技术领域
本发明涉及一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,属于医疗设备技术领域。
背景技术
负压封闭引流技术(VSD)是指用内含有引流管的医用海绵敷料,来覆盖或填充皮肤、软组织缺损的创面,再用生物半透膜对之进行封闭,使其成为一个密闭空间,最后把引流管接通负压源,通过可控制的负压来促进创面愈合的一种全新的治疗方法。
其特点是:可控制的负压,促进血流量增长和蛋白合成,促进肉芽生长,加快创面愈合;同时为全方位的主动引流提供了动力。生物半透膜的封闭,隔绝了创面与外环境接触的感染机会。全方位的引流,是将传统的点状或局部引流,变为了面状引流,保证了能随时将创面的每一处的坏死组织和渗出物吸出。
现有的负压封闭引流技术在治疗时,负压源可能会因为意外情况停止,此时若不及时关闭冲洗液的输入,会导致冲洗液堆积在密闭空间内,轻则导致整个负压封闭引流需要重新更换,重则导致伤口进一步感染,加重病情;并且,负压源输入的负压也不能过大,会导致患者伤口处不舒服。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,根据封闭引流装置内部的气压状态运行,当封闭引流装置内部解除负压状态时,能够防止冲洗液进入封闭引流装置影响伤口恢复,当负压源输入的负压过大时,能够减小进入封闭式引流装置的负压。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,包括阀体,所述阀体中部开设空腔,所述空腔内活动设置有一活动件,所述活动件将所述空腔上下分隔为上腔和下腔;所述阀体的外壁上开设有与上腔连通的进水口和出水口以及与所述下腔连通的进气口、出气口和监测口;所述上腔内设置有连通所述进水口和出水口的第一通道,所述活动件的上端固定连接有止水杆,所述止水杆的上端设置于所述第一通道内,且所述止水杆的外侧壁上固定套设有密封圈;所述下腔内设置有连通所述进气口和所述出气口的第二通道,所述活动件的下端固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的底部延伸至所述第二通道内且固定连接有一柱塞;所述监测口的外端与封闭引流装置的内部连通,常态下,所述止水杆通过密封圈封堵所述第一通道,当封闭引流装置的内部为负压状态时,活动件向下腔活动,带动止水杆移动并开放所述第一通道,所述柱塞根据负压大小增加或减小第二通道内的通气阻力。
进一步的,所述第二通道包括第一腔体、第二腔体以及复数个连通所述第一腔体和第二腔体的流通管道,所述进气口与所述第一腔体连通,所述柱塞设置于所述第一腔体内,所述第二腔体与所述出气口连通;各所述连通管道上下间隔布置在所述第一腔体和第二腔体之间。
进一步的,所述阀体包括可拆卸连接的上阀体和下阀体;所述上阀体中空设置且下端开口,所述活动件设置于所述上阀体内,所述进水口和出水口开设于所述上阀体的外壁上;所述下阀体中空设置且上端开口,所述弹性件一端与所述活动件固定连接,另一端与所述下阀体的内壁固定连接,所述进气口、出气口和监测口的外壁上。
进一步的,所述活动件包括弹力膜、连接固定件和膜压片;所述弹力膜水平设置于所述空腔内,所述连接固定件固定穿设于所述膜压片的中部,所述止水杆的底端垂直穿设入所述连接固定件内部与所述连接固定件固定连接;所述连接杆的顶端垂直穿设入所述连接固定件内部与所述连接固定件固定连接;所述膜压片固定套设于所述连接固定件的下端部,且所述膜压片的顶部与所述弹力膜固定连接。

本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,根据封闭引流装置内部的气压状态运行,当封闭引流装置内部在负压状态时,可以保证冲洗液进入封闭引流装置,当封闭引流装置内部解除负压状态时,能够封堵进水口和出水口之间的通道,防止冲洗液进入封闭引流装置影响伤口恢复;能够减小输入至封闭引流装置中的负压大小,防止输入至封闭引流装置中的负压过大导致患者不适。
2、本发明一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,阀体设置为可拆卸连接的上阀体和下阀体,安装、替换和维修容易。

本实施例的工作原理如下:
在使用时,将控压阀设置于外部冲洗液输入源、外部负压源和封闭引流装置之间,使进水口31与外部冲洗液输入源连通,出水口32与封闭引流装置的冲洗导管连通,进气口33与外部负压源的输出口连通,出气口34与封闭引流装置的负压输入口连通,监测口35外端通过导管与封闭引流装置内部空间连通;当外部负压源工作时,封闭引流装置内部空间处于负压状态,通过监测口35,将活动件2向下腔吸引,外部冲洗液输入源输入的冲洗液能通过进水口31、第一滑道101、出水口32连通冲洗导管,使冲洗液进入封闭引流装置内;当外部负压源停止运行时,封闭引流装置内部解除负压状态,活动件2在弹性件4的作用下回弹,推动止水杆23封闭进水口31与出水口32之间的通道10,防止冲洗液进入封闭引流装置;
当外部负压源输入的负压过大时,活动件2大幅度下移,带动柱塞20向下移动,封堵若干个连通管道103以增大第二通道102内的通气阻力,减小输入至封闭引流装置中的负压大小,保持封闭引流装置中的负压大小相对恒定,防止输入至封闭引流装置中的负压过大导致患者不适。
实施例二:

