Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils and appliances, and discloses a cooker, includes: an active electronic tag configured to store cooker information of the cooker, and to transmit the cooker information when a tag reader/writer is detected. The cooker in the embodiment of the disclosure comprises the active electronic tag, the identification distance of the tag is long, when the active electronic tag enters the effective working range of the reader, the signal transmitted by the tag reader-writer is sensed, the cooker information is sent to the tag reader-writer, and the efficiency of the tag reader-writer for reading the cooker information is improved. The application also discloses a cooking utensil.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of kitchen ware, for example to a cooker and a cooker.
Background
At present, along with the popularization and continuous improvement of a gas stove with an intelligent function, the related technology provides a gas stove capable of identifying the type of a cooker. The gas stove obtains cooker information by reading electronic tag information on the cooker body, and further determines a scheme of a specific control strategy according to the obtained cooker information. The gas cooker can determine a control strategy with pertinence according to the type of cookers, avoids different heat transfer effects of different types of cookers, judges the abnormal function caused by the fact that the cooker controller judges according to the same temperature point in actual application, and improves the control accuracy.
In the process of implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is found that at least the following problems exist in the related art:
the electronic tag on the cooker body has reading distance limitation, the setting positions of electronic tags of different cookers are different, and when the setting positions of the electronic tags are improper, the tag reader can fail to read information of the cookers.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and elements of the disclosed embodiments can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the disclosed embodiments, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings. In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown in simplified form in order to simplify the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a cooker provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, including: an active electronic label 10.

The active electronic tag 10 has the characteristic of strong information receiving and transmitting performance, and therefore, the identification distance of the active electronic tag 10 is longer than that of the passive electronic tag. The active electronic tag 10 continuously detects signals emitted by surrounding tag readers during the working process, and when the active electronic tag 10 detects that the readers exist, the active electronic tag sends cooker information carried by the active electronic tag to the tag readers, so that the reading speed of the active electronic tag 10 is higher than that of the passive electronic tag.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the cooker comprises the active electronic tag, the identification distance of the tag is long, when the active electronic tag enters the effective working range of the reader, the cooker information is sent to the tag reader-writer by sensing the signal transmitted by the tag reader-writer, and the efficiency of the tag reader-writer for reading the cooker information is improved.
Fig. 2 is an active electronic tag 10 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, where the active electronic tag 10 includes: chip 101, antenna 102 and power supply module 103.
Wherein the chip 101 is configured to store cookware information.
An antenna 102 configured to detect the tag reader/writer and transmit cooker information.
And a power supply module 103 configured to supply power to the antenna and the chip.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the power supply module 103 supplies power to the antenna 102 and the chip 101, and the effective reading range of the active electronic tag 10 can reach 70 cm at the farthest, so that when a cooker is placed on a cooker, the distance between the cooker and the tag reader-writer is within the effective reading range of the active electronic tag 10, and when the cooker is placed on the cooker, the antenna 102 actively transmits the cooker information stored in the chip 101 to the tag reader-writer without adjusting the relative position between the active electronic tag 10 and the tag reader-writer, thereby improving the reading efficiency of the tag reader-writer on the active electronic tag 10.
In some embodiments, the active electronic tag 10, further comprises one or more of:
a switch connected to the power supply module 103 and configured to control the power supply module 103 to supply power to the antenna 102;
and a display connected with the power supply module 103 and configured to display the power amount of the power supply module 103.
Optionally, the power supply module 103 is a replaceable dry battery which cannot be reused, and can be replaced at any time after the electric quantity is used up. Optionally, the power supply module 103 is a lead storage battery or a rechargeable lithium battery, and can be connected to an external power supply to supplement power, so as to continuously supply power to the antenna 102.
Fig. 3 is an active electronic tag 10 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, where the active electronic tag 10 includes: chip 101, antenna 102, power supply module 103, and switch 104.
In a specific working process, when the cooker is needed, the switch controls the power supply module 103 to supply power to the antenna 102, and when the cooker is not needed, the switch stops the process of supplying power to the antenna 102 by the power supply module 103, so that electric quantity is saved.
In some embodiments, the switch is configured to control the power module 103 to power the chip and the antenna 102.
Fig. 4 is an active electronic tag 10 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, where the active electronic tag 10 includes: chip 101, antenna 102, power supply module 103, and display 105.

