Technical Field

Background
Wind is one of pollution-free energy sources, is inexhaustible, and is very suitable for generating electricity by utilizing wind power according to local conditions in coastal islands, grassland pastoral areas, mountain areas and plateau areas with water shortage, fuel shortage and inconvenient traffic.

a transverse plate fixed with the movable rod (1) is arranged below the mounting plate (4) in parallel, the combiner (10) is rotatably mounted on the transverse plate, and the rotating shaft (8) is connected with the rotating shaft (8) through a first transmission piece (7);
the clutch (9) comprises a rotary disc (91) fixed at the end part of the rotating shaft (8), an arc-shaped combination plate (92) movably arranged at the outer edge of the rotary disc (91), and a cylindrical tension spring (93) used for elastically connecting the arc-shaped combination plate (92) and the edge of the rotary disc (91);
the number of the arc-shaped combination plates (92) is at least two, the arc-shaped combination plates are circumferentially arranged on the edge of the rotary disc (91) at equal intervals, and teeth are arranged on the outer wall of each arc-shaped combination plate;
the inner ring of the connector (10) is provided with tooth grooves matched with the teeth on the outer wall of the arc-shaped connecting plate (92), and the connector (10) is connected with the winding assembly through a bevel gear set;
the bevel gear set comprises a first bevel gear (11) fixed on the connector (10) and a second bevel gear (12) used for connecting the first bevel gear (11) and the winding assembly, and the first bevel gear (11) and the second bevel gear (12) are meshed with each other;
the winding assembly comprises a follow-up shaft (13) rotatably mounted on the movable rod (1), a sleeve shaft (14) in sliding fit with the follow-up shaft (13), and a rotating structure connected with the sleeve shaft (14);
another transverse plate is fixed at the lower part of the movable rod (1), a guide groove (26) for the transverse plate at the lower part to pass through is formed in the fixed rod (17), the follow-up shaft (13) is vertically and rotatably arranged between the two transverse plates, and the second bevel gear (12) is fixed at the top of the follow-up shaft (13);
the outer wall of the follow-up shaft (13) is provided with a strip-shaped bulge, the inner wall of the sleeve shaft (14) is provided with an embedded groove which is embedded with the strip-shaped bulge in a sliding manner, and the sleeve shaft (14) is rotatably arranged on the fixed rod (17) and is parallel to the fixed rod (17);
the rotating structure comprises a worm (18) rotatably mounted on the fixed rod (17), a gear set used for connecting the worm (18) with the sleeve shaft (14), a winding disc (21) connected with the worm (18) and rotatably mounted on the fixed rod (17), and a steel wire (22) used for connecting the winding disc (21) with the movable rod (1);
the gear set comprises a first gear (15) fixed on the sleeve shaft (14) and a second gear (16) fixed on the worm (18) and meshed with the first gear (15); the worm (18) is parallel to the fixing rod (17);
a worm wheel (19) meshed with the worm (18) is rotatably mounted on the fixed rod (17), and the worm wheel (19) is connected with the winding disc (21) through a second transmission piece (20);
the lower part of the movable rod (1) is fixed with a pull column (23), a through groove (25) for the pull column (23) to pass through is formed in the fixed rod (17), one end of the steel wire is fixed on the winding disc (21), and the other end of the steel wire is connected with the pull column (23).
