The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring the present invention with unnecessary details, only the structures and/or processing steps closely related to the scheme according to the present invention are shown in the drawings, and other details not so relevant to the present invention are omitted.
It should be emphasized that the term "comprises/comprising" when used herein, is taken to specify the presence of stated features, elements, steps or components, but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, elements, steps or components.
It is also noted herein that the term "coupled," if not specifically stated, may refer herein to not only a direct connection, but also an indirect connection in which an intermediate is present.
The existing charging approval is based on road section charging, namely, the charging amount is fixed for each portal frame, so as to be compatible with the existing charging mode to the maximum extent.
Aiming at the problem that the label is not inserted in the card in the process of running an expressway, so as to cause abnormal fee deduction or failure in transaction, an ETC portal system carries out path reduction and rate calculation according to entrance station information, previous portal information and present portal information, generates a type of transaction record (entrance information exists in the ETC user card at the moment) under the condition that an ETC user card (ETC card for short) is inserted in the label or generates a type two transaction (the portal can read license plate and vehicle type information in an OBU vehicle information file, entrance information and user card information written in an OBU by an entrance ETC lane of a toll station and traffic transaction does not contain the TAC) under the condition that the ETC user card is not inserted in the label, counts the number of times of card-free accumulated times of the label, and writes the accumulated fee amount and the number of card-free times of the label into the OBU, carried by the OBU to the ETC exit lane. When the ETC vehicle reaches the ETC exit lane, the exit lane (exit lane antenna) can acquire the following information by reading the OBU and the user card: the method comprises the steps that information such as the first-class transaction accumulated amount of a user card, the OBU accumulated toll amount (the sum of the first-class transaction amount and the second-class transaction amount) and the number of times of card-free accumulation of a label is obtained, the amount is displayed on an exit lane, namely the whole-course toll amount, and the amount is used for deducting fees to generate transaction running water for uploading. In the portal system upgrading scheme, the charging information is written into the label and the user card at the same time, so that the charging information in the label and the user card is inconsistent due to the possible problems of successful label transaction and failed card, and the failure problem caused by the fact that the user card is not inserted is easy to occur.
The invention provides a charging method and a device of a portal system of a highway, and the scheme is a novel portal system upgrading scheme, label transaction is carried out according to a mode of sectional charging and one-time fee deduction, but only the label transaction is carried out, a user card is not operated, and the user card can be only used for fee deduction. That is, in the passing process of each road section of the expressway, the passing fee is recorded only by operating the vehicle-mounted label, and when the passing process is finished, the accumulated charging amount recorded in the vehicle-mounted label is acquired by the exit lane of the expressway to carry out uniform charging so as to prevent the problems that the label transaction is successful and the card fails.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps S101 to S103:
step S101: and receiving entrance lane information sent by a road side unit of an entrance lane antenna at an entrance of the expressway by an OBU (vehicle-mounted tag) of a vehicle, writing the entrance lane information into an entrance information field in a first data structure of the vehicle-mounted tag and the ETC user card, and clearing an accumulated charging amount field for recording the accumulated charging amount in the first data structure.
In order to ensure that the highway entrance lane information is effectively read in the whole process, when a vehicle drives to the highway entrance lane and enters a communication range with the entrance lane, the highway entrance lane information can be only sent to the vehicle-mounted tag through the entrance lane antenna so as to be written into a storage file of the vehicle-mounted tag. Because the OBU is continuously operated, the working state is stable, communication can be kept smooth under non-extreme conditions, and the information of the highway entrance lane can be received and written at any time.
When the ETC vehicle runs through the entrance lane to go high speed, the state of an inserted label of the user card needs to be kept, and when the OBU is inserted with the card, the OBU also writes entrance lane information into the user card and feeds back write confirmation information indicating whether the entrance lane information is successfully written into the user card to the road side unit. Under the condition that the entrance lane information writing confirmation information indicates that the ETC user card is successfully written, the road side unit can send normal driving indication information to the background, so that the background can control the automatic lifting railing to lift up and release, and the vehicle enters high speed through the entrance lane.
Under the condition that the entrance lane information writing confirmation information indicates failure in writing the ETC user card, the road side unit can send corresponding prompt information to the background, and then the background can control the automatic lifting railing to intercept and enter a manual processing mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the entrance lane information is written into the entrance information field, and meanwhile, the accumulated charging amount field for recording the accumulated charging amount in the first data structure is cleared, so that the accumulated cost of the road section passing from the entrance lane can be accurately calculated.
