The curtain pushing mechanism 100 includes a housing 10, a chain 20, a driving component 40 and a deviation preventing component 30, wherein the chain 20 is movably mounted on the housing 10, and a preset moving path is formed after the free end 21 is pushed out of the housing 10, as shown in a direction a in fig. 4, the free end 21 of the chain 20 can rotate towards one side to deviate from the preset moving path in the moving process, and the driving component 40 is used for driving the chain 20 to move so as to push or pull the chain 20 out of or back into the housing 10; the deviation preventing assembly 30 is connected to the window covering and is installed on the free end 21 of the chain 20 for preventing the free end 21 of the chain 20 from being bent by rotating toward one side. The driving control module 200 is connected to the driving component 40, and is configured to obtain curtain control information and control the driving component 40 according to the curtain control information. The free end 21 of the chain 20 is exposed out of the housing 10 through the opening 12, the fixed end 22 is fixed in the housing 10, further, the chain 20 includes n pairs of inner links 23 and n pairs of outer links 24, n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, each pair of inner links 23 are connected by a first connecting shaft 231 and a second connecting shaft 232 and are parallel to each other; each pair of outer links 24 is located outside each adjacent pair of inner links 23 and is parallel to each other. The free end 21 includes at least one pair of inner links 23 and one pair of outer links 24.
When the chain 20 is installed, one end of each pair of outer links 24 is connected to the first connecting shaft 231 of one pair of inner links 23 through a pin, and the other end is connected to the second connecting shaft 232 of the other pair of inner links 23 through a pin, so as to connect two adjacent pairs of inner links 23 together, and therefore, the free end 21 is likely to rotate around the pin when being pushed by a pushing force after extending out of the housing 10 for a long time during the movement of the chain 20.
In addition, one end of each inner link 23 and each outer link 24 is provided with an inner concave curved surface 241, and the other end is provided with an outer convex curved surface 242, when the chain 20 is installed, the same end curved surface shape of each pair of inner links 23 and each pair of outer links 24 is different, so that the outer concave curved surface 242 between two adjacent inner links 23 on the same side is just attached to the inner concave curved surface 241 after the chain is installed together, thereby effectively preventing two adjacent pairs of inner links 23 from rotating relatively, and enabling the chain 20 to push the curtain on a straight line as much as possible after being moved out of the shell 10. In the present embodiment, the free end 21 includes at least one pair of inner links 23 and one pair of outer links 24.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the deviation preventing assembly 30 includes a deviation preventing member 31, a mounting sleeve 32 and a push rod 33, the deviation preventing member 31 is mounted on the free end 21 of the chain 20 and is inclined away from the rotating side, the mounting sleeve 32 is mounted on the free end 21 of the chain 20, and the push rod 33 is connected to the curtain and mounted on the mounting sleeve 32 for pushing against the deviation preventing member 31 when pushing the curtain.
The deviation preventing member 31 includes a pressed piece 311 and a first pad 312, the first pad 312 is disposed on the pressed piece 311, the first pad 312 is mounted on the connecting shaft of the free end 21 through a pin, one side of the pressed piece 311 away from the pin is inclined, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the first pad 312 is mounted on the first connecting shaft 231 of the free end 21. Further, in order to cooperate with the chain 20, the first pad 312 is provided with a pressing curved surface 3121, the pressing curved surface 3121 engages with the concave curved surface 241 of the outer link 24 of the free end 21 and presses the concave curved surface 241, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing curved surface 3121 is identical to the shape of the convex curved surface 242, and the center of the pressing curved surface 3121 and the first connecting shaft 231 are located at opposite sides of the preset moving path.
Further, the deviation preventing component 31 further includes a second pad 313, the second pad 313 is disposed on the pressure receiving sheet 311 and clamped on the chain 20, the second pad 313 is provided with a curved clamping surface 3131, the curved clamping surface 3131 is clamped with the curved convex surface 242 of the other outer chain sheet 24 of the free end 21, and the second pad 313 is disposed in parallel with the first pad 312. In an embodiment of the present invention, the engaging curved surface 3131 is identical to the concave curved surface 241 in shape.
The mounting sleeve 32 comprises a mounting cover 321 and a sleeve portion 322, the mounting cover 321 is provided with a mounting groove 3211, the mounting groove 3211 is used for accommodating the deviation-preventing piece 31 and is pressed against the deviation-preventing piece 31, and the sleeve portion 322 is arranged on the mounting cover 321 and forms a certain angle with the top wall of the mounting groove 3211; the sleeve portion 322 is provided with a sleeve hole 3221, the sleeve hole 3221 penetrates through the sleeve portion 322, the mounting cover 321 is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole and the first connecting shaft 231 are mounted on a connecting shaft of the free end 21 through a pin shaft, the mounting cover is located outside the deviation preventing part 31 and is far away from one side of the pin shaft, the push rod 33 is located in the sleeve hole 3221, and the central shaft and the pressed piece 311 form an acute angle, so that the push rod 33 can pre-press one end of the deviation preventing part 31, which is far away from the connecting shaft, so that the free end 21 is prevented from being bent due to the fact that the free end may rotate towards one side in the moving process. In an embodiment of the present invention, the push rod 33 is perpendicular to the preset moving path.
Referring to fig. 2, the driving control module 200 includes a driving control unit 210 and a first communication unit 220, the driving control unit 210 is used for controlling the driving assembly 40, and the first communication unit 220 is used for communication of the driving control unit 210. The driving control unit 210 may be a controller microcontroller, a microprocessor, or other data processing chip, which is not described herein again, and the first communication unit 220 may adopt an existing chip capable of implementing wireless communication, such as a radio frequency transceiver module, which is not described herein again. In this way, the driving member 41 of the driving assembly 40 can be precisely controlled by the driving control unit 210, and can wirelessly communicate with the outside through the first communication unit 220 to receive and transmit information, and can perform corresponding logic control according to the received information.
The driving control unit 210 is electrically connected to the driving member 41 of the driving assembly 40, and is configured to control the driving member 41 to be turned on or off, and the driving control module 200 further includes a memory, where the memory is configured to store the rotation speed, the number of turns, and the like of the driving member 41.
