Abstract
The invention aims to provide a control system of an automobile electric door lock, which can give full play to the advantages of the electric door lock, improve the user experience and improve the satisfaction degree of users. The control system of the electric door lock of the automobile comprises an automobile body control device, a main driving door lock control device and a passenger door lock control device, wherein the main driving door lock control device is respectively connected with the automobile body control device and the whole automobile control device through a CAN (controller area network) bus, the main driving door lock control device is connected with the passenger door lock control device through an LIN (local interconnect network) bus, and the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device are respectively connected with an inner opening switch and an outer opening switch which correspond to each other. The control system of the automobile electric door lock can realize the lock opening and closing function, the door lock fault detection function, the door opening state display function, the door lock safety control function related to the automobile speed, various unlocking mode functions and the like, greatly improves the scientific and technological sense of the automobile, and obtains better user experience.

The control system of the automobile electric door lock comprises an automobile body control device, a main driving door lock control device and a passenger door lock control device, wherein the main driving door lock control device is respectively connected with the automobile body control device and an entire automobile control device through a CAN (controller area network) bus, the main driving door lock control device is connected with the passenger door lock control device through an LIN (local interconnect network) bus, and the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device are respectively connected with an inner opening switch and an outer opening switch which correspond to each other; the vehicle body control device sends a central control safety unlocking and locking instruction to the main driving door lock control device after receiving an unlocking and locking signal unlocked by a keyless system or a remote control key or a central control key in the vehicle, and the main driving door lock control device executes the unlocking and locking action of the central control safety; the main driving door lock control device collects and forwards the central control insurance state, the door opening state, the door lock locking state and the fault state of the door lock control device of the main driving door and the passenger door to the vehicle body control device.
Furthermore, the main driving door lock control device is connected with the whole vehicle control device through a CAN bus, and the whole vehicle control device collects a vehicle speed signal and forwards the vehicle speed signal to the main driving door lock control device; when the vehicle speed is lower than the preset speed per hour and the central control is locked, if the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device continuously receive the unlocking signals of the corresponding inward opening switches twice, the central control insurance of the corresponding door lock is opened and unlocked; when the vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the preset speed per hour, the main driving door lock control device automatically locks the central control safety, and the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device do not respond to unlocking signals of the inner opening switch and the outer opening switch.
Furthermore, the main driving door lock control device is connected with the display device through a CAN bus, and the main driving door lock control device collects and forwards door opening states of the main driving door lock and the passenger door lock and door lock fault states to the display device for displaying.
Furthermore, the main driving door lock control device is connected with the human-computer interaction device through a CAN bus, the human-computer interaction device provides a door lock unlocking mode setting interface, an unlocking mode request selected by a user is sent to the left front door lock control device, and the left front door lock control device coordinates other three door lock control devices to complete door lock unlocking control in corresponding modes.