In the charging scheme of the existing portal system, the entrance lane information is written into the vehicle-mounted label freely, namely freely, the entrance lane information is written into the vehicle-mounted label freely, and the entrance lane information is at risk of being tampered outside the system, so in the embodiment of the invention, the first data structure for storing the file adopts an EF03 file structure defined in ETC user card data specifications (for example, see the technical requirement for electronic toll collection on toll road networking printed in the office of the transportation department), namely, an EF03 file is adopted to record the charging information and the entrance lane information in the vehicle-mounted label, and the file needs key authentication to write the information, namely, the maintenance key DAMK u \ is appliedDF01Line protection (plaintext + MAC) is performed, so that the safety is further guaranteed.
Although the EF03 file is a file structure reserved for industry applications predefined by the ETC user card standard specification, and the basic definition of the EF03 file is given in the specification, as shown in table 1, the E03 file is not actually applied, and is not applied to portal system charging. In the embodiment of the present invention, the fields in the EF03 file are extended, that is, the specific fields are defined complementarily, and the complementary fields are shown in table 2.
TABLE 1 Definitions for the EF03 file are given in the Standard Specification
Figure BDA0002663418270000061
As can be seen from Table 1, in the basic definition, in addition to the definition of the file type, the file size, the file protection mode (DAMK)_DF01Line protection), there are 512 bytes, etc. reserved.
TABLE 2 EF03 file structure after extended definition in the embodiment of the present invention
Figure BDA0002663418270000062
As shown in table 2 above, the embodiment of the present invention defines many fields in the structure of the EF03 file. Among them, the entrance lane information field described above may include an entrance toll road network number field and an entrance toll station number field. The exit toll road network number field and the exit toll station number field may be used as the exit lane information field. Furthermore, as shown in table 2, the data structure of the EF03 data file may also include all or some of the following fields: entrance time, exit time, entrance state, exit state, accumulated charging amount, accumulated number of passing provinces, vehicle type, license plate number and the like. The above extended fields are only examples, and the extended fields may include more and less fields than those in table 2, in addition to the entrance lane information field, the cumulative charge amount field, and the exit lane information field. When information is written into these fields of the EF03 file of the car tag, line protection is performed using the application maintenance key DAMK (plaintext + MAC).
In addition to the information recorded in the file structure of EF03, other information stored in other file structures in the car tag may refer to the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein since it does not belong to the improvement point of the present invention.
Step S102: during the running process of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted tag receives the charging amount indicating information from the road side unit of each middle portal frame between the entrance lane antenna and the exit lane antenna, updates the accumulated charging amount representing the distance between the entrance lane and the current charging point (such as the portal frame) in the accumulated charging amount field based on the charging amount indicating information, and does not write the accumulated charging amount into the ETC user card.
In this step, when the vehicle travels to the communication area of the middle portal frame between the entrance lane and the exit lane, the vehicle-mounted tag can communicate with the road side unit on the middle portal frame, the middle portal frame can acquire entrance lane information, previous portal frame information, current portal frame information and the like through the communication between the portal frame system and the vehicle-mounted tag, the road side unit of the middle portal frame can perform path reduction and rate calculation based on at least part of the entrance lane information, the previous portal frame information, the current portal frame information and the like to generate the charging amount of the current road section and send the charging amount to the vehicle-mounted tag, the vehicle-mounted tag can write the received accumulated charging amount of the charging amount into the accumulated charging amount field in the OBU storage file, or the road side unit can acquire the accumulated charging amount information from the vehicle-mounted tag and accumulate the charging amount of the current road section to the acquired accumulated charging amount, and calculating and generating the accumulated charging amount from the entrance lane to the current portal, directly sending the accumulated charging amount to the vehicle-mounted label, and writing the accumulated charging amount into an accumulated charging amount field of the vehicle-mounted label.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accumulated charging is carried out on the sum of the corresponding fee deduction instead of each real-time fee deduction, and the fee is uniformly deducted from the exit lane. Further, since the accumulated charging amount obtained based on the charging amount of each link is written only in the vehicle-mounted tag without being written in the ETC user card, the recording of the accumulated charging amount and the charging amount is not affected even if the ETC user card is not inserted or inserted.
Step S103: and receiving the exit lane information and the charging amount indication information from a road side unit of an exit lane antenna by the vehicle-mounted label at the exit of the expressway, writing the exit lane information into an exit information field in a first data structure of the vehicle-mounted label and the ETC user card, updating the accumulated charging amount in the accumulated charging amount field based on the charging amount indication information, and deducting the fee from the ETC card by taking the accumulated charging amount as the accumulated deduction amount, writing the accumulated charging amount into a background transaction flow, and uploading the accumulated charging amount to a road section center if uploading the accumulated charging amount.
