Abstract
The invention discloses a three-grid water inlet box structure for a washing machine, and relates to the technical field of washing machines. The water inlet box comprises an upper cover of the water inlet box and a drawer of the water inlet box, wherein mounting lugs are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side edges of the upper cover of the water inlet box and correspond to screw columns arranged on a surface frame one by one, and the upper cover of the water inlet box is fixed on the screw columns through screws penetrating through mounting holes in the mounting lugs; a water inlet box drawer is slidably arranged in a cavity formed between the upper cover of the water inlet box and the surface frame; the water inlet box drawer is sequentially provided with three storage grids which are respectively a laundry detergent storage grid, a washing powder storage grid and a softener storage grid, the laundry detergent storage grid and the softener storage grid have the same structural characteristics, and siphon caps are respectively arranged on the laundry detergent storage grid and the softener storage grid in a matched manner. The invention realizes the time-sharing injection of the laundry detergent and the softener into the washing machine barrel through the laundry detergent storage grid, the washing powder storage grid and the softener storage grid which are arranged in a partitioning manner, and is convenient for realizing the cleaning and the softening of clothes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a three-grid water inlet box structure for a washing machine.
Background
A washing machine is a cleaning appliance for washing laundry using mechanical action of electric energy generation, and a pulsator washing machine is one of the most common types of washing machines. When a user uses the impeller washing machine, the commonly used cleaning agents comprise three types, namely washing powder, laundry detergent and softener. The washing powder is solid particles, the laundry detergent is liquid, and the washing powder and the laundry detergent cannot be mixed for use in general. The softener is liquid and is used during the last rinse cycle, and is not added initially.
Most of the impeller washing machines on the market are not provided with corresponding structures to reasonably utilize the three additives, for example, a user is convenient and trouble-saving for drawing, and when the washing machine just enters water, washing powder (or laundry detergent) is directly poured into a washing barrel at the water inlet stage, so that the operation has the defects that the washing powder (or laundry detergent) directly contacts a small part of clothes, the foaming is insufficient, the washing effect is poor, the washing powder (or laundry detergent) is wasted, and the expected washing effect cannot be achieved. Due to the application principle of the softener, if the softener is put into the washing machine at the water inlet stage, the fabric can not be obviously changed into softer, fluffy and elastic after being washed for a plurality of times. If put in at the last rinsing, the user cannot take the exact time, wasting more or less the user's personal time.
Some washing powder feeding box structures are manufactured, but different feeding time differences of the washing powder and the softener cannot be considered; some of the outer barrel rings are provided with a softener inlet, but the fundamental problem is not solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a three-compartment water inlet box structure for a washing machine, by which the existing problems are solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a three-grid water inlet box structure for a washing machine, which comprises a water inlet box upper cover and a water inlet box drawer, wherein mounting lugs are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side edges of the water inlet box upper cover, the mounting lugs correspond to screw columns arranged on a face frame one by one, and the water inlet box upper cover is fixed on the screw columns through screws penetrating through mounting holes in the mounting lugs;
a water inlet box drawer is slidably arranged in a cavity formed between the upper cover of the water inlet box and the surface frame;
the water inlet box drawer is sequentially provided with three storage grids, namely a laundry detergent storage grid, a washing powder storage grid and a softener storage grid, the laundry detergent storage grid and the softener storage grid have the same structural characteristics, and siphon caps are arranged on the laundry detergent storage grid and the softener storage grid in a matched manner;
the bottom surface of the softener storage grid is provided with an upright post communicated with the outside, and the root part of the upright post is annularly distributed with a plurality of reinforcing ribs; the siphon cap is of a plate body structure, a sleeve extends from the plate body, the sleeve is sleeved outside the reinforcing rib of the siphon cap, and a gap is formed between the inner side wall of the sleeve and the outer side edge of the siphon cap; the plate body of the siphon cap is also provided with a feeding part;
the upper cover of the water inlet box is provided with ribs, the ribs divide the end face of the upper cover of the water inlet box into a first sash and a second sash, through holes communicated with the softener storage lattice are formed in the first sash, through holes communicated with the laundry detergent storage lattice and the laundry powder storage lattice are formed in the second sash, and the first sash and the second sash are both communicated with a water inlet pipe; and the ports of the first sash and the second sash are hermetically provided with water sealing covers.
