s5: manually adjusting the tension of the first pan head (6), holding the handle (20) by hand to rotate the rotating frame (19) to rotate the rotating frame, observing the scales (21) on the rotating disc (18), slowly rotating clockwise to drive the first rotating shaft (16) to rotate, and moving the two movable wheels in opposite directions so as to adjust the tension of the first pan head (6);
