Abstract
一种具有切换开关的转换器,包括一个具切换开关的转换器基板、具有良导电性且相互结合包覆转换器基板的上盒体与下盒体、及一个具有导电性的盖体,该上盒体上设有一个开口,该转换器基板的切换开关由开口露出,该盖体覆盖于开口上,上盒体、下盒体与盖体都是良导体且紧密结合,所以相互导通而形成封闭导体壳,使密封于其中的转换器隔离电磁干扰,减少杂讯而维持讯号的稳定。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有切换开关的转换器,特别是涉及一种能隔离外界电磁干扰,保护具切换开关的转换器讯号稳定的具有切换开关的转换器。
随着科技发展与生活水准的提升,电与人类的生活关系密切,各种电器、电台及电视等无线电讯与自动化设备充斥于人类四周,然而,有电的存在就会有电磁辐射,电磁辐射所造成最基本的问题,就是电讯的相互干扰,随着电子设备的复杂化与精密化,微弱的杂讯经层层传输与放大,对原先讯号的影响干扰可能会大到无法容忍的程度,所以如果要维持比较好的讯号杂讯比,必须使用许多滤波与放大电路,耗费庞大的成本且效果不见得好,所以,防止电磁波干扰成为极基本且重要的措施。
如图1所示,以往具有切换开关的转换器本体为一个电路基板10,电路基板10上设有一个切换开关101,该电路基板10的外包装包含一个以塑性材质所制成的下盖体11及一个以塑性材质所制成的上盖体12,该上盖体12对应电路基板10切换开关101的位置设有一个开口121,该下盖体11与上盖体12相互紧密覆盖而将该电路基板10封盖其中,电路基板10的切换开关101可由上盖体12的开口121露出以供切换操作,然而,下盖体11与上盖体12只纯粹为转换器电路基板10的外包装体,随着科技的进步,对各种电讯纯度的要求愈来愈严格,例如视听讯号的高传真化,用来作为转接的转换器电路高密度复杂化,而且,转换器必须能适用于各种不同需求的电讯转换,而于电路基板10上设置切换开关101来达到多功能化的目的,但是随着线路的复杂化,电讯暴露在外的时间增加,且切换开关101的设置造成接点增多,如此会使转换器传输的讯号有更多受干扰的机会,尤其随着电子化时代的来临,各种电磁辐射源数量与强度的增加,以往以塑胶材质包装的转换器对所传输电讯缺乏保护,无法达到现今电子设备对讯号杂讯比的要求。
本发明的目的在提供一种能阻隔外界电磁干扰,保护转换器电讯稳定的具有切换开关的转换器。
本发明的特征在于:该具有切换开关的转换器封闭于一个密封导体壳中,以阻隔外界电磁干扰,保护转换器电讯的稳定。
本发明包括一个转换器基板、一个下盒体、一个上盒体及一个盖体,该转换器基板上设有一个切换开关,该转换器的传输块面上设有金属背壳,该下盒体具有一层良导性材质,该下盒体上设有螺孔,该上盒体也具有一层良导性材质,该上盒体的盒面上设有一个开口,并配合下盒体的螺孔而设有螺柱,该螺柱内设有螺纹,该盖体具有一层良导性材质。上盒体与下盒体紧密组合,而将转换器基座封装其中,该转换器的切换开关由上盒体的开口露出,并以盖体密封该开口,如此该转换器的金属背壳、下盒体、上盒体及盖体形成完全的密封导体壳,使包含其中的转换器不受外界电磁波干扰而达到遮蔽的功效。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明:
图1是以往具有切换开关的转换器分解立体图。
图2是本发明较佳实施例的分解立体图。
图3是本发明较佳实施例的切换开关示意图。
图4是本发明另一个较佳实施例的上盒体与下盒体接合示意图。
如图2所示,本发明较佳实施例包括一个转换器基板2、一个下盒体3、一个上盒体4及一个盖体5。
该转换器基板2上设有供电讯的输出与输入的传输块21,该传输块21面上设有金属背壳22,该金属背壳22以一个导体9连接至该转换器基板2上的接地点24,该导体9上形成有一个接点环91,该接点环91中心部份有一个小孔,该转换器基板2设有一个切换开关23,该切换开关23提供功能切换,以满足不同的功能需求而达到多用途的目的。
该下盒体3以质轻的塑性材质所制成,该下盒体3表面上设有一层良导电性材质33,使该下盒体3具有良导电性,该良导性材质的电阻愈低,则该下盒体3的表面电阻就愈低而导电性愈强,电磁隔离的效果就愈好,该下盒体3的两侧边设有卡合凸条32,正面设有螺孔31。
该上盒体4也是以质轻的塑性材质所制成,该上盒体4表面上设有一层良导电性材质45,使该上盒体4具有低表面电阻而有良好的电磁隔离功效,该上盒体4对应下盒体3的螺孔31处设有螺柱41,该螺栓41内设有螺纹,该螺纹上也设有良导电性物质,该上盒体4的两侧对应该下盒体3的卡合凸条32处设有卡合凹槽42,上盒体4的盒面上设有一个开口44。
