The invention aims to provide a method and a system for comprehensively judging the state of a water feeding pump, which are used for evaluating the state of the water pump from multiple aspects, providing more accurate basic data for operation and maintenance and improving the efficiency and quality of the operation and maintenance.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for comprehensively determining a state of a feed pump, including:
step 1, determining corresponding structural information of a water feeding pump according to a received state evaluation instruction;
step 2, splitting the water feed pump into a plurality of parts which can not be decomposed again according to the structural information of the water feed pump;
step 3, extracting the features of the component to obtain component features;
step 4, evaluating the component according to the component characteristics and outputting a component evaluation result;
and 5, comprehensively judging the equipment state of the water supply pump according to the evaluation result of the component, and outputting an equipment state evaluation result.

and respectively evaluating the safety, the economical efficiency and the residual life of the component according to the component characteristics, and then carrying out comprehensive evaluation to obtain the component evaluation result.
Wherein, after the step 4, the method further comprises:
and selecting a combination mode of equipment operation and an equipment operation mode according to the equipment state evaluation result, and making and outputting a maintenance strategy for the component with the potential fault characteristic by combining the service life analysis result.
Wherein, after the step 4, the method further comprises:
and outputting the risky components of the feed water pump, the overproof state quantities corresponding to the risky components, the faults to be caused, the residual service life and the operation and maintenance scheme generated according to the preset maintenance scheme and preset rules according to the equipment state evaluation result.
Wherein, after the step 4, the method further comprises:
carrying out grade evaluation on the component by combining the evaluation result to obtain a grade evaluation result;
combining the evaluation result with the part to perform maintenance price evaluation to obtain a part maintenance price;
and outputting the grade evaluation results and the component maintenance prices corresponding to all the components and the water supply pump obtained through calculation as a maintenance evaluation report.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for comprehensively determining a state of a feed pump, including:
the component information generation module is used for determining corresponding water supply pump structure information according to the received state evaluation instruction and dividing the water supply pump into a plurality of components which can not be decomposed again according to the water supply pump structure information;
the component feature extraction module is connected with the component information generation module and used for extracting features of the component to obtain component features;
the component evaluation module is connected with the component feature extraction module and used for evaluating the component according to the component features and outputting a component evaluation result;
and the comprehensive evaluation module is connected with the component evaluation module and used for comprehensively judging the equipment state of the water supply pump according to the evaluation results of all the components and outputting an equipment state evaluation result.
The system also comprises an evaluation mode selection module connected with the component evaluation module, and the component evaluation module is controlled to evaluate at least one of the safety, the economy and the residual life of the component according to the component characteristics and then carry out comprehensive evaluation to obtain the component evaluation result.
The comprehensive evaluation module is used for evaluating the state of the equipment, and the comprehensive evaluation module is used for evaluating the state of the equipment according to the state of the equipment and analyzing the service life of the parts with potential fault characteristics.
The comprehensive evaluation system comprises a comprehensive evaluation module, a risk component operation and maintenance module and an operation and maintenance scheme generation module, wherein the comprehensive evaluation module is connected with the comprehensive evaluation module and is used for outputting the risky components of the feed pump, the overproof state quantities corresponding to the risky components, the faults to be caused, the residual life and the operation and maintenance scheme generated according to a preset maintenance scheme and a preset rule according to the equipment state evaluation result.
The comprehensive evaluation module is connected with the water supply pump, and is used for evaluating the components according to the evaluation results to obtain a grade evaluation result, evaluating the maintenance prices of the components according to the evaluation results and the maintenance prices of the components, and outputting the grade evaluation results and the maintenance prices of the components corresponding to all the components and the water supply pump obtained through calculation as a maintenance evaluation report.

and 5, comprehensively judging the equipment state of the water supply pump according to the evaluation result of the component, and outputting an equipment state evaluation result.
By extracting the component characteristics of each undecomposed component of the water feed pump, evaluating the component characteristics and finally evaluating the component characteristics on the whole, some details can be prevented from being ignored, an optimal water feed pump state diagnosis report can be obtained, and the maintenance efficiency can be improved.
