Technical Field

Background
The fruits and vegetables are main foods for human bodies to take vitamins, and researches show that people who often eat the fruits and vegetables have higher physical health state than people who do not like eating the fruits and vegetables, particularly in the aspect of preventing diseases, the fruits and vegetables also have irreplaceable effects, and the fruits and vegetables belong to good products in healthy diet. Although the fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrition, many people do not like to eat the fruits and vegetables directly, so that many families are equipped with juicing machines to solve the health problem.
The current fruit and vegetable juicing and extracting scheme is that a centrifugal juicer is adopted to rotate a cutter mesh at a high speed of thousands of revolutions per minute to crush fruits, strong centrifugal force enables fruit juice to flow into a juice cup, and fruit residues are thrown into a residue collecting barrel; or the food is repeatedly smashed by the stirrer through high-speed rotation by the blade at the bottom of the stirring cup under the action of water flow.
The above prior art solutions have the following drawbacks: the juice yield of the centrifugal juicer is general, the squeezed fruit residues are wet and are wasted, and little juice is squeezed out of the leaf vegetables with low water content or the particularly soft fruits; when the fruit and vegetable paste is used in a stirring mode, water needs to be added, and the crushed fruit and vegetable and juice are mixed together, so that pure fruit juice cannot be squeezed out, and only fruit and vegetable paste can be stirred out.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a fruit and vegetable juice preparation and processing system which has the advantages of increasing juice yield, effectively improving the utilization of fruits and vegetables to reduce waste, realizing the separation of crushed materials and juice of the fruits and vegetables and avoiding the occurrence of fruit and vegetable paste.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a fruit and vegetable juice preparing and processing system comprises a workbench, a rotating device, a supporting device, a material crushing device and a separating device, wherein the rotating device is arranged on the workbench and used for installing the material crushing device, and the supporting device is arranged on the workbench and used for installing the separating device;
the material crushing device comprises a stirring knife, a torsion motor, a lifting cylinder and a sealing cover, the lifting cylinder is arranged on one side of the rotating device, which is close to the workbench, and is downwards output, the torsion motor is arranged at one end of the lifting cylinder, which is close to the workbench, and the output end of the torsion motor is downwards arranged, the stirring knife is rotatably arranged at one end of the torsion motor, which is far away from the lifting cylinder, and the sealing cover is sleeved on the outer side of the lifting cylinder and is close to the torsion motor;

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the rotating device comprises a support frame, a support block, a fixed block, a hydraulic cylinder, a motor, a sheave, a drive plate, a spring rod II and a triangular block, the support frame is arranged on the workbench, the support block is arranged at one end of the support frame far away from the workbench, the hydraulic cylinder is arranged at one side of the support block far away from the workbench, the output end of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged downwards in a sliding way in a penetrating way through the support block, the fixed block is arranged at one end of the hydraulic cylinder close to the workbench, the sheave is arranged at one end of the fixed block close to the workbench, the drive plate is arranged at one end of the fixed block close to the workbench and is meshed with the sheave, the motor is arranged at one end of the fixed block far away from the workbench, the output end of the motor is arranged in a penetrating way through the fixed block and is, the electric push rod with the lifting cylinder all runs through fixed mounting on three hornblocks, and the output sets up down.

1. in the actual operation process, the fruit and vegetable crushed aggregates are crushed and extruded by the crushed aggregate device and the separation device, so that the fruit and vegetable crushed aggregates are separated from juice, and the fruit and vegetable paste is avoided;
2. in the actual operation process, the juice-extracting efficiency is increased, the utilization of fruits and vegetables is effectively improved, and the waste is reduced by matching the rotating device with the crushing device and the separating device;
3. in the practical operation process, the fruit and vegetable crushed pieces extruded into blocks are planed and loosened by the planing device, so that the crushed pieces and the separating device can repeatedly operate on the fruit and vegetable crushed pieces, and more juice can be squeezed out.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-6.
The invention relates to a fruit and vegetable juice preparing and processing system, which comprises a workbench 1, a rotating device 2, a receiving device 3, a crushing device 4 and a separating device 5, wherein the workbench is provided with a rotating mechanism and a rotating mechanism; the rotating device 2 is arranged on the workbench 1 and used for installing the material crushing device 4, and the bearing device 3 is arranged on the workbench 1 and used for installing the separating device 5.
