The burner and the burner using the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to the attached drawings 1-5, the burner is a casting with an integrated structure, namely the burner is manufactured by casting once and subsequent machining, the overall strength is high, and each corresponding structural component can be formed once through casting, so that the forming efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, the burner of the present invention includes a substrate 1, the substrate 1 is a substantially one-half to three-quarters non-full-circle flat plate, and the substrate 1 is provided with an outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2, an inner ring fire gas collecting cavity 7, an outer ring fire premixing gas cavity 8, an outer ring fire ejector pipe 3, an inner ring fire ejector pipe 10, and an inner ring fire gas mixing chamber 11.
Wherein the outer ring fire gas-collecting cavity 2, the inner ring fire gas-collecting cavity 7 and the outer ring fire premixing gas cavity 8 are sequentially distributed on the substrate 1 in the circumferential direction. The outer ring fire gas collection cavity 2 and the inner ring fire gas collection cavity 7 are respectively provided with an outer ring fire upper air inlet 4 and an inner ring fire upper air inlet 12. The cavity wall of the outer ring fire gas collection cavity 2 is also provided with an outer ring fire air inlet hole 5 and an outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole 6, and the cavity wall of the inner ring fire gas collection cavity 7 is provided with an inner ring fire air inlet hole 14 and an inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole 15.
The outer ring fire injection pipe 3 is communicated with the outer ring fire gas collection cavity 2 so as to inject primary air of the outer ring fire into the outer ring fire gas collection cavity 2 through the outer ring fire air inlet 5 and the outer ring fire upper air inlet 4 into the pipe.
The inner ring fire injection pipe 10 is communicated with the inner ring fire gas collection cavity 7 so as to inject primary air of the inner ring fire into the inner ring fire gas collection cavity 7 through the inner ring fire air inlet hole 14 and the inner ring fire upper air inlet 12.
The outer fire upper air inlet 4 of the outer fire air collecting chamber 2 extends out of the substrate 1 and the chamber bottom extends downward and is positioned below the substrate 1, in the embodiment, the chamber bottom of the outer fire air collecting chamber 2 extends downward and makes the main body part of the chamber body positioned below the substrate 1. That is to say, the majority of the outer ring fire gas-collecting cavity 2 is positioned below the base plate 1, so that the phenomenon that the majority of the outer ring fire gas-collecting cavity 2 extends upwards out of the base plate 1, so that the distance of the burner suspended on the table top of the kitchen range is larger when the burner is used, is avoided.
In this embodiment, the inner ring fire upper air inlet 12 of the inner ring fire gas collecting chamber 7 also extends out of the substrate 1, the chamber bottom extends downward and is located below the substrate 1, and the chamber bottom of the inner ring fire gas collecting chamber 7 also extends downward and makes the main body of the chamber located below the substrate. And the excessive distance of the burner suspended on the table top of the kitchen range can be avoided.
The outer ring fire ejector pipe 3 and the inner ring fire ejector pipe 10 are both arranged below the substrate 1, one end of the outer ring fire ejector pipe 3 is communicated with the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2, the other end of the outer ring fire ejector pipe is communicated with the outer ring fire premixing gas cavity 8, the lower portion of the outer ring fire premixing gas cavity 8 is located below the substrate 1 to be communicated with the outer ring fire ejector pipe 3, and the upper portion of the outer ring fire premixing gas cavity 8 is located above the substrate 1.
Meanwhile, one end of the inner ring fire injection pipe 10 is communicated with the inner ring fire gas collection cavity 7, the other end of the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber 11 is communicated with the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber 11, the bottom of the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber 11 extends downwards and is positioned below the substrate 1 to be communicated with the inner ring fire injection pipe 10, the rest part of the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber 11 extends upwards and is positioned above the substrate 1, and the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber 11 is basically positioned in the middle of the substrate 1.
In this embodiment, since the mixed gas, i.e., the primary air of the outer ring fire and the gas of the outer ring fire, needs to be transported upward through the outer ring fire premixing air chamber 8 and cannot leak and overflow during transportation, the chamber wall of the upper portion of the outer ring fire premixing air chamber 8 extending out of the substrate 1 is continuously provided and has a required upward extension height.
The top of the cavity wall of the part of the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2 and the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity 7 extending out of the substrate 1 just extends out of the substrate 1 by a proper required height, so that the phenomenon that the extending height is too high to block primary air of the outer ring fire is avoided, and the primary air entering amount of the outer ring fire is reduced.
Outer ring fire draws penetrate tub 3 and is located the base plate 1 below in the middle and extend to relative opposite side from base plate 1 one side, that is to say outer ring fire draws penetrate tub 3 and extend to relative other end side from base plate 1's one end side along base plate 1's diametric (al) basically, and this outer ring fire draws penetrate 3 span length of tub enough long, and the negative pressure is effectual, draws to penetrate effectually.
Of course, the outer fire ejecting pipe 3 is formed downward from the bottom of the base plate 1, although it is located below the base plate 1. In the present embodiment, the outer fire ejector pipe 3 is preferably a tapered pipe, the small diameter end of which communicates with the outer fire collecting chamber 2, and the large diameter end of which communicates with the outer fire premixing air chamber 8.
The outer ring fire injection pipe 3 and the inner ring fire injection pipe 10 are arranged in a T shape, and the end part of the inner ring fire injection pipe 10 is stopped at the side wall part of the outer ring fire injection pipe 3 and is not communicated with the side wall part of the inner ring fire injection pipe. The outer ring fire that from this T type set up draws and penetrates pipe 3 and inner ring fire and draws and penetrate pipe 10, has ensured that outer ring fire draws the whole length that penetrates pipe 3, and length is longer, and the negative pressure effect is better, and the outer ring fire primary air volume that obtains is more.
And a plurality of outer ring fire air inlet holes 5 can be arranged on the cavity wall of the outer ring fire air collection cavity 2. In this embodiment, the number of the outer ring fire air inlet holes 5 is two, and the two outer ring fire air inlet holes 5 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole 6.
In this embodiment, the outer ring fire air inlet 5 is offset at the middle lower part of the cavity wall of the outer ring fire air collecting cavity 2, so that an overflow effect can be realized, and the soup can be conveniently collected and flow out. And the outer ring fire air inlet hole 5 and the outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole 6 are arranged on the cavity side wall of the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2 far away from the substrate 1, so that the primary air of the outer ring fire can enter more favorably.
