As shown in fig. 1-5, firstly, a water inlet of the device is connected into a pipeline, the device is started through an operation panel 14, time is set on a timer 11, information of the operation panel 14 is received by a receiving module 15 and then transmitted to a central control machine 10, the central control machine 10 drives a control module 13 to start through a transmitting module 16, the control module 13 starts an ozone machine 9 and an induced draft fan 6, moisture primarily filters impurities in water through a first screen 38 in a filter box 16, the filtered moisture passes through the first screen 38 and enters a machine body 2, meanwhile, partial moisture enters the filter box 36, a second screen 35 filters moisture in the filter box 36 again, so that the impurities in the water are completely removed and then led into the machine body 2, an ultraviolet lamp tube 40 emits ultraviolet rays to eliminate bacteria in the water, and simultaneously ozone generated by the ozone machine 9 is led into a guide tube 3 through the induced draft fan 6, ozone in the conduit 3 is uniformly blown into the machine body 2 through the ventilation holes 4 to be fully contacted with water quality, then the ozone is collected by the air collecting cover 24 and enters the draught fan 6 again through the return air pipe 23, water quality sterilization and disinfection treatment is sequentially circulated, the water quality is sterilized and disinfected through the ultraviolet lamp tube 40 and the ozone machine 9, the sterilization and disinfection effect is improved, when the specified time of the timer 11 is reached, the central control machine 10 utilizes the control module 13 to start the electric air valve 21, the electric water valve 25, the heater 22 and the buzzer 12, the electric water valve 25 is opened to discharge the water quality in the machine body 2 from the water outlet 26, the buzzer 12 gives an alarm to remind workers of completing disinfection, the electric air valve 21 is opened, the ozone in the machine body 2 enters the heating box 19, the heater 22 starts to heat the ozone in the heating box 19 into oxygen, and then the oxygen is discharged from the air outlet 18, as shown in figures 1-2, when needing to overhaul, inwards extrude two connecting plates 34 simultaneously, connecting plate 34 drives kelly 30 and withdraws from quick-witted case 8's card downthehole, takes off the shrouding 27 from quick-witted case 8 and overhauls this moment, overhauls after accomplishing, extrudes connecting plate 34 again, and connecting plate 34 compression pressure spring 32 produces elasticity, puts shrouding 27 back the original place this moment, loosens connecting plate 34, and pressure spring 32 resumes elasticity and drives kelly 30 and block the downthehole fixing of going on of card of quick-witted case 8 again.