作为优选,本实施例将活动件2设置为弹力膜23、连接固定件24和膜压片25三个部件组成;所述弹力膜23水平设置于所述空腔内,所述连接固定件24固定穿设于所述膜压片25的中部,所述止水杆21的底端垂直穿设入所述连接固定件24内部与所述连接固定件24固定连接;所述连接杆的顶端垂直穿设入所述连接固定件24内部与所述连接固定件24固定连接;所述膜压片25固定套设于所述连接固定件24的下端部,且所述膜压片25的顶部与所述弹力膜23固定连接。
本实施例的工作原理如下:
当封闭引流装置内部处于负压状态时,将弹力膜23向下腔吸引,弹力膜23中部在负压作用下移动,通过膜压片25和连接固定件24拉动止水杆21并推动柱塞20,使进水口31与出水口32之间的通道10连通,使柱塞20活动控制第二通道102中的通气阻力;当封闭引流装置内部解除负压状态时,膜压片25在弹性件4的作用下回弹,带动止水杆21封堵进水口31和出水口32之间的通道10,带动柱塞20回到原位,使第二通道102中的通气阻力回到常态。

Claims (5)
1.一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1),所述阀体(1)中部开设空腔,所述空腔内活动设置有一活动件(2),所述活动件(2)将所述空腔上下分隔为上腔和下腔;所述阀体(1)的外壁上开设有与上腔连通的进水口(31)和出水口(32)以及与所述下腔连通的进气口(33)、出气口(34)和监测口(35);所述上腔内设置有连通所述进水口(31)和出水口(32)的第一通道(101),所述活动件(2)的上端固定连接有止水杆(21),所述止水杆(21)的上端设置于所述第一通道(101)内,且所述止水杆(21)的外侧壁上固定套设有密封圈(22);所述下腔内设置有连通所述进气口(33)和所述出气口(34)的第二通道(102),所述活动件(2)的下端固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的底部延伸至所述第二通道(102)内且固定连接有一柱塞(20);所述监测口(35)的外端与封闭引流装置的内部连通,常态下,所述止水杆(21)通过密封圈(22)封堵所述第一通道(101),当封闭引流装置的内部为负压状态时,活动件(2)向下腔活动,带动止水杆(21)移动并开放所述第一通道(101),所述柱塞(20)根据负压大小增加或减小第二通道(102)内的通气阻力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,其特征在于:所述第二通道(102)包括第一腔体、第二腔体以及复数个连通所述第一腔体和第二腔体的流通管道(103),所述进气口(33)与所述第一腔体连通,所述柱塞(20)设置于所述第一腔体内,所述第二腔体与所述出气口(34)连通;各所述流通管道(103)上下间隔布置在所述第一腔体和第二腔体之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,其特征在于:
所述活动件(2)的下端与一弹性件(4)的一端固定连接,所述弹性件(4)的另一端与所述下腔的内壁固定连接;
所述阀体(1)包括可拆卸连接的上阀体(11)和下阀体(12);所述上阀体(11)中空设置且下端开口,所述活动件(2)设置于所述上阀体(11)内,所述进水口(31)和出水口(32)开设于所述上阀体(11)的外壁上;所述下阀体(12)中空设置且上端开口,所述弹性件(4)一端与所述活动件(2)固定连接,另一端与所述下阀体(12)的内壁固定连接,所述进气口(33)、出气口(34)和监测口(35)开设于下阀体(12)的外壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,其特征在于:所述活动件(2)包括弹力膜(23)、连接固定件(24)和膜压片(25);所述弹力膜(23)水平设置于所述空腔内,所述连接固定件(24)固定穿设于所述膜压片(25)的中部,所述止水杆(21)的底端垂直穿设入所述连接固定件(24)内部与所述连接固定件(24)固定连接;所述连接杆的顶端垂直穿设入所述连接固定件(24)内部与所述连接固定件(24)固定连接;所述膜压片(25)固定套设于所述连接固定件(24)的下端部,且所述膜压片(25)的顶部与所述弹力膜(23)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种能控制负压输入的封闭引流装置用控压阀,其特征在于:所述弹性件(4)为弹簧。
