Referring to fig. 3 to fig. 5 in combination with fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the guide assembly 500 may include a first guide rail 510 fixed to the carrier 200 and a first guide 520 disposed on the supporting frame 340, wherein the first guide rail 510 has a first guide groove 560 extending along a first horizontal direction, and the first guide 520 is movably engaged with the first guide groove 560. With the arrangement, the tray 300 can be guided in the moving process, and the structure is simple.
Preferably, the first guide rail 510 has two first guide grooves 560 arranged at intervals along the second horizontal direction, and the lower end of the supporting frame 340 is provided with four first guide members 520 distributed in a rectangular shape, wherein, two of the four first guide members 520 are arranged in a group, two first guide members 520 of each group are arranged oppositely along the second horizontal direction, two groups of first guide members 520 are arranged at intervals along the first horizontal direction, and two first guide members 520 of each group are respectively and movably matched with one first guide groove 560. Due to the arrangement, the shaking of the tray 300 in the moving process is effectively reduced, and the stability of the tray 300 in the moving process is ensured.
Specifically, the first guide 520 includes a first roller having a rotation axis extending in the second horizontal direction, and at this time, the first guide 520 is in rolling engagement with the first guide groove 560. Of course, the first guide 520 may also be a slider slidably engaged with the first guide groove 560.

Due to the arrangement, the limiting of the tray 300 in the second horizontal direction is realized, the stability of the tray 300 in the moving process is further improved, and the second guide piece 540 is arranged between the two first guide grooves 560, so that the structure is more compact.
Preferably, the number of the second guides 540 is two, and the two second guides 540 are sequentially arranged in the first horizontal direction. Also, two sets of first guides 520 are respectively disposed at both sides of the second guide rail 530 in the second horizontal direction. Specifically, the second guide 540 includes a second roller, and a rotation axis of the second roller extends in a vertical direction.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, in the present embodiment, a fixing plate 550 is disposed at one end of the first guide rail 510 along the first horizontal direction, the linear driving assembly 400 may be an electric push rod 410, specifically, the electric push rod 410 is mounted on the fixing plate 550, and an output end of the electric push rod 410 is fixedly connected to the supporting frame 340. This arrangement of linear drive assembly 400 provides for fewer parts, ease of assembly, and space savings.
Fig. 9 is a sixth partial structural schematic view of the pickup device provided in this embodiment, and fig. 10 is a seventh partial structural schematic view of the pickup device provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the rotation driving assembly 700 may include a rotation motor 710, a transmission gear 730, and a rotation shaft 740, specifically, the rotation shaft 740 is fixedly connected to the carrier 200, and the rotation motor 710 is mounted on the base frame 100 and is in transmission connection with the rotation shaft 740 through the transmission gear 730. The rotation shaft 740 extends in a vertical direction, and the carrier stage 200 extends in a horizontal direction. Preferably, the platform 200 is in a disc shape, and the rotating shaft 740 is fixed at the center of the platform 200.
When the tray 300 needs to rotate, the rotating motor 710 is started, and power is transmitted to the rotating shaft 740 through the transmission gear 730 to drive the bearing table 200 to rotate, so that the rotation of the tray 300 arranged on the bearing table 200 is realized. The arrangement of the rotary driving assembly 700 is convenient for layout and saves space.
In this embodiment, the rotation driving assembly 700 further includes a first worm 720 and a first worm wheel 750 engaged with the first worm 720, wherein the first worm 720 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the rotation motor 710, and the first worm wheel 750 is located between the first worm 720 and the transmission gear 730.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the pickup device 030 may further include a plurality of supporting members 110 spaced apart from each other on the base frame 100, and the carrier table 200 is supported on the supporting members 110. Due to the arrangement, the bearing table 200 is supported, the load borne by the rotary driving assembly 700 is shared to a certain extent, and the stability of the bearing table 200 in the rotating process is ensured.
Preferably, the supporting member 110 includes a supporting column 111 and a ball 112 disposed in the supporting column 111, and an elastic member (not shown), the ball 112 is movably disposed in the supporting column 111, the elastic member is connected between the ball 112 and the base frame 100, and under the action of the elastic member, the ball 112 always has a movement tendency protruding from the supporting column 111, so that the ball 112 contacts with the lower surface of the carrier 200. The arrangement of the support member 110 in rolling contact with the carrier 200 reduces the resistance applied to the carrier 200 during the rotation process, so that the rotation process of the carrier 200 is smoother.
Preferably, the number of the supporting members 110 is three, and the three supporting members 110 are distributed in an isosceles triangle.
In this embodiment, the tray 300 may be horizontally moved by the electric push rod 410, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other arrangements may be adopted, as shown in fig. 11. Fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of another linear driving assembly of the pickup apparatus provided in this embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the linear driving assembly 400 includes a mounting base 460, a driving motor 420, a screw rod 430, and a nut 440 engaged with the screw rod 430, specifically, the mounting base 460 is disposed on the carrying platform 200, the driving motor 420 is disposed on the mounting base 460 and is in transmission connection with the screw rod 430, a mounting frame 441 is disposed on the nut 440, the tray 300 is fixedly connected with the mounting frame 441, and the linear driving assembly 400 further includes a guide rod 450 supported on the mounting base 460, wherein the guide rod 450 and the screw rod 430 both extend in a horizontal direction and are disposed in parallel to each other, a movable member 442 movably engaged with the guide rod 450 is disposed on the guide rod 450, and the mounting frame 441 is connected with the movable member 442.
The process of the linear driving assembly 400 for moving the tray 300 in the horizontal direction is as follows: the driving motor 420 is started to drive the screw rod 430 to rotate, and the nut 440 drives the mounting frame 441 to linearly reciprocate along the horizontal direction under the sliding limit of the movable piece 442 and the guide rod 450 and the screw transmission of the nut 440 and the screw rod 430. The linear driving assembly 400 has good transmission stability.
With continued reference to fig. 11, the linear driving assembly 400 may further include a second worm 480 and a second worm wheel 470, wherein the second worm 480 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the driving motor 420, and the second worm wheel 470 is engaged with the second worm 480 to rotate the lead screw 430. With such an arrangement, the space occupation of the linear driving assembly 400 in the first horizontal direction can be saved, so that the structure of the article picking device 030 according to the embodiment is more compact. It should be noted that the linear driving assembly 400 may also be a gear and rack linear driving structure, or a transmission belt linear driving mechanism, and the description thereof is omitted in this embodiment.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A device for retrieving goods, comprising:
a base frame (100);
a bearing table (200), wherein the bearing table (200) is rotatably arranged on the base frame (100);
the rotary driving assembly (700) is arranged on the base frame (100) and is in transmission connection with the bearing table (200), and the rotary driving assembly (700) is configured to drive the bearing table (200) to rotate;
the tray (300) is movably arranged on the bearing table (200), the tray (300) is used for bearing goods, the tray (300) is arranged at an angle with the horizontal plane, and when the goods taking device is installed on the vending machine, the tray (300) is arranged in an upward inclined mode along the direction far away from the goods channel (016); and
the linear driving assembly (400), the linear driving assembly (400) is arranged on the bearing platform (200) and is in transmission connection with the tray (300), and the linear driving assembly (400) is configured to drive the tray (300) to linearly reciprocate relative to the bearing platform (200);
the tray (300) is provided with an accommodating cavity (350) with an opening, the accommodating cavity (350) is used for accommodating goods, the opening is used for the goods to enter and exit the accommodating cavity (350), a guide (310) is arranged at the lower end of the opening, the guide (310) is configured to guide the goods to enter the accommodating cavity (350) through the opening, and the guide (310) comprises a roller.