In this embodiment, the master door lock control device has a wake-on-internet function when the power supply is OFF, and both the master door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device have a function of diagnosing a door lock failure state, the master door lock control device is a left front door lock control device, and the passenger door lock control device includes a right front door lock control device, a left rear door lock control device, and a right rear door lock control device. The main driving door lock control device is used as a door lock main control device to be connected into a whole vehicle CAN network, the passenger door lock control device carries out signal interaction with the main driving door lock control device through an LIN line, and the interaction content comprises control instructions (central control locking and unlocking) and state feedback (central control locking state, door opening state and door lock fault state on the corresponding side) and the like.
After receiving a lock opening and closing signal unlocked by a keyless system or a remote control key or a central control key in the vehicle, the vehicle body control device sends a central control safety lock opening and closing instruction to the main driving door lock control device, and the main driving door lock control device executes the lock opening and closing action of the central control safety; the main driving door lock control device collects and forwards the central control insurance state, the door opening state, the door lock locking state and the fault state of the door lock control device of the main driving door and the passenger door to the vehicle body control device. Therefore, the user can unlock and lock the central control insurance of the four doors through the keyless system, the remote control key and the central control key in the vehicle.
The whole vehicle control device collects a vehicle speed signal and forwards the vehicle speed signal to the main driving door lock control device; when the vehicle speed is less than the preset speed per hour (the preset speed per hour in the embodiment is 4 km/h) and the central control is locked, if the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device continuously receive the corresponding inward opening switch unlocking signals twice, the central control insurance of the corresponding door lock is opened and the corresponding door lock is unlocked; when the vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the preset speed per hour, the main driving door lock control device automatically locks the central control safety, and the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device do not respond to unlocking signals of the inner opening switch and the outer opening switch.
The main driving door lock control device collects and forwards the door opening states of the main driving door lock and the passenger door lock and the door lock fault state to display the door opening states and the door lock fault state to the display device, and corresponding prompts are given to users.
The man-machine interaction device can be a large central control screen of an automobile, a user sets a door lock unlocking mode setting interface through the man-machine interaction device, such as a normal mode, a safety mode (only main driving allows outward opening), a taxi mode (only right rear inward opening forbids), a child locking mode (rear door inward opening forbids) and the like, an unlocking mode request selected by the user is sent to the left front door lock control device, the left front door lock control device coordinates other three door lock control devices to complete door lock unlocking control in corresponding modes, and the unlocking mode state is fed back to the man-machine interaction device.
The main driving door lock control device automatically unlocks the central control safety after receiving the automobile collision signal transmitted by the automobile body control device, so that personnel in the automobile can leave the automobile in time.
The main driving door lock control device automatically unlocks the central control safety when the automobile is powered off, and people in the automobile can leave the automobile without additional unlocking operation after the automobile is powered off, so that the automobile is more convenient to use.
Of course, the main door lock control device has a function of mechanically unlocking and locking the main door lock when the key is not powered or the battery is powered off.

A control system of an automobile electric door lock is characterized by comprising an automobile body control device, a main driving door lock control device and a passenger door lock control device, wherein the main driving door lock control device is respectively connected with the automobile body control device and the whole automobile control device through a CAN bus, the main driving door lock control device is connected with the passenger door lock control device through an LIN bus, and the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device are respectively connected with a corresponding inner opening switch and a corresponding outer opening switch; the vehicle body control device sends a central control safety unlocking and locking instruction to the main driving door lock control device after receiving an unlocking and locking signal unlocked by a keyless system or a remote control key or a central control key in the vehicle, and the main driving door lock control device executes the unlocking and locking action of the central control safety; the main driving door lock control device collects and forwards the central control insurance state, the door opening state, the door lock locking state and the fault state of the door lock control device of the main driving door and the passenger door to the vehicle body control device.

The control system of the electric door lock of the automobile as claimed in claim 2, wherein the main door lock control device is connected to the display device through a CAN bus, and the main door lock control device collects and forwards the door opening states of the main door lock and the passenger door lock and the door lock fault state to the display device for displaying.

The control system of the electric door lock of the automobile according to claim 3, wherein the main driving door lock control device is connected with the human-computer interaction device through a CAN bus, the human-computer interaction device provides a door lock unlocking mode setting interface and sends an unlocking mode request selected by a user to the left front door lock control device, and the left front door lock control device coordinates the other three door lock control devices to complete door lock unlocking control in corresponding modes.
5. The control system of the electric door lock of the automobile as claimed in claim 4, wherein the main door lock control device automatically unlocks the central control fuse after receiving the automobile collision signal from the automobile body control device.
6. The control system for an electric door lock of an automobile as claimed in claim 4, wherein the main door lock control means automatically unlocks the central control fuse when the automobile is powered down.
7. The control system for an electric door lock of an automobile according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the main door lock control device has a wake-on-LAN function when the power supply is OFF.
8. The control system for the electric door lock of the automobile according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the main driving door lock control device and the passenger door lock control device are provided with a function of diagnosing a door lock failure state.
9. The control system for an electric door lock of an automobile according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the passenger door lock control means includes a right front door lock control means, a left rear door lock control means, and a right rear door lock control means.
