The glue applicator 430 comprises a sliding block 431 and a spray gun 432, wherein the sliding block 431 is fixedly connected with the spray gun 432, and the spray gun 432 can uniformly spray glue to the frame when the sliding block 431 slides along the sliding rail 420. The slide rail 420 is also disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first and second rails 611 and 612.
After the gluing operation, the glued frame is pushed by the gluing positioning device 600 to move along the conveyor belt 624, and then collected by the gripping device 500 to be sorted.
When in use, the frame is firstly placed perpendicular to the first rail 611 and the second rail 612 and at the position of the positioning block 613, and then the two clamping pieces 623a of the clamping module 623 are started to clamp the frame; the glue applicator 430 is started, the sliding block 431 slides along the sliding rail 420, and the spray gun 432 uniformly applies glue on the frame; the rubber coating is finished, the clamping piece 623a is loosened, the lifting module 625 starts lifting, the frame is synchronously too high, the conveying belt 624 is also lifted, the conveying belt 624 conveys the frame to the other end grabbing device 500, the frame which is already rubber coated is collected and arranged, better automatic processing is realized, more manpower input is avoided, the labor production efficiency is improved, the compression cost is reduced, and the income is improved.
