Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
The service processing method provided by the application can be applied to the application scenario shown in fig. 1A. In fig. 1A, a user side terminal device 01 is in communication connection with a virtual routing device 02, the virtual routing device 02 is used for forwarding a service requested by the user side terminal device, and the virtual routing device 02 accesses a network platform 04 through an Operation, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) link 03; the Virtual routing device 02 is formed by multiple routing devices based on a Virtual Routing Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) and works cooperatively, the Virtual routing device 02 is externally provided with a Virtual IP (Internet Protocol) address and a Virtual MAC (Media Access Control) address, and selects a main routing device 021 and a standby routing device 022 from the multiple routing devices, the main routing device 021 is used for forwarding data packets, the standby routing device 022 is used for upgrading the main routing device 021 when the main routing device 021 fails, and the standby routing device 022 does not perform data forwarding when the main routing device 021 normally works; thus, the virtual routing device 02 does not need to change the default gateway address; the user side terminal device 01 has a dual network card function, and can be in communication connection with a main routing device 021 and a standby routing device 022 in the virtual routing device 02 respectively, and the main routing device 021 and the standby routing device 022 are connected with corresponding OAM links 03 respectively; the network platform 04 may be an internal local area network or other external networks.
Example one
Fig. 1B is a flowchart of a service processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a case where a main router device in a virtual router device based on a virtual router redundancy protocol processes communication services, and the method may be executed by a service processing apparatus in a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware and is integrated on the main router device, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, according to a first preset detection period, communication detection is carried out on the main OAM link, so that whether communication abnormality exists in the main OAM link is judged.
The Ethernet OAM is a tool for monitoring network faults, and the link state between two devices can be monitored by starting the Ethernet OAM function on the two devices connected point to point; the main OAM link is an OAM link between the main router device and the network platform and is respectively connected with the main router device and the network platform device; after the main routing device starts the OAM link communication detection, the detection message is sent to the main OAM link according to a preset detection period, wherein the first preset detection period may be set as required, which is set to 3.3 milliseconds in the embodiment of the present invention.
If the main routing device obtains the communication feedback of the main OAM link within the first preset receiving time, the main routing device judges that no communication abnormity exists in the main OAM link, and if the first preset receiving time is exceeded, the main routing device does not obtain the communication feedback of the main OAM link, the main routing device judges that the communication abnormity exists in the main OAM link. In particular, since there may be a delayed transceiving phenomenon in link communication, the first predetermined receiving time is usually set to be greater than the first predetermined detection period, for example, the predetermined receiving time is set to be 3 first predetermined detection periods, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined receiving time is set to be 9.9 milliseconds.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, before performing communication detection on the main OAM link according to a first preset detection period to determine whether the main OAM link has a communication anomaly, the method further includes: setting the communication state of the at least one main communication port to be blocked, and executing initial starting operation. When the main routing equipment is started, the communication states of the main communication ports between the main routing equipment and the main OAM link are set to be blocked, so that data information is prevented from being sent out through the main communication ports in the starting process, and meanwhile, a communication loop is prevented from being caused when the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment are started in a forwarding state.
Particularly, in the periodic detection, if the communication abnormality (e.g., communication abnormality) of the main OAM link acquired this time matches the current communication state (e.g., congestion), the main routing device directly discards the communication abnormality detection result of the main OAM link this time, and does not update the current communication state, so as to reduce repeated update operations of the communication state.
And S120, if the main OAM link is determined to have communication abnormity, setting the communication state of at least one main communication port between the main routing device and the main OAM link to be blocked, and sending the current communication state of the at least one main communication port to the standby routing device through an announcement message.
The main communication port is a communication port between the main routing equipment and the main OAM link, and one or more main communication ports exist between the main routing equipment and the main OAM link according to different service requirements; after determining that the communication abnormality exists in the main OAM link, the main routing device sets the communication states of the main communication ports to be blocked, and after the setting is completed, sends the current communication states to the standby routing device in the form of notification messages, so that the standby routing device can acquire the port communication states of the main routing device in time and set the port communication states of the standby routing device.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, after determining whether the main OAM link has a communication anomaly, the method further includes: if the main OAM link is determined to have no communication abnormity, setting the communication state of the at least one main communication port as forwarding, and sending the current communication state of the at least one main communication port to the standby routing equipment through an announcement message; and when the service to be processed is obtained, forwarding the service through the communication port index of the service to be processed. When determining that the main OAM link has no communication abnormality, the main routing device sets the communication states of the main communication ports to be forwarding, and also sends the current communication state, namely the forwarding state, to the standby routing device in the form of an announcement message, so that the standby routing device can acquire the port communication state of the main routing device in time and set the port communication state of the standby routing device. When the main routing equipment acquires the service to be processed sent by the user side terminal equipment, the main routing equipment analyzes the service and acquires a corresponding communication port index because the communication state of the main routing equipment is forwarding, and the main routing equipment executes the forwarding of the service to be processed; when the main routing device acquires the service to be processed sent by the standby routing device, the service is sent to the standby routing device by the user side terminal device, so that the service is analyzed in the standby routing device, and the communication port index is acquired.