Furthermore, the upper cover of the water inlet box is installed on the screw column in a matching mode, and meanwhile the inner side positioning surface of the upper cover of the water inlet box is in contact with the end face of the convex strip arranged on the face frame.
Further, the feeding part is a groove, and a feeding port communicated with the inside of the softener storage grid can be formed in the bottom surface of the groove.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the present invention is a three-compartment water inlet box structure for a washing machine, including a water inlet box upper cover 2 and a water inlet box drawer 3, wherein two opposite side edges of the water inlet box upper cover 2 are symmetrically provided with mounting lugs 21, the mounting lugs 21 are in one-to-one correspondence with screw posts 11 arranged on a surface frame 1, and screws penetrating through mounting holes on the mounting lugs 21 fix the water inlet box upper cover 2 on the screw posts 11; the upper cover 2 of the water inlet box is arranged on the screw post 11 in a matching way, and meanwhile, the inner side positioning surface 22 of the upper cover 2 of the water inlet box is contacted with the end surface of the convex strip 12 arranged on the surface frame 1, so that the limiting installation is realized;
a water inlet box drawer 3 is arranged in a cavity formed between the water inlet box upper cover 2 and the face frame 1 in a sliding way;
as shown in fig. 3, the water inlet box drawer 3 is sequentially provided with three storage lattices, namely a laundry detergent storage lattice 33, a washing powder storage lattice 32 and a softener storage lattice 34, the laundry detergent storage lattice 33 and the softener storage lattice 34 have the same structural characteristics, and the laundry detergent storage lattice 33 and the softener storage lattice 34 are both provided with siphon caps 31 in a matching manner;

As shown in fig. 7, ribs are arranged on the upper cover 2 of the water inlet box, the ribs divide the end face of the upper cover 2 of the water inlet box into a first sash 25 and a second sash 26, through holes 24 communicated with a softener storage lattice 34 are formed in the first sash 25, through holes 24 communicated with a laundry detergent storage lattice 33 and a laundry powder storage lattice 32 are formed in the second sash 26, and the first sash 25 and the second sash 26 are both communicated with the water inlet pipe 4; the ports of the first sash 25 and the second sash 26 are hermetically provided with water sealing covers 23; the first sash 25 is provided with a water inlet pipe 4 in a matching way; the second sash 26 is provided with two water inlet pipes 4 in a matching way, and the two water inlet pipes 4 are arranged on different side surfaces; meanwhile, the interior of the second sash 26 is divided into a plurality of water inlet areas through ribs, and the different water inlet areas are communicated with each other.
The upper cover 2 of the water inlet box is provided with ribs which divide the end surface of the upper cover 2 of the water inlet box into a first sash 25 and a second sash 26, the first sash 25 is provided with a through hole 24 communicated with a softener storage sash 34, the second sash 26 is provided with a through hole 24 communicated with a laundry detergent storage sash 33 and a laundry detergent storage sash 32, and the first sash 25 and the second sash 26 are both communicated with the water inlet pipe 4; the water sealing covers 23 are hermetically mounted at the ports of the first sash 25 and the second sash 26, so that after a user pours the softener into the softener storage sash 34, water does not enter the washing machine at the first time, the softener is temporarily stored in the box, and before the program of the washing machine runs to the last rinsing, the control panel controls the double-head water inlet valve to enter the water and flush the softener into the washing barrel, so that the primary purpose of using the softener in the last rinsing is realized, and the operation of the user is facilitated. The second sash 26 is provided with two water inlet pipes 4, and the water flow can form a speed drop after entering through a track formed by the ribs, so that the water flow is accelerated to enter the box through the water leakage holes 24 to wash washing powder or laundry detergent.
