An anti-blocking ton bag packing machine comprises a frame (1), wherein a guide cylinder (2) for guiding and conveying materials to ton bags is arranged on the frame (1), a valve assembly (3) for cutting off and conducting the guide cylinder (2) to feed the ton bags, a bag opening clamping device (4), a weighing device (5) and a ton bag shifting-out device (6), it is characterized in that the frame (1) is also provided with an anti-blocking device (7) for feeding the material guide cylinder (2), the anti-blocking device (7) comprises a shell (71) which is fixedly arranged on the frame (1) and is provided with openings at two ends, a stirring tool (72) for driving the materials to move towards the guide cylinder (2) is rotatably arranged in the shell (71), and a motor (73) for driving the stirring tool (72) to rotate is arranged outside the shell (71).
2. The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the stirring tool (72) comprises at least one stirring member, the stirring member comprises a rotating shaft (721) rotatably disposed in the housing (71) and a plurality of interference rods (722) having one end fixedly connected to the side wall of the rotating shaft (721) and the other end extending in a direction away from the axis of the rotating shaft (721), and the rotating shaft (721) is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the motor (73).

The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the rotating shaft (721) and/or the interference bar (722) is made of a material that repels the material or the outer surface of the rotating shaft (721) and/or the interference bar (722) is provided with a material that repels the material.

The machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said stirring tool (72) comprises two said stirring members arranged side by side, the rotation shaft (721) of one of the two stirring members is in transmission connection with the output shaft of said motor (73), and the two stirring members are connected by transmission means to form a relative rotation.
5. The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 4 characterized in that the transmission means comprises intermeshing gears (74) fixedly arranged at the ends of the rotating shafts (721) of the two stirring members.
6. The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (71) is provided in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the housing (71) is vertically provided right above the guide cylinder (2).

The anti-blocking ton bag packaging machine according to claim 6, wherein the weighing device (5) comprises weighing sensors (51) fixedly arranged at four corners of the frame (1), a support (52) is fixedly connected to the weighing sensors (51), four first air cylinders (53) are vertically arranged on the support (52), hooks (531) are arranged at telescopic rod ends of the first air cylinders (53), and the anti-blocking ton bag packaging machine further comprises a first electromagnetic valve for controlling the first air cylinders (53) to act, a controller, the weighing sensors (51), the first electromagnetic valve and the controller which are connected through a circuit.

The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the guiding cylinder (2) is fixedly connected to the support (52), the support (52) is provided with the bag mouth clamping device (4), the bag mouth clamping device (4) comprises two pairs of clamping arms (41) with one end hinged to the support (52), a second air cylinder (42) is connected between the two clamping arms (41) of each pair of clamping arms (41), a cylinder body end and a telescopic rod end of the second air cylinder (42) are respectively hinged to the middle position of the two clamping arms (41) of each pair of clamping arms (41), and the anti-blocking ton bag packing machine further comprises a second electromagnetic valve for controlling the second air cylinder (42) to operate, and the second electromagnetic valve is electrically connected to the controller.

The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the ton bag removing device (6) comprises a slide rail (62) arranged at the bottom of the frame (1), a slide seat (61) arranged on the slide rail (62) in a sliding manner, a third cylinder (63) with a cylinder end fixedly connected with the frame (1) and a telescopic rod end fixedly connected with the slide seat (61), and a third electromagnetic valve for controlling the third cylinder (63) to act, wherein the third electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller.
10. The anti-blocking ton bag packing machine according to claim 9, characterized in that the valve assembly (3) comprises an inserting plate (31) for opening and closing the discharge hole of the shell (71), a fourth cylinder (32) with a cylinder end fixedly connected with the frame (1) and a telescopic rod end fixedly connected with the inserting plate (31), wherein a jack for the inserting plate (31) to pass through is arranged on the side wall of the shell (71) at a position below the stirring tool (72), and the anti-blocking ton bag packing machine further comprises a fourth electromagnetic valve for controlling the action of the fourth cylinder (32), and the fourth electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller.