Similarly, a plurality of inner ring fire air inlet holes 14 can be arranged on the wall of the inner ring fire air collection cavity 7. In this embodiment, the number of the inner ring fire air inlet holes 14 is two, the two inner ring fire air inlet holes 14 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole 15, and preferably, the inner ring fire air inlet holes 14 are offset at the middle lower part of the cavity wall, so that an overflow effect can be realized, and the soup can be conveniently collected and flow out. Preferably, the inner ring fire air inlet hole and the inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole are formed in the side wall of the cavity far away from the base plate, and the inner ring fire primary air is also favorably fed.
The inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel 16 is radially cut into the side part of the inner ring fire air mixing chamber 11 to form a large-opening air inlet channel. The inner ring fire air mixing chamber 11 comprises an inner ring wall 18 and an outer ring wall 19, the central channel 17 is surrounded by the inner ring wall 18, and the inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel 16 is communicated with the bottom of the central channel 17. The air inlet channel with the large opening enables the content of secondary air of the inner ring fire to enter in a large amount, the content of the secondary air of the inner ring fire is improved, the inner ring fire can be fully combusted, and the best combustion efficiency is obtained.
A temperature control probe 20 is vertically arranged in the central channel 17, and a through hole 21 is arranged at the bottom of the central channel 17 for the lower part of the temperature control probe 20 to pass through downwards.
The through hole 21 comprises a clamping hole 22 and a through hole 23, and the substrate 1 where the clamping hole 22 is located extends upwards to form a clamping part 24 which is partially clamped with the mounting rod of the temperature control probe 20.
The mounting component is arranged on the substrate 1 where the via holes 23 are located and comprises a sealing part 25 for sealing the via holes, a mounting part 26 for integrally mounting the mounting component at the root part of the inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel 16 and an outer convex clamping fit part 27 arranged on the mounting part 26.
The outer convex clamping and assembling part 27 extends into the clamping and assembling hole 22 of the clamping and assembling part 24 and is used for clamping and assembling the mounting rod of the temperature control probe 20 together and fixing the mounting rod on the furnace end. Therefore, the temperature control probe is fixedly installed on the burner, and soup can be prevented from permeating into the bottom shell of the gas stove from the installation fixing part.
In summary, the gas collecting cavities are arranged on both the outer ring fire and the inner ring fire of the furnace end, and the gas collecting cavities are provided with upper air inlets for primary air to enter and air inlet holes for primary air to enter are arranged on the cavity walls. Therefore, the outer ring fire and the inner ring fire are greatly improved in primary air content, and the inner ring fire and the outer ring fire can ensure sufficient gas combustion, so that ideal combustion efficiency is obtained.
Therefore, the burner of the invention makes great contribution in the aspect of complementing the primary air content when the outer ring fire and the inner ring fire are combusted, and the whole gas stove has excellent combustion efficiency in the overall consideration. Meanwhile, the convenience of nozzle replacement and air door adjustment is also considered.
Example two:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, when the burner of the present invention is used in a burner, the burner includes the burner 100, the outer ring fire mixing ring 200, the outer ring fire dividing cover 300, and the inner ring fire dividing cover 400 described above.
The outer ring fire gas mixing ring 200 is assembled in the outer ring fire gas mixing cavity 8, the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2 and the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity 7. And in order to realize the bearing of the outer ring fire gas mixing ring 200, the part of the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2 and the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity 7, which extends out of the top of the substrate 1, is provided with a bearing cavity wall 13 which extends upwards continuously. The bearing cavity wall 13 and the top of the outer ring fire premixing air cavity 8 jointly realize the bearing and installation of the outer ring fire mixing air ring 200.
The outer ring fire distributing cover 300 is assembled on the outer ring fire mixing ring 200, and the inner ring fire distributing cover 400 is assembled on the inner ring fire mixing chamber 11.
In this embodiment, the stove head part extending out of the base plate 1 is used for the top 500 of the stove to be sleeved and the base plate 1 is used for the top 500 of the stove to be attached. After the kitchen range table 500 is attached, the outer ring fire upper air inlet 4 and the inner ring fire upper air inlet 12 upwards exceed the kitchen range table at a proper height, so that the kitchen range table 500 can be positioned on one hand, and on the other hand, the phenomenon that a large amount of primary air enters a gas collecting cavity due to overhigh extension can be avoided.
And the primary air of the outer ring fire enters the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity 2 from the outer ring fire air inlet 5, the outer ring fire upper air inlet 4 between the stove table 500 and the outer ring fire gas mixing ring 200 and is injected into the outer ring fire injection pipe 3.
And the primary air of the inner ring fire enters the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity 7 from the inner ring fire air inlet 14, the inner ring fire upper air inlet 12 between the stove table 500 and the outer ring fire mixing ring 200 and is injected to the inner ring fire injection pipe 10.
Example three:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, when the burner is used in a gas stove, the gas stove includes the burner 100, the burner 600, and a stove top 500, the stove top 500 is attached to a substrate 1 of the burner 100 so that the substrate 1 is attached to the bottom of the stove top 500, and primary air enters between the stove top 500 and the outer fire mixing ring 200.
The foregoing is illustrative of the best mode of embodiments of the invention only and is not to be construed as limiting the claims. The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but its specific structure allows many variations, as long as the variations within the scope of the claims are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (11)
1. A furnace end, its characterized in that: comprises a substrate, an outer ring fire gas-collecting cavity, an inner ring fire gas-collecting cavity, an outer ring fire ejector pipe, an inner ring fire ejector pipe, an outer ring fire premixing gas cavity and an inner ring fire mixing gas cavity which are arranged on the substrate, the outer ring fire gas collection cavity is provided with an outer ring fire upper air inlet, the cavity wall is provided with an outer ring fire air inlet hole and an outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole, the inner ring fire gas-collecting cavity is provided with an inner ring fire upper air inlet, the cavity wall is provided with an inner ring fire air inlet hole and an inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole, one end of the outer ring fire injection pipe is communicated with the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity, the other end of the outer ring fire injection pipe is communicated with the outer ring fire premixing gas cavity to realize the injection of primary air of the outer ring fire, one end of the inner ring fire injection pipe is communicated with the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity, the other end of the inner ring fire injection pipe is communicated with the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber to realize the injection of primary air of the inner ring fire, the inner ring fire air mixing chamber is provided with an inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel and a central channel with an open top, the central channel is communicated with the inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel so as to allow the inner ring fire secondary air to enter.