S130, when the service to be processed is obtained, the service to be processed is sent to the standby routing equipment through the aggregation port, and the communication port index of the service to be processed is sent to the standby routing equipment through the service message, so that the standby routing equipment forwards the service to be processed.
The aggregation port is a communication port between the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment; after determining that the communication state of the main communication port is blocked, if the service requirement of the user side terminal device is obtained, the main routing device sends the service to the standby routing device through the aggregation port, so that the standby routing device executes the forwarding of the service, and triggers the communication port index obtained after the service is analyzed to be sent to the standby routing device through the notification message, so that the standby routing device selects the communication port to execute the forwarding of the service according to the communication port index.
If the main routing equipment is determined to be invalid, setting the communication state of the at least one main communication port to be blocked, and sending a main routing equipment invalid identifier to the standby routing equipment through an announcement message so as to enable the standby routing equipment to be switched to a main routing equipment mode. If the main routing equipment is determined to have faults, such as power failure, hardware damage and the like, the communication states of the main communication ports are set to be blocked, and after the setting is completed, the failure identification of the main routing equipment is sent to the standby routing equipment in the form of an announcement message, so that the standby routing equipment is switched to a main routing equipment mode in time, namely, the standby routing equipment is used as new main routing equipment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the communication abnormality exists in the main OAM link, the communication state of the main communication port is set to be blocked, the service to be processed is forwarded to the standby routing equipment, and the standby routing equipment executes the forwarding operation of the service, so that when the communication abnormality occurs in the main OAM link, the switching of service processing logic is realized on the basis of not changing the identities of the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment, the smooth operation of the service is ensured, meanwhile, because the detection time and the recovery time of the OAM link are extremely fast, the frequent switching of the identities of the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment is avoided, and the identity switching time and the identity switching process are reduced.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a service processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is embodied on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, and in this embodiment, a communication state of a primary communication port of a primary routing device is restored from a congestion state to a forwarding state, where the method specifically includes:
s210, according to a first preset detection period, communication detection is carried out on the main OAM link, so that whether communication abnormality exists in the main OAM link is judged.
S220, if it is determined that the main OAM link has a communication anomaly, setting a communication state of at least one main communication port between the main routing device and the main OAM link to be blocked, and sending a current communication state of the at least one main communication port to the standby routing device through an announcement packet.
And S230, when the service to be processed is obtained, sending the service to be processed to the standby routing equipment through an aggregation port, and sending the communication port index of the service to be processed to the standby routing equipment through a service message, so that the standby routing equipment forwards the service to be processed.
S240, if it is determined that the main OAM link is restored to be normal in communication, setting the communication state of the main communication port to be forwarding, and sending the current communication state of the at least one main communication port to the standby routing device through an announcement packet.
In the periodic detection of the communication state of the main OAM link by the main routing equipment, if the current communication state of the main routing equipment is in a blocked state, the main routing equipment acquires the communication feedback of the main OAM link within the preset receiving time, namely, judges that no communication abnormality exists in the main OAM link, at the moment, the current communication state of the main communication port is restored from blocking to forwarding, and the current communication state, namely, the forwarding state is sent to the standby routing equipment through an announcement message, so that the standby routing equipment can timely acquire the port communication state of the main routing equipment and can set the port communication state of the standby routing equipment.
And S250, when the service to be processed is obtained, forwarding the service through the communication port index of the service to be processed.
The communication state of the main routing equipment is restored to forwarding, so that all service forwarding is still executed by the main routing equipment, when the main routing equipment acquires the service to be processed sent by the user side terminal equipment, the main routing equipment analyzes the service and acquires a corresponding communication port index, and the main routing equipment executes the forwarding of the service to be processed; when the main routing device acquires the service to be processed sent by the standby routing device, the service is sent to the standby routing device by the user side terminal device, so that the service is analyzed in the standby routing device, and the communication port index is acquired.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the main OAM link is restored to the forwarding state from the blockage, the main routing equipment executes the service to be processed and informs the standby routing equipment to switch the service forwarding logic, so that the service to be processed is ensured to be smoothly executed, and meanwhile, due to the extremely fast restoration time of the OAM link, the frequent switching of the identities of the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment is avoided, and the identity switching time and the identity switching process are reduced.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a service processing method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation where a standby router device in a virtual router device based on a virtual router redundancy protocol processes a communication service, and the method may be executed by a service processing apparatus in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware and is integrated on the standby router device, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S310, according to a second preset detection period, carrying out communication detection on the standby OAM link so as to judge whether the standby OAM link has communication abnormity.
