笔进行划线标记;
S2、使用切割锯根据PVC发泡板材上的划线标记位置对其进行有效切割获得一块PVC发泡板材基材;
S3、使用砂纸对PVC发泡板材基材的切割面及上下表面进行良好打磨处理,使表面光滑;
S4、将PVC发泡板材基材置入加压罐内,向PVC发泡板材基材上涂抹防腐剂,使加压罐内增压升温,保持一段时间;
S5、取出PVC发泡板材基材,将其置入压缩罐内,向罐内加入含水的竹纤维混合溶液,向罐内加入压缩空气,提高罐内温度与压力,保持一段时间;
S6、取出PVC发泡板材基材,在一定温度条件下,使用喷射装置将防火剂喷均匀喷涂在PVC发泡板材基材表面,使防火剂烘干;
S7、取出PVC发泡板材基材,风冷后,在PVC发泡板材基材外表面均匀涂抹粘接胶,向PVC发泡板材基材外部包裹多层隔气膜,最终通过粘接胶对隔气膜进行封口;
S8、将PVC发泡板材基材外部涂抹大豆胶,一段时间后将纤维板粘接在 PVC发泡板材基材的四个表面上,并通过液压机进行压制处理;
S9、安装纤维板后,在PVC发泡板材的四角处攻丝,将外层铝箔通过连接螺丝固定安装在PVC发泡板材外部,形成装饰板材;
S10、对成品装饰板材进行薄膜外封。
优选的,所述S4中,防腐剂由二苯甲基、氯菊酯、丙氨酸、苯丙乳液、发泡剂、酸甘油与蒸馏水组成,其中各组分百分比为:二苯甲基:3.5-8%、氯菊酯:15-25%、丙氨酸:20-30%、苯丙乳液:10-20%、发泡剂:0.2-0.8%、酸甘油:5-10%和蒸馏水:6-50%。
优选的,所述S4中,加压压力为8±0.05MPa,升温温度为110-130℃,保持时间为4-8h。
优选的,所述S5中,竹纤维混合溶液由竹纤维、天然树脂胶粉、食用淀粉、钛白粉、竹油、食盐与蒸馏水组成,其中各组分百分比为:竹纤维:45-65%、天然树脂胶粉:20-30%、食用淀粉:20-30%、钛白粉:1-3%、竹油:1-3%、食盐:1-5%和蒸馏水:1-5%。
优选的,所述S5中,热压温度为155-165℃,热压压力为6-6.5MPa,保持时间为5-8min。
优选的,所述S6中,防火剂由EPS小颗粒、氢氧化铝溶液与硼砂组成,其中各组分百分比为:EPS小颗粒:30-35%、氢氧化铝溶液:42-48%、硼砂: 4.5-5%。
优选的,所述S6中,喷涂温度为200-300℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本工艺通过使用PVC发泡板材代替原先的木材材质,从而防止板材出现腐朽生虫的情况,提高了该板材的使用寿命,且在该板材内添加有竹纤维与防腐剂,从而进一步提高了该板材的防腐性与抗菌性,在板材内还安装有纤维板,纤维板具有良好的隔音效果,从而使该板材具有一定的隔音性,扩展了该板材的使用范围,板材内还包裹有隔气膜,隔气膜可有效隔绝外界水源进入PVC发泡板内,大大提高了该板材的防潮防水性,且该板在内部结构连接处用胶使用的是大豆胶,由于大豆胶是大豆中提取蛋白成为加工成的,因此其内部不具有甲醛,提高了该板材的环保性。

实施例1
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防潮型建筑装饰用板包括以下材料:PVC 发泡板材、外层铝箔、竹纤维混合溶液、纤维板和隔气膜。

S5、取出PVC发泡板材基材,将其置入压缩罐内,向罐内加入含水的竹纤维混合溶液,向罐内加入压缩空气使内部压强为6-6.5MPa,提高罐内温度至155-165℃,保持5-8min;
S6、取出PVC发泡板材基材,在200-300℃温度条件下,使用喷射装置将防火剂喷均匀喷涂在PVC发泡板材基材表面,使防火剂烘干;
S7、取出PVC发泡板材基材,风冷后,在PVC发泡板材基材外表面均匀涂抹粘接胶,向PVC发泡板材基材外部包裹多层隔气膜,最终通过粘接胶对隔气膜进行封口;
S8、将PVC发泡板材基材外部涂抹大豆胶,一段时间后将纤维板粘接在 PVC发泡板材基材的四个表面上,并通过液压机进行压制处理;
S9、安装纤维板后,在PVC发泡板材的四角处攻丝,将外层铝箔通过连接螺丝固定安装在PVC发泡板材外部,形成装饰板材;
S10、对成品装饰板材进行薄膜外封。
实施例2