该盖体5是以塑性材质所制成,该盖体5表面上设有一层良导电性材质,该盖体5的上部为一个盖顶51,盖顶51面积大于该上盒体4的开口44,盖体5下部设有一个与该开口44大小相同的卡制部52。
该转换器基板2安装于该上盒体4上,该转换器基板2上的切换开关23由该上盒体4上的开口44露出,当该切换开关23于切换完毕后,将盖体5覆盖在切换开关23上。该转换器基板2上焊设的导线9接点环91套设于该上盒体4的螺柱41上,且下盒体3覆盖在上面,使该导线9的接点环91紧夹于螺柱41与螺孔31之间,并各以一个螺丝8锁合,因该导线9接点环91的中心孔稍小于该螺丝8的直径,所以该螺丝8锁入时可与该导线9的接点环91紧密连结形成通路,且该螺丝8锁合于下盒体3与上盒体4上,该螺柱41内的螺纹及螺孔31部分具有良导电性,因此该下盒体3与上盒体4借由该螺丝8与导体9导通,而连通到该转换器基板2上的接地点24。此外,该导体9连接于金属背壳22,且该盖体5紧密盖覆于上盒体4上,所以,该下盒体3、上盒体4、盖体5与金属背壳22相互导通形成一个接地的封闭导体壳,并将转换器基板2密闭其中,提供良好的电磁遮蔽。
当下盒体3与上盒体4相互组合时,该下盒体3的卡合凸缘32与上盒体4的卡合凹槽42相嵌合,而组成的盒体两侧边形成多道重叠的良导电性遮蔽墙,此重叠的遮蔽墙能提供更佳的遮蔽效应,防止电磁干扰,且同时能使该下盒体3与上盒体4具有良好的结合效果。
如图3所示,该转换器基板2的切换开关23经由上盒体4的开口44露出于上盒体42外,以供切换操作,操作完毕后用盖体5盖覆于该上盒体4的开口44上,以密封该转换器基板2,阻绝电磁干扰。该盖体5的盖顶51面积稍大于该上盒体4的开口44,当该盖体5覆盖于上盒体4开口44时,可于该开口44的周缘形成重叠遮蔽区域6,提供更好的遮蔽效果。
如图4所示,于本发明另一个较佳实施例中,该上盒体4设有一层侧壁43,下盒体3上也设有一层侧壁33,上盒体4的侧壁43设有凹凸缘431,该下盒体3的侧壁33上设有紧密配合上盒体4凹凸缘431的凹凸缘331,如此不但于上、下盒体3、4紧密结合的卡合凸条32与卡合凹槽42部形成重叠遮蔽,于紧密结合的上盒体4的凹凸缘431与下盒体3的凹凸缘331部分也形成重叠遮蔽,另外,上盒体4与下盒体3的侧壁43、33分别设有一层良导电性金属46,可使电磁隔离遮蔽效果更好。
上述上盒体4的凹凸缘431与下盒体3的凹凸缘331可加以变化实施,例如改为卡合缘与卡盒凹槽,以缝隙曲折弯绕,而于盒体侧面形成多重的电磁遮蔽墙为原则,如此可良好地阻绝电磁干扰,而且,也可加设一层以上的侧壁。
本发明具有切换开关的转换器,将转换器电路包装于一个密蔽性佳的封闭良导电性壳体中,可良好地阻绝外界的电磁干扰,提供完全性的遮蔽,确保转换器电路中讯号的纯度品质,特别是针对易受干扰的具切换开关的转换器提供良好的电磁隔离遮蔽,保护讯号不受外界电磁波的干扰。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有切换开关的转换器,包括一个转换器基板、一个下盒体及一个上盒体,该转换器基板上设有一个切换开关,该转换器基板两端设有传输块,该传输块面上设有金属背壳,该上、下盒体是由塑性材质制成,该上盒体的盒面对应该转换器基板的切换开关位置处设有一个开口,该上盒体紧密覆盖于下盒体上,该转换器基板除两端的传输块外密封于上下盒体中,该转换器基板上的切换开关由上盒体的开口露出,其特征在于:
该下盒体表面上设有一层良导电性金属;
该上盒体表面上设有一层良导电性金属;
该上盒体盒面开口上紧密覆盖一个盖体,该盖体由塑胶材质所制成,该盖体表面上设有一层良导电性金属。
2.如权利要求1所述具有切换开关的转换器,其特征在于:
该上盒体与下盒体的侧边设有至少一层的侧壁。
3.如权利要求2所述具有切换开关的转换器,其特征在于:
该上盒体与下盒体的侧壁上设有良导性金属。
4.如权利要求1所述具有切换开关的转换器,其特征在于:
该盖体上形成一个盖顶,该盖顶的面积大于该上盒体盒面的开口。
5.如权利要求1所述具有切换开关的转换器,其特征在于:该下盒体上设有螺孔,该上盒体对应该下盒体的螺孔处设有螺柱,该转换器基板的金属背壳以导体连接至该转换器基板上的接地点,该导体上设有一个接点环,该接点环中心有一个孔洞,该导体的接点环以螺丝紧密锁合于下盒体的螺孔与上盒体的螺柱间。
6.如权利要求5所述具有切换开关的转换器,其特征在于:该导体上接点环中心的孔洞小于该螺丝的直径。
