Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of polar plate production in the field of storage batteries.
Background
Some examples of operations such as cutting, conveying, piece collecting and laminating, shaping and curing are required to be carried out on the lead-acid storage battery pole plate in the manufacturing process, however, when the cut pole plate is subjected to piece collecting and laminating, due to inertia of the pole plate, when the pole plate on the conveying belt is conveyed and enters the piece collecting and laminating device, impact force is large, the pole plate is easy to deform, active substances on the pole plate fall off, subsequent process quality such as curing effect is affected, and the battery performance is further adversely affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a battery plate stacking method, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the polar plate input device conveys the polar plate; the first polar plate receiving device receives the polar plate; the first pole plate receiving device moves and hands over the pole plates to a pole plate output device.
Further, the first polar plate receiving device moves and delivers the polar plates to the polar plate output device, the first polar plate receiving device moves and delivers the polar plates to the second polar plate receiving device, and the second polar plate receiving device moves and delivers the polar plates to the polar plate output device.
Further, the second polar plate receiving device continues to receive the polar plates conveyed by the first conveying device and delivers the polar plates to the polar plate output device.
Further, after the first polar plate receiving device transfers the polar plates to the second polar plate receiving device, the first polar plate receiving device returns to the initial position to receive the next stack of polar plates conveyed by the polar plate input device.
Further, after the second polar plate receiving device delivers the polar plates to the polar plate output device, the second polar plate receiving device returns to the initial position to receive the next polar plate stack.
Further, when the second polar plate receiving device returns to the initial position, the first polar plate receiving device is in the process of transferring polar plates to the second polar plate receiving device.
Further, after the first polar plate receiving device receives the polar plate, the method also comprises the step of shaping the polar plate.
The invention also protects a battery plate stacking device.
The battery pole plate stacking device and the method have the advantage that the production quality of the pole plate is high.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the battery plate stacking apparatus of the present invention includes a plate input device, such as an input conveyor 1, a first plate receiving device, such as a pallet fork 3, for receiving a plate 2 conveyed from the plate input device, a second plate receiving device, such as a pallet 4, for receiving a plate 2 delivered from the first plate receiving device, a plate output device, such as a conveyor 5, for receiving a plate delivered from the second plate receiving device, and a plate shaping device including a spring stopper 6, left and right push plates 7, front and rear baffle plates 9, and front and rear push plates 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the polar plates 2 sequentially enter the battery polar plate stacking device through the input conveyor belt 1, the polar plates 2 touch the spring stop 6 at a certain speed and fall onto the support fork 3 such as a support fork, after the support fork 3 receives one polar plate, the support fork 3 moves downwards by a distance of one polar plate thickness to prepare to receive the next polar plate, so that the height position of the uppermost polar plate is not changed when each polar plate is received. When the support fork 3 receives the polar plate, a left pushing plate 7 and a right pushing plate 7 which move in a reciprocating mode are arranged, the left direction and the right direction of the polar plate stack are tidily arranged by the spring stop dog 6, and a front baffle plate 9 and a rear baffle plate 9 are matched with the front pushing plate 10 which pushes in a reciprocating mode to tidily arrange the front direction and the rear direction of the polar plate stack, so that the purpose of neatly stacking the polar plates 2 is. When the height of the supporting fork 3 is lower than that of the output conveying belt 5, the polar plate 2 is handed over and placed on the supporting table 4, the supporting fork 3 is controlled to be withdrawn and moved upwards to the dotted line position, the supporting table 4 receives the subsequent polar plate conveyed by the conveying belt 1, similarly, after the supporting table 4 receives the next polar plate, the supporting table 4 moves downwards by the thickness of one polar plate, the stack of polar plates placed on the supporting table 4 continuously moves downwards to the position of the fig. 3, when the height of the supporting table 4 is lower than that of the output conveying belt 5, the polar plate 2 is handed over and placed on the output conveying belt 5, and the output conveying belt 5 moves leftwards to output the polar plate 2. After the connection is completed, the supporting platform 4 moves upwards to return to the position shown in figure 1, and the whole process is completed by mutual connection among the supporting fork, the supporting platform and the output conveyor belt. In addition, when the second plate receiving device returns to the initial position, the first plate receiving device is preferably in the process of transferring the plate to the second plate receiving device, so that the first plate receiving device is prevented from waiting for too long time in the state of receiving the plate.
The number of the stacked polar plates can be determined by arranging the distance between the supporting fork, the supporting table and the output conveyor belt, and the number of the polar plates can be counted by an external controller of the sensor 8.
Alternatively, instead of using a second plate receiving device, such as the pallet 4, the present invention may directly receive the plate by a first plate receiving device, such as the pallet fork 3, and then transfer the plate down to the output conveyor 5. The object of the present invention can also be achieved.
According to the invention, each pole plate is received by a distance of one pole plate thickness through the first pole plate receiving device such as the supporting fork 3 and the second pole plate receiving device such as the supporting platform 4, so that the pole plates are ensured to enter with a stable force when entering the laminating device, and the impact on the pole plates caused by too large height is avoided, thereby affecting the quality of the pole plates.
The above-described embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and other variations and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the claims.
