Technical Field

Background
As is known, in the field of warp knitting and weaving, a warp knitting machine is one of the most important devices, in which a plurality of sets of parallel arranged yarns are fed to all working needles of the machine in the warp direction and are looped to form a knitted fabric, and a warp feeding mechanism of a large-scale warp knitting machine continuously feeds out the yarns in a rotating manner, so that the diameter of the yarn wound on the whole warp feeding roller is gradually reduced, the angular speed of the rotation of the warp feeding roller is not changed, but the output linear speed of the yarns is reduced along with the reduction of the diameter of the yarn wound, and the originally tensioned yarns are likely to be loosened, thereby affecting the normal use of the warp knitting machine.
At present, the conventional warp feeding device of the warp knitting machine has the following defects in most cases: the warp feeding device is inconvenient to adjust, unstable in tension and frequent in maintenance, and influences the normal work of the warp knitting machine, so that most of the existing warp feeding devices of the warp knitting machine cannot well meet the actual requirements.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the adjustable constant-tension let-off device of the warp knitting machine, which mainly solves the problems of inconvenient adjustment, unstable tension and frequent maintenance.

an adjustable constant-tension warp let-off device of a warp knitting machine comprises a bottom plate and a warp knitting machine body, wherein a supporting plate is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate, a fixing plate is welded on one side of the supporting plate, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the top of the supporting plate, two connecting shafts are fixedly connected in the clamping grooves, a first pan head and a second pan head are respectively arranged on the two connecting shafts, a pan head driving wheel is fixedly connected to one side of each connecting shaft, a plurality of guide wheels are movably connected to one side of the supporting plate, two grooves are formed in one side of the supporting plate, a first sliding block and a second sliding block are movably connected in the grooves, a second movable wheel is movably connected to one side of the first sliding block, a first movable wheel is movably connected to one side of the second sliding block, a first rotating shaft is movably connected to one side of the first sliding block and the second sliding block, a first thread groove is formed in one side of the first rotating shaft, a first thread hole is formed in the first sliding block, the threaded hole is meshed with the first threaded groove, one side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a slideway, a chute is arranged in the slideway, and one side of the chute is movably connected with a sliding base, the two ends of the slideway are respectively and fixedly connected with a first fixed block and a second fixed block, one sides of the first fixing block and the second fixing block are movably connected with a second rotating shaft, one side of the second rotating shaft is provided with a second thread groove, one side of the second fixing block is provided with a second thread hole, the second threaded hole is meshed with the second threaded groove, one side of the sliding base is movably connected with a connecting rod, and the outer surface of the connecting rod is sleeved with a guide square tube, one end of the connecting rod is connected with an arc-shaped push plate, the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped push plate is contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft, one side of the guide square tube is fixed with the support plate through a bolt, one side of the support plate is fixedly connected with a clamping plate, and one side of the clamping plate is fixedly connected with a limiting baffle.
On the basis of the scheme, one end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating disc, adjusting scales are arranged on one side of the rotating disc, a rotating frame is fixedly connected on one side of the rotating disc, and a handle is fixedly connected on one side of the rotating frame.

s3: fastening the pan head, and clamping a pawl on one side of the clamping groove with a clamping hole on a pan head connecting shaft to ensure that the pan head can only rotate clockwise to prevent the pan head from rotating;
s4: carrying out on-line, and connecting the yarns on the pan head with a looping assembly in the warp knitting machine body around a roller of the warp knitting machine body;
s5: the first pan head is manually tension-adjusted, the rotating frame is rotated by holding the handle by hand, the scale on the rotating disc is observed to rotate slowly clockwise, the first rotating shaft is driven to rotate, and the two movable wheels move towards opposite directions, so that the tension of the first pan head is adjusted;
s6: the second pan head is manually tension-adjusted, the rotating wheel is rotated to rotate, so that the second rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the sliding base is driven to move towards one side, the connecting rod moves forwards along the guide square pipe, the arc-shaped push plate is pushed, the connecting shaft of the second pan head is driven to deviate towards one side, and the tension of the second pan head is adjusted;
s7: and (4) tension adjustment test, starting the machine, and adjusting the tension of the warp knitting machine.
On the basis of the scheme, a rotating speed sensor is fixedly connected in the clamping groove and located below the connecting shaft 33, a processor is fixedly connected to one side of the supporting plate, an induction motor is arranged on one side of the supporting plate, a rotating column is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the induction motor, a plurality of stirring blocks are fixedly connected to one side of the rotating column, a plurality of stirring grooves are formed in one side of the rotating disc, and the stirring grooves are meshed with the stirring blocks.
As a further scheme of the invention, the bottom of the slide way is fixedly connected with an electric push rod, the top end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with a push plate, the bottom of the slide way is provided with a slide hole, a connecting block is movably connected in the slide hole, the connecting block is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding base, and the connecting block and the push plate are on the same plane.
A method for using a constant-tension let-off device of an adjustable warp knitting machine comprises the following steps of:

s5: the tension of the warp knitting machine is automatically detected by a rotation speed sensor, and a command is sent to an induction motor through a processor to drive a shifting block to rotate, the shifting block is meshed with a shifting groove on a rotating disc to drive a first rotating shaft to rotate, and the first disc head is automatically adjusted in tension;
s6: the electric tension of the second pan head is adjusted, the rotating speed of the connecting shaft is detected by the rotating speed sensor, so that the tension condition of the warp knitting machine is automatically detected, an instruction is sent to the electric push rod through the processor, the electric push rod drives the push plate to move to one side, the connecting block is pushed to move to one side, the connecting block is connected with the sliding base, and the automatic tension adjustment is performed on the second pan head.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an adjustable constant-tension let-off device of a warp knitting machine, which has the following beneficial effects:
1. the constant-tension let-off device of the warp knitting machine abandons the tension adjusting mode of the traditional let-off device, changes the condition that only a single pan head can be adjusted, and can well shift the positions of two first pan heads when being matched with a guide wheel by using a first rotating shaft and two sliding blocks, wherein the first rotating shaft can drive the two sliding blocks to move towards opposite directions and simultaneously drive the two movable wheels to move towards opposite directions.
2. According to the constant-tension let-off device of the warp knitting machine, a tension adjusting method of a traditional let-off device is abandoned, the second rotating shaft, the sliding base and the connecting rod are used in a matched mode, the sliding base can be driven to move to one side along the slide way through rotation of the second rotating shaft, the connecting rod is driven to enable the second pan head to deviate, the tension of the second pan head is adjusted through pushing the position of the pan head, the constant-tension let-off device has certain creativity, the tension adjusting method of the traditional let-off device is broken through, and let-off quality of the let-off device is improved.
3. The constant-tension let-off device for the warp knitting machine has certain innovativeness by separately adjusting the tension of the first pan head and the tension of the second pan head, so that the tension of the let-off device can be adjusted more accurately, the constant tension of the warp knitting machine can be kept, and the production efficiency of the warp knitting machine can be improved better.
4. The constant-tension let-off device of the warp knitting machine abandons the singleness that the conventional warp knitting machine can only adjust the tension manually, and the constant-tension let-off device of the warp knitting machine adjusts the tension of the let-off device in two modes of manual adjustment and automatic adjustment, has certain innovativeness, can adjust the tension of the let-off device more effectively, is simple to operate and convenient to use, can better improve the production efficiency of the warp knitting machine, and simplifies the operation flow of the warp knitting machine.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the warp let-off device needs to be automatically let-off, the rotating speed sensor 36 detects the rotating speed of the connecting shaft 33, so that the tension condition of the warp let-off device is automatically detected, data are processed by the processor and respectively send instructions to the induction motor, the induction motor drives the shifting block 38 to rotate, the shifting block 38 is meshed with the shifting groove 39 on the rotating wheel 28, so that the rotating wheel 28 is driven to rotate, the rotating wheel 28 drives the first rotating shaft 16 to rotate, the tension of the first disc head 6 can be adjusted, meanwhile, the processor sends instructions to the electric push rod 42, so that the electric push rod 42 drives the push plate 43 to move to one side, the connecting block 41 is pushed to move to one side along the sliding hole 40, and the connecting block 41 is connected with the sliding base 29, so that the tension adjustment of the second disc head 7 is performed.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.