S5、取出PVC发泡板材基材,将其置入压缩罐内,向罐内加入含水的竹纤维混合溶液,竹纤维混合溶液由竹纤维、天然树脂胶粉、食用淀粉、钛白粉、竹油、食盐与蒸馏水组成,其中各组分百分比为:竹纤维:45-65%、天然树脂胶粉:20-30%、食用淀粉:20-30%、钛白粉:1-3%、竹油:1-3%、食盐:1-5%和蒸馏水:1-5%,向罐内加入压缩空气使内部压强为6-6.5MPa,提高罐内温度至155-165℃,保持5-8min;
S6、取出PVC发泡板材基材,在200-300℃温度条件下,使用喷射装置将防火剂喷均匀喷涂在PVC发泡板材基材表面,使防火剂烘干,防火剂由EPS 小颗粒、氢氧化铝溶液与硼砂组成,其中各组分百分比为:EPS小颗粒: 30-35%、氢氧化铝溶液:42-48%、硼砂:4.5-5%;
S7、取出PVC发泡板材基材,风冷后,在PVC发泡板材基材外表面均匀涂抹粘接胶,向PVC发泡板材基材外部包裹多层隔气膜,最终通过粘接胶对隔气膜进行封口;
S8、将PVC发泡板材基材外部涂抹大豆胶,一段时间后将纤维板粘接在 PVC发泡板材基材的四个表面上,并通过液压机进行压制处理;
S9、安装纤维板后,在PVC发泡板材的四角处攻丝,将外层铝箔通过连接螺丝固定安装在PVC发泡板材外部,形成装饰板材;
S10、对成品装饰板材进行薄膜外封。

S1、先选取一块PVC发泡板材,通过卷尺量取需要的PVC发泡板材的长度、宽度与高度,并使用铅笔进行划线标记;
S2、使用切割锯根据PVC发泡板材上的划线标记位置对其进行有效切割获得一块PVC发泡板材基材;
S3、使用砂纸对PVC发泡板材基材的切割面及上下表面进行良好打磨处理,使表面光滑;
S4、将PVC发泡板材基材置入加压罐内,向PVC发泡板材基材上涂抹防腐剂,使加压罐内增压升温,保持一段时间;
S5、取出PVC发泡板材基材,将其置入压缩罐内,向罐内加入含水的竹纤维混合溶液,向罐内加入压缩空气,提高罐内温度与压力,保持一段时间;
S6、取出PVC发泡板材基材,在一定温度条件下,使用喷射装置将防火剂喷均匀喷涂在PVC发泡板材基材表面,使防火剂烘干;
S7、取出PVC发泡板材基材,风冷后,在PVC发泡板材基材外表面均匀涂抹粘接胶,向PVC发泡板材基材外部包裹多层隔气膜,最终通过粘接胶对隔气膜进行封口;
S8、将PVC发泡板材基材外部涂抹大豆胶,一段时间后将纤维板粘接在PVC发泡板材基材的四个表面上,并通过液压机进行压制处理;
S9、安装纤维板后,在PVC发泡板材的四角处攻丝,将外层铝箔通过连接螺丝固定安装在PVC发泡板材外部,形成装饰板材;
S10、对成品装饰板材进行薄膜外封。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防潮型建筑装饰用板及其加工工艺,其特征在于:所述S4中,防腐剂由二苯甲基、氯菊酯、丙氨酸、苯丙乳液、发泡剂、酸甘油与蒸馏水组成,其中各组分百分比为:二苯甲基:3.5-8%、氯菊酯:15-25%、丙氨酸:20-30%、苯丙乳液:10-20%、发泡剂:0.2-0.8%、酸甘油:5-10%和蒸馏水:6-50%。