In the disclosed embodiment, the active electronic tag 10 is optionally disposed inside or on the surface of the cookware.

In some embodiments, the active electronic tag 10 is optionally disposed inside the pot body, inside the pot handle or inside the pot lid.
Fig. 5 is a cooktop provided by embodiments of the present disclosure, the cooktop including: a tag reader/writer 20, a temperature detection unit 21, and a controller 22.

Fig. 6 shows a cooker provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the cooker includes a tag reader 20, the tag reader 20 is disposed on a cooker body, and the tag reader 20 continuously transmits signals during a working process, so that the active electronic tag 10 can detect and transmit cooker information when detecting the signals transmitted by the tag reader 20.
In order to realize reasonable control of the temperature of the cooker and avoid unnecessary loss of users caused by dry burning or pot overflow due to overhigh temperature, the cooker also comprises a temperature detection unit 21 for detecting the temperature of the cooker in the working process in real time.
Optionally, the temperature detecting unit 21 is a contact temperature sensor, and is disposed at the center of the cooking range and contacts with the bottom of the pan to measure the temperature of the pan. Optionally, the temperature detecting unit 21 is an infrared temperature sensor, and is disposed on the cooker body or on the range hood. When the temperature detection unit 21 is disposed on the range hood, it is connected to the controller 22 by wire or wireless communication.
The controller 22 is configured to determine a fire control strategy based on the cooker information and the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit 21.
In some optional embodiments, a temperature threshold of the cooker is determined based on the cooker information, and when it is detected that the temperature of the cooker approaches the temperature threshold, the fire power is reduced to avoid unnecessary loss to the user due to an excessively high temperature.

The alarm 23 is connected to the controller 22, and gives an alarm when the temperature reaches a temperature threshold.
In some embodiments, the alarm 23 sends an alarm signal when the temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold.
In some embodiments, the alarm 23 includes one or more of a communication circuit, a buzzer, and an indicator light.
When the alarm 23 is a communication circuit in communication connection with an external alarm device, the controller 22 generates a reminding message and sends the reminding message to the user mobile terminal through the alarm 23, so that the user can check and process the condition of the cooker in time according to the alarm message received by the mobile terminal when the user is far away from the cooker.
The alarm 23 is a buzzer, and when the temperature reaches a temperature threshold, a buzzing sound is given out to remind a user to check the condition of the stove in time. 1. A cooker, characterized by comprising:
an active electronic tag configured to store cooker information of the cooker, and to transmit the cooker information when a tag reader/writer is detected.
2. The cookware of claim 1, wherein said active electronic tag comprises:
a chip configured to store the cooker information;
an antenna configured to detect the tag reader/writer and transmit the cooker information;
a power supply module configured to supply power to the antenna and the chip.
3. The cookware of claim 2, wherein said active electronic tag further comprises one or more of:
a switch connected with the power supply module and configured to control the power supply module to supply power to the antenna;
a display connected with the power supply module and configured to display the power amount of the power supply module.
4. The cooker of claim 2, wherein the power supply module further comprises:
the charging interface is connected with an external power supply and is configured to receive power supply from the external power supply.
5. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the active electronic tag is provided inside the cooking appliance.
6. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the cooker information comprises one or more of material, type, thickness.
7. A hob, characterized in that it comprises:
a tag reader configured to acquire cooker information transmitted by an active electronic tag of a cooker;
a temperature detection unit configured to detect a temperature of the cooker;
a controller configured to determine a fire control strategy based on the cooker information and the temperature.
8. The cooktop of claim 7, wherein the cookware information comprises one or more of material, type, thickness.
9. Hob according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the controller is configured to determine a temperature threshold from the cookware information and to turn down or turn off the fire when the temperature of the cookware reaches the temperature threshold.
10. The cooktop of claim 9, further comprising:
an alarm configured to issue an alarm when the temperature of the cookware reaches the temperature threshold.