And the standby OAM link is an OAM link between the standby router equipment and the network platform and is respectively connected with the standby router equipment and the network platform equipment. Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, before performing communication detection on the standby OAM link according to a second preset detection period to determine whether the standby OAM link has a communication anomaly, the method further includes: and setting the communication state of the at least one standby communication port as blocked, and executing initial starting operation. The second preset detection period may also be set as required, may be the same as the first preset detection period, or may be different from the first preset detection period, and the second preset receiving time corresponding to the second preset detection period may be set according to the second preset detection period. For example, the second preset charging time is set to 3 second preset detection periods.
S320, obtaining the notification message which is sent by the main routing device and comprises the current communication state of at least one main communication port.
S330, determining a communication state of at least one standby communication port between the standby routing device and the standby OAM link according to a current communication state of the at least one main communication port and a determination result of whether the standby OAM link has a communication abnormality.
The standby communication port is a communication port between the standby routing equipment and the standby OAM link, and one or more standby communication ports exist between the standby routing equipment and the standby OAM link according to different service requirements; when the main routing device is in communication normal, the standby routing device does not execute service forwarding operation, so that the communication state of the standby communication port is related to the communication abnormality of the standby OAM link and the current communication state of the main communication port in the main routing device.
S340, if the current communication state of the at least one primary communication port is blocked and it is determined that the standby OAM link has no communication abnormality, setting the communication state of the at least one standby communication port to forwarding.
The current communication state of the main communication port is blocked, which indicates that the main routing device cannot execute the service forwarding operation at the moment, the service forwarding operation should be executed by the standby routing device, and at the moment, if the standby OAM link has no communication abnormality, the communication state of the standby communication port corresponding to the standby routing device is set to be forwarded so as to meet the service forwarding requirement. Particularly, if the current communication state of the at least one main communication port is blocked and the standby OAM link is determined to have communication abnormality, the communication state of the at least one standby communication port is set to be blocked and an alarm prompt is sent. If the current communication state of the main communication port is blocked and the standby OAM link has communication abnormity, it indicates that the main and standby routing equipment cannot execute service forwarding operation, and the standby OAM link immediately sends an alarm prompt to prompt that the main and standby OAM links have communication faults and cannot meet the service forwarding requirement so as to avoid service accumulation and service loss.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, after determining, according to a current communication state of the at least one primary communication port and a result of determining whether the standby OAM link has a communication anomaly, a communication state of the corresponding at least one standby communication port is further included: if the current communication state of the at least one main communication port is forwarding, setting the communication state of the at least one standby communication port as blocking; when the service to be processed is obtained, the service to be processed is sent to the main routing device through the aggregation port, and the communication port index of the service to be processed is sent to the main routing device through the notification message, so that the main routing device forwards the service to be processed. When the current communication state of the main routing device is forwarding, the service forwarding operation is executed by the main routing device, so that the current communication state of the standby routing device needs to be set to be blocked regardless of whether the standby OAM link has communication abnormality or not, when the standby routing device acquires the service to be processed sent by the user side terminal device, the service is sent to the main routing device through the aggregation port, and the communication port index of the service is sent to the main routing device through the service message, so that the main routing device executes the forwarding operation of the service according to the communication port index.
And S350, when the service to be processed is obtained, forwarding the service through the communication port index of the service to be processed.
When the standby route equipment acquires a service to be processed sent by user side terminal equipment, the standby route equipment analyzes the service and acquires a corresponding communication port index because the communication state of the standby route equipment is blocked, and the standby route equipment executes forwarding of the service to be processed; when the standby routing equipment acquires the service to be processed sent by the main routing equipment, the service is sent to the main routing equipment by the user side terminal equipment, so that the service is analyzed in the main routing equipment, the communication port index is acquired, the standby routing equipment acquires the communication port index sent by the main routing equipment through a service message while acquiring the service to be processed sent by the main routing equipment, and the standby routing equipment forwards the service to be processed according to the acquired communication port index.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, if an advertisement message including a failure identifier of the main routing device, which is sent by the main routing device, is obtained, the communication state of the at least one standby communication port is set to be blocked, and the standby routing device is switched to the main routing device mode. And the master routing equipment failure identifier indicates that faults exist in the master routing equipment, such as power failure, hardware damage and the like, and when the standby routing equipment acquires the master routing equipment failure identifier, the communication state of at least one standby communication port is set to be blocked and switched to a master routing equipment mode, namely, the master routing equipment is used as master routing equipment in the virtual routing equipment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the current communication state of the main routing equipment is blocked and the standby OAM link is not in communication abnormity, the standby routing equipment executes the forwarding operation of the service, so that when the main OAM link is in communication abnormity, the switching of service processing logic is realized on the basis of not changing the identity of the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment, the smooth operation of the service is ensured, meanwhile, as the detection time and the recovery time of the OAM link are extremely fast, the frequent switching of the identity of the main routing equipment and the standby routing equipment is avoided, and the identity switching time and the identity switching process are reduced.
