Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of difficult overheating and burning, smaller volume and lower cost.

an LCD receiving the diffused homogenized light beam;
the LED film sticking plate, the collimating lens group, the shaping array lens and the LCD are sequentially arranged, one surface of the shaping array lens is provided with a plurality of horizontal direction strip-shaped grooves, and the other surface of the shaping array lens is provided with a plurality of vertical direction strip-shaped grooves.
Preferably, the collimating lens group is a combination of a plurality of spherical convex lenses for collimating light sources emitted by the LED light emitting patches on the LED patch board.
Preferably, the focal length of the shaping array lens is negative, and the shaping array lens is made of a lens element with a divergence effect.
Preferably, the shaping array lens has a first transmission surface opposite to the collimating lens group and a second transmission surface opposite to the LCD, the first transmission surface is a microarray surface having a plurality of horizontal stripe-shaped grooves, and the second transmission surface is a microarray surface having a plurality of vertical stripe-shaped grooves.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: when the hud backlight illumination system works, an LED light source is collimated and emitted through the collimating lens group, vertical light angle diffusion is carried out on one surface of the shaping array lens, then transverse light angle diffusion is carried out on the other surface of the shaping array lens, the angle of a subsequent imaging optical system is favorably matched, the crossed net structure formed by the two surfaces of the shaping array lens, which are transversely vertical, is of a light-homogenizing characteristic, light beams after being diffused and homogenized at the time reach an LCD screen through transmission, the purpose of finally improving the light energy utilization rate and the image uniformity is achieved, meanwhile, backlight module devices are reduced, the cost is effectively reduced, the occupied volume is reduced, the number of LED patches does not need to be increased or the power of the LED patches is not needed, and the system is prevented from being burnt due. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of difficult overheating and burning, smaller volume and lower cost.

The shaping array lens 30 has a first transmission surface 50 opposite to the collimating lens group and a second transmission surface 60 opposite to the LCD, the first transmission surface being a micro-array surface having a plurality of horizontal stripe-shaped grooves, and the second transmission surface being a micro-array surface having a plurality of vertical stripe-shaped grooves.

an LED patch board emitting an LED light source;
the collimating lens group is opposite to the LED patch board and is used for collimating and emitting;

an LCD receiving the diffused homogenized light beam;
the LED film sticking plate, the collimating lens group, the shaping array lens and the LCD are sequentially arranged, one surface of the shaping array lens is provided with a plurality of horizontal direction strip-shaped grooves, and the other surface of the shaping array lens is provided with a plurality of vertical direction strip-shaped grooves.
2. An hud backlighting system of claim 1, wherein: the collimating lens group is a combination of a plurality of spherical convex lenses for collimating light sources emitted by the LED luminous patches on the LED patch board.
3. An hud backlighting system of claim 1, wherein: the focal length of the shaping array lens is negative, and the shaping array lens is made of a lens element with a divergent effect.