The material crushing device 4 comprises a stirring knife 41, a torsion motor 42, a lifting cylinder 43 and a sealing cover 44, wherein the lifting cylinder 43 is arranged on one side of the rotating device 2 close to the workbench 1 and is arranged in a downward output mode, the torsion motor 42 is arranged at one end, close to the workbench 1, of the lifting cylinder 43, and the output end of the torsion motor is arranged in a downward mode; the stirring knife 41 is rotatably arranged at one end of the torque motor 42 far away from the lifting cylinder 43, and the shape of the stirring knife 41 in the embodiment is a combination of two upward and downward protruding blades, so as to obtain a crushing effect on fruits and vegetables in a large range; because some fruits and vegetables have large water content and can splash outwards in the process of crushing, the sealing cover 44 is arranged and sleeved outside the lifting cylinder 43 and is close to the torsion motor 42.
The separating device 5 comprises a steel cup 51, filter holes 52, a filter screen cup 53, an electric push rod 54, a splash-proof cover 55, a first spring rod 56 and an extrusion block 57, the filter screen cup 53 is placed in the bearing device 3 in an abutting mode, the cup opening is arranged towards the stirring knife 41, the steel cup 51 is placed on the bearing device 3 in an abutting mode, the cup body of the steel cup 51 extends into the filter screen cup 53, and the filter holes 52 penetrate through the bottom of the steel cup 51 and the side wall close to the bottom of the steel cup 51; in this embodiment, a plurality of fruits and vegetables are placed in the steel cup 51, when the fruits and vegetables are crushed, a part of juice flows out through the filtering holes 52, and the filtering mesh cup 53 is used for further filtering the flowing-out juice to ensure the separation of the crushed materials and the juice; the electric push rod 54 is arranged on one side of the rotating device 2 close to the workbench 1, the output end of the electric push rod is downward and is arranged adjacent to the material crushing device 4, the first spring rod 56 is arranged at one end of the electric push rod 54 close to the workbench 1 so as to achieve the buffer effect on the electric push rod 54 and prevent the electric push rod 54 from excessively extruding and damaging the steel cup 51, the extruding block 57 is arranged at one end of the first spring rod 56 close to the workbench 1, the extruding block 57 is circular and is convex on the spherical surface on one side close to the workbench 1, and a gap between the extruding block 57 and the inner wall of the steel cup 51 is small when the extruding block extends into the steel cup 51 so as to prevent the crushed materials and the juice from; in the embodiment, the extrusion block 57 descends to a certain height under the action of the electric push rod 54 to extrude the crushed fruits and vegetables, so that most of juice flows out of the steel cup 51 through the filtering holes 52 and enters the filtering mesh cup 53, and then the crushed fruits and vegetables are filtered by the filtering mesh cup 53 to separate the crushed materials from the juice; the splash cover 55 is sleeved on the electric push rod 54 and is arranged close to the squeezing block 57 to prevent juice from splashing and other impurities from falling.
The rotating device 2 comprises a support frame 21, a support block 22, a fixed block 23, a hydraulic cylinder 24, a motor 25, a grooved wheel 26, a driving plate 27, a second spring rod 28 and a triangular block 29, wherein the support frame 21 is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant metal and is vertically arranged on the workbench 1, the support block 22 is arranged at one end of the support frame 21 far away from the workbench 1, and one end of the support block 22 extends out of the upper part of the bearing device 3; the hydraulic cylinder 24 is fixedly installed on one side, far away from the workbench 1, of the supporting block 22, the output end of the hydraulic cylinder is slidably arranged through the supporting block 22 and downwards, and the fixed block 23 is arranged at one end, close to the workbench 1, of the hydraulic cylinder 24 so as to realize the lifting function of the fixed block 23; the grooved wheel 26 is arranged on one side of the fixed block 23 close to the workbench 1, the drive plate 27 is arranged on one side of the fixed block 23 close to the workbench 1 and is meshed with the grooved wheel 26, the motor 25 is arranged at one end of the fixed block 23 far away from the workbench 1, and the output end of the motor is rotatably arranged on the fixed block 23 and is coaxially connected with the drive plate 27 in a penetrating manner; the end of the grooved wheel 26 far away from the fixed block 23 is provided with a second spring rod 28, the end of the second spring rod 28 close to the workbench 1 is provided with a triangular block 29, the electric push rod 54 and the lifting cylinder 43 are fixedly arranged on the triangular block 29 in a penetrating way, and the output end of the electric push rod is arranged downwards; in the actual operation process, the motor 25 drives the driving plate 27 to rotate, namely the sheave 26 and the triangular block 29 connected with the sheave 26 rotate intermittently, and in the process of stopping, the hydraulic cylinder 24 drives the fixed block 23 and the device arranged on the fixed block 23 to lift, and in the process of lifting, crushing or other operations are carried out on fruits and vegetables in the steel cup 51.