The goods taking device according to claim 1, wherein the tray (300) is of a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the tray (300) comprises a first side wall (351) and a second side wall (352) which are oppositely arranged, and a third side wall (353) connected between the first side wall (351) and the second side wall (352), the first side wall (351), the second side wall (352) and the third side wall (353) are enclosed to form the accommodating cavity (350), and two ends of the roller are respectively rotatably connected with the first side wall (351) and the second side wall (352).
3. The device according to claim 2, characterized in that the upper end of the receiving cavity (350) is provided with a bottle holder (330), the bottle holder (330) is connected between the first side wall (351) and the second side wall (352), and the bottle holder (330) is provided with a groove matching with the shape of the bottle neck.
4. The device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a support frame (340) is connected to the tray (300), the support frame (340) being in transmission connection with the linear drive assembly (400);
the goods taking device further comprises a guide assembly (500) arranged between the bearing table (200) and the supporting frame (340), and the guide assembly (500) is used for guiding the tray (300) to linearly reciprocate along the horizontal direction.

The pickup device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the guide assembly (500) comprises a first guide rail (510) fixed to the carrier (200) and a first guide member (520) disposed on the support frame (340), the first guide rail (510) has a first guide groove (560) extending along a first horizontal direction, and the first guide member (520) is movably engaged with the first guide groove (560).

The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first guide rail (510) has two first guide grooves (560) oppositely disposed along a second horizontal direction, the guide assembly (500) further comprises a second guide rail (530) fixed to the support frame (340) and a second guide member (540) disposed between the two first guide grooves (560), the second guide rail (530) has a second guide groove (570) extending along the first horizontal direction, and the second guide member (540) is movably engaged with the second guide groove (570).
7. The pickup device as recited in claim 6, wherein the first guide member (520) comprises a first roller having a rotation axis extending in a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction;
the second guide (540) includes a second roller, and a rotation axis of the second roller extends in a vertical direction.
8. The goods taking device according to claim 5, wherein a fixing plate (550) is disposed at one end of the first guide rail (510) along the first horizontal direction, the linear driving assembly (400) comprises an electric push rod (410), the electric push rod (410) is mounted on the fixing plate (550), and the output end of the electric push rod (410) is fixedly connected with the supporting frame (340).
9. A vending machine comprising a pick device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