The burner of claim 1, wherein: the outer ring fire upper air inlet of the outer ring fire air collecting cavity extends out of the substrate, the cavity bottom extends downwards and is positioned below the substrate, and preferably, the cavity bottom extends downwards and enables the main body part of the cavity to be positioned below the substrate; preferably, the outer ring fire pre-mixing air cavity is arranged below the substrate, one end of the outer ring fire pre-mixing air cavity is communicated with the outer ring fire air collecting cavity, the lower part of the outer ring fire pre-mixing air cavity is positioned below the substrate to be communicated with the other end of the outer ring fire pre-mixing air cavity, and the upper part of the outer ring fire pre-mixing air cavity is positioned above the substrate; preferably, the outer ring fire ejector pipe is centrally located below the substrate and extends from one side of the substrate to the opposite side, preferably, the outer ring fire ejector pipe is a tapered pipe, the small-diameter end of the tapered pipe is communicated with the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity, and the large-diameter end of the tapered pipe is communicated with the outer ring fire premixing gas cavity.
3. The burner of claim 2, wherein: a plurality of outer ring fire air inlet holes are formed in the wall of the outer ring fire air collection cavity; preferably, the number of the outer ring fire air inlet holes is two, and the two outer ring fire air inlet holes are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole; preferably, the outer ring fire air inlet hole is offset from the middle lower part of the cavity wall; preferably, the outer ring fire air inlet hole and the outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole are formed in the side wall of the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity far away from the base plate.