The receiving device 3 comprises receiving frames 31, receiving funnels 32, receiving rings 33 and receiving buckets 34, the receiving frames 31 are arranged on the workbench 1, the number of the receiving frames 31 is preferably 4, the receiving funnels 32 are arranged at one ends, far away from the workbench 1, of the receiving frames 31 in a welding mode, the larger-caliber ends of the receiving funnels 32 are arranged upwards, the smaller-caliber ends are arranged downwards, the filter screen cups 53 are arranged at one ends, far away from the workbench 1, of the receiving funnels 32, and juice filtered by the filter screen cups 53 falls into the receiving funnels 32 and flows to the smaller-caliber ends; accept funnel 32 and keep away from one side of workstation 1 and install and hold ring 33, steel cup 51 is kept away from to place and is keeping away from one side of workstation 1 at holding ring 33, holds ring 33 and accepts funnel 32 screw joint, supplies steel cup 51 to contradict to place, also be convenient for placing and taking of filter screen cup 53, on work platform 1 was located to material collecting barrel 34, and material collecting barrel 34 bung hole was located and accepts the less one end of funnel 32 bore.
The combined type wood working machine further comprises a loosening device 6, wherein the loosening device 6 comprises a spiral worm 61 and a loosening motor 62, one end of the spiral worm 61 is rotatably arranged on one side, close to the working table 1, of the triangular block 29 in a penetrating mode, the other end of the spiral worm is arranged downwards, the loosening motor 62 is arranged on one side, far away from the working table 1, of the triangular block 29, and the output end of the loosening motor penetrates through the triangular block 29 and is coaxially connected with the spiral worm 61; in this embodiment the worm screw 61 is driven by the motor 25 to rotate and at the same time to extend into the steel cup 51 by the hydraulic cylinder 24, and agitates and shavings away the chaff pressed by the separating device 5 in the steel cup 51 for further crushing of the chaff device 4.
The torsion motor is characterized by further comprising a plurality of telescopic protective sleeves 7, wherein the plurality of telescopic protective sleeves 7 are sleeved on the outer side of the torsion motor 42 and the outer side of the spring rod to protect the torsion motor 42 and the spring rod from being damaged due to the influence of moisture or other impurities.

step two: the hydraulic cylinder 24 starts to ascend and drives the material crushing device 4, the separating device 5 and the loosening device 6 to ascend, at the moment, under the intermittent rotation action of the motor 25, the grooved wheel 26 and the driving plate 27, the separating device 5 rotates to be right above the steel cup 51 and stops, the hydraulic cylinder 24 drives the separating device 5 to descend until the splash-proof cover 55 is abutted against the cup mouth and stops, the electric push rod 54 drives the extrusion block 57 to descend and extrude to form fruit and vegetable blocks, so that juice in the fruit and vegetable blocks is extruded to flow into the filter screen cup 53 through the filter holes 52, and the separation of the juice and the crushed materials is further realized;
step three: the hydraulic cylinder 24 starts to ascend and drives the crushed material device 4, the separating device 5 and the loosening device 6 to ascend, at the moment, under the intermittent rotation action of the motor 25, the grooved wheel 26 and the driving plate 27, the loosening device rotates right above the steel cup 51 and stops, under the action of the hydraulic cylinder 24, the spiral worm 61 enters the steel cup 51, and meanwhile, the loosening motor 62 drives the spiral worm 61 to rotate so as to loosen the crushed fruit and vegetable materials which are extruded;
step four: and repeating the first step and the second step to extrude the residual juice in the crushed materials to the receiving barrel 34 so as to separate and extract the juice and the crushed materials in the fruits and vegetables to the maximum extent.
