The conduit is used for the inner wire to penetrate so that the inner wire can slide in the inner space of the conduit, and the effects of moisture protection, impact resistance and the like are provided to protect the inner wire.
Conventional catheters include an inner tube, typically formed of a plastic material to provide a smooth inner circumferential surface to facilitate sliding actuation of the inner wire within the inner tube. However, the inner tube also has a smooth outer peripheral surface, which is not suitable for being combined with other layers, so that the inner tube and the layer arranged on the outer periphery of the inner tube are easily dislocated when in use, and the structural stability is not good.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved vehicle duct to solve the above problems.

Preferably, the metal layer further includes at least one wire wound around the outer circumference of the inner tube along an axial direction of the inner tube, and each wire is partially accommodated in one of the spiral recessed portions.
Preferably, in the above-described aspect, the thickness of the metal layer is larger than the thickness of the inner tube.
Preferably, the at least one wire includes a plurality of segments, and each segment corresponds to one of the spiral recessed portions.
Preferably, a gap is formed between two adjacent segments, and each of the rotary protrusions is at least partially embedded in the gap.
Preferably, the metal layer further includes an outer layer covering the metal layer.
Preferably, the at least one wire is radially embedded in the outer layer, and a depth of the at least one wire embedded in the outer layer is not less than a depth of the spiral recess.
Preferably, the thickness of the metal layer is larger than the thickness of the outer layer.
Preferably, in the above aspect, each of the rotary protrusions is a ridge.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the thickness of the metal layer is greater than the thickness of the inner tube; the at least one wire is a metal wire, and the adjacent two of the plurality of sections are abutted; the conduit also comprises an outer layer coated outside the metal layer; the at least one wire is radially embedded into the outer layer, and the depth of the at least one wire embedded into the outer layer is not less than the depth of the spiral concave part; the thickness of the metal layer is larger than that of the outer layer; each of the spinning protrusions is ridged.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
below illustrates possible embodiments of the present invention by way of example, but not by way of limitation, the scope of the invention is intended to be limited to .
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, which illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle catheter 1 of the present invention includes an inner tube 10, the inner tube 10 includes a plurality of spiral protrusions 11 spirally extending and protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 10, the plurality of spiral protrusions 11 are spaced apart from each other, and a spiral recess 12 is defined between two adjacent ones of the plurality of spiral protrusions 11. The plurality of rotary protrusions 11 may be a plurality of sections extending continuously and protruding, and may be respectively disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube 10. In use, the inner tube 10 is adapted to receive an inner wire 2, and the outer periphery of the inner tube 10 is adapted to engage with other layers in a stable manner.
The catheter 1 further includes a metal layer 20, the metal layer 20 includes at least one wire 21 wound around the outer circumference of the inner tube 10 along an axial direction of the inner tube 10, each wire 21 is partially accommodated in one of the spiral concave portions 12, so as to prevent the at least one wire 21 and the inner tube 10 from being dislocated from each other. The thickness of the metal layer 20 is preferably greater than the thickness of the inner tube 10, increasing the mechanical strength of the catheter 1.
In detail, the at least one wire 21 includes a plurality of segments 211, each segment 211 corresponds to one of the spiral concave parts 12; a gap 212 is formed between two adjacent segments 211, and each of the rotary protrusions 11 is a ridge-shaped and at least partially embedded in one of the gaps 212, so that the at least one wire 21 can be stably combined with the inner tube 10. In the present embodiment, the at least one wire 21 is a flat metal wire, and two adjacent segments 211 are abutted to cover the inner tube 10 more completely, so as to increase the structural strength and facilitate the bending configuration. In other embodiments, the at least one wire may also be a metal wire with other shapes such as a circular shape, an oval shape, or a square shape, or comprise a plurality of metal wires; the plurality of segments may also be spaced apart; each rotary protrusion can also be in a trapezoid shape, a rectangular shape or an arc shape according to the configuration requirement.
The conduit 1 further includes an outer layer 30 covering the metal layer 20 for fixing the metal layer 20 and preventing abrasion and corrosion. Preferably, the at least one wire 21 is embedded into the outer layer 30 in a radial direction, and the depth of the at least one wire 21 embedded into the outer layer 30 is not less than the depth of the spiral recess 12, so that the stability of the combination between the layers can be increased to avoid the mutual dislocation. The thickness of the metal layer 20 is greater than that of the outer layer 30, so as to prevent the catheter 1 from being difficult to bend and install due to the excessive thickness of the outer layer 30.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