A jamb according to any of the claims 1 to 3, wherein: the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity is provided with an inner ring fire upper air inlet, and the cavity wall is provided with an inner ring fire air inlet hole and an inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole; preferably, a plurality of inner ring fire air inlet holes are formed in the wall of the inner ring fire air collection cavity; preferably, the number of the inner ring fire air inlet holes is two, and the two inner ring fire air inlet holes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole; preferably, the inner ring fire air inlet hole is offset from the middle lower part of the cavity wall; preferably, the inner ring fire air inlet hole and the inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole are formed in the side wall of the cavity far away from the base plate.

The burner of claim 4, wherein: the upper air inlet of the inner ring fire gas-collecting cavity extends out of the substrate, the cavity bottom extends downwards and is positioned below the substrate, and preferably, the cavity bottom extends downwards and enables the main body part of the cavity to be positioned below the substrate; preferably, the inner ring fire ejecting pipe is arranged below the substrate, one end of the inner ring fire ejecting pipe is communicated with the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity, the bottom of the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber extends downwards and is positioned below the substrate so as to be communicated with the other end of the inner ring fire ejecting pipe, and the rest part of the inner ring fire gas mixing chamber extends upwards and is positioned above the substrate.
6. The burner of any one of claims 1 to 3 and 5, wherein: the outer ring fire injection pipe and the inner ring fire injection pipe are arranged in a T shape, and the end part of the inner ring fire injection pipe is stopped at the side wall part of the outer ring fire injection pipe and is not communicated with each other; preferably, the furnace end is of a one-piece casting structure.

The burner of any one of claims 1 to 3 and 5, wherein: the inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel is radially cut into the side portion of the inner ring fire air mixing chamber to form a large-opening air inlet channel, the inner ring fire air mixing chamber comprises an inner ring wall and an outer ring wall, the central channel is surrounded by the inner ring wall, and the inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel is communicated with the bottom of the central channel.

The burner of claim 7, wherein: the temperature control probe is vertically arranged in the central channel, the bottom of the central channel is provided with a through hole for the lower part of the temperature control probe to downwards pass through, the through hole comprises a clamping hole and a through hole, a base plate at the clamping hole upwards extends to form a clamping part for locally clamping a temperature control probe mounting rod, a mounting part is arranged on the base plate at the through hole, the mounting part comprises a cover sealing part for sealing the through hole, a mounting part for integrally mounting the mounting part at the root part of the inner ring fire secondary air lateral air inlet channel and an outer convex clamping and assembling part arranged on the mounting part, and the outer convex clamping and assembling part extends into a clamping groove of the clamping part and is clamped and fixed on the furnace end together with the mounting rod of the temperature control probe.

A burner, characterized by: the burner comprises the furnace end of any one of the claims 1 to 8, an outer ring fire mixing ring, an outer ring fire distributing cover and an inner ring fire distributing cover, wherein the outer ring fire mixing ring is assembled in the outer ring fire pre-mixing air cavity, the outer ring fire gas collecting cavity and the inner ring fire gas collecting cavity, the outer ring fire distributing cover is assembled in the outer ring fire mixing ring, and the inner ring fire distributing cover is assembled in the inner ring fire mixing air cavity.
10. A burner as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the furnace head part extending out of the base plate is used for sleeving the table surface of the stove, and the base plate is used for sticking the table surface of the stove; preferably, the outer ring fire nozzle and the inner ring fire nozzle are respectively arranged in the inner ring fire nozzle mounting hole and the outer ring fire nozzle mounting hole, and the outer ring fire nozzle and the inner ring fire nozzle are respectively provided with an outer ring fire damper and an inner ring fire damper.

A gas stove is characterized in that: the gas stove comprises the furnace end of any one of the claims 1 to 8, the burner of any one of the claims 9 to 10 and a stove table top, wherein the stove table top is attached to a base plate of the furnace end so that the base plate is attached to the bottom of the stove table top, and primary air enters between the stove table top and an outer fire mixing ring.