More specifically, when the vehicle arrives at the exit lane of the highway, the vehicle-mounted tag may return entry lane information, accumulated charging amount, and identification information of the vehicle-mounted tag (such as a vehicle-mounted tag identifier or a corresponding user identifier) to the exit lane roadside unit through interaction between the antenna of the exit lane and the vehicle-mounted tag, and the exit lane may generate a driving transaction record based on the acquired entry lane information, information in the accumulated charging amount field, the identification information of the vehicle-mounted tag, and the like, so that the exit lane roadside unit transmits the driving transaction record to the background to realize fee deduction of an account corresponding to the identification information of the vehicle-mounted tag.
The exit lane may transmit the billing amount related to the current road section or the total accumulated billing amount of the whole road section from the entrance to the exit and exit lane information to the OBU, because the fee deduction is performed from the ETC user card in the exit lane, the lane exit information needs to maintain the state of the inserted tag of the user card in addition to writing the vehicle tag. The accumulated charging amount obtained based on the charging amount of all the road sections from the entrance to the exit is not only written into the vehicle-mounted label, but also displayed at the exit as the accumulated deduction amount and deducted from the ETC user card, and the deduction is carried out from the related account by using the accumulated deduction amount, so that the transaction flow is generated and uploaded.
And under the condition that the OBU is inserted with the card, the OBU also writes the exit lane information into the user card and feeds back write confirmation information indicating whether the exit lane information is successfully written into the user card to the road side unit. Under the condition that the exit lane information writing confirmation information indicates that the ETC user card is successfully written, the road side unit can send normal driving indication information to the background, so that the background can control the automatic lifting railing to lift up and release, and the vehicle can exit at a high speed through the exit lane.
Under the condition that the exit lane information writing confirmation information indicates failure in writing the ETC user card, the road side unit can send corresponding prompt information to the background, and then the background can control the automatic lifting railing to intercept and enter a manual processing mode.
The fee deduction method based on the portal system can safely and quickly realize the charging and fee deduction of the highway, prevent the fee omission caused by card insertion and effectively improve the data security.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle toll (the charging amount) is calculated, the vehicle toll can be calculated by combining the specific model of the vehicle, the toll of large freight vehicles and special engineering vehicles is higher, and the toll of household small vehicles is low. Therefore, in some embodiments, the portal transaction antenna also reads the vehicle model information in the OBU storage file for calculating the corresponding billing amount, and updates the cumulative billing amount field of the EF03 file of the OBU after the calculation is completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fields such as the entrance lane, the exit lane, the accumulated charging amount and the like in the vehicle-mounted label are written by the maintenance key, so that the data can be effectively prevented from being falsified, and the transaction safety performance is greatly enhanced.
The portal antenna may fail to write into the OBU due to communication failure or signal interference, and the like, so that the charging amount of one or more road sections is not written into the vehicle-mounted tag, and the total recorded toll is less than the actual toll. In this case, the drive test unit of the portal or the lane controller of the exit lane of the expressway may also determine whether there is a missed-charging section based on the following procedure.
Step S2021: the lane control machine acquires portal identification information of each road section recorded in the OBU or portal identification information of the previous road section; when the identification information of the portal is that the OBU passes through each road section, the portal transaction antenna of each road section is written into the OBU.
The last portal identification information recorded in the OBU can be acquired by the drive test unit.
Step S2022: and the lane control machine fits a driving path according to the identification information of the portal frame, and checks the number of the portal frames for missing transaction according to the fitted path and the charging portal frame information recorded by the background of the portal frame system to obtain a corresponding missing charging road section.
The charging portal information recorded by the background can include the charging portal identification and the position relation contained in each path.
Specifically, the lane control machine may determine whether a billing portal still exists between the entrance and the exit based on the recorded billing portal information and the fitted driving path, and if so, determine that there is a missing billing section.
The method may further include determining, by the drive test unit of the portal, whether a charging portal still exists between the previous portal and the current portal based on the recorded charging portal information and the fitted driving path, and if so, determining that a missing charging road section exists.
Step S2023: and carrying out supplementary charging on the cost according to each missed charging section.
If the missing charging sections exist, the charging amount corresponding to each missing section can be accumulated to the accumulated charging amount field and the accumulated deduction amount field of the user card.
In this embodiment, the number of the portals with missed transactions and the corresponding road section information are checked by acquiring the effectively recorded portal identification information and performing path fitting. Illustratively, two reachable paths K1 and K2 are arranged between an entrance lane M and an exit lane N of the expressway, a portal transaction antenna A1, A2, B1, B2, B3 and A3 is arranged on a path K1, portal transaction antennas A1, A2, B4, B5, B3 and A3 are arranged on a path K2, and when portal identification information recorded in a vehicle-mounted tag of a vehicle is A1, A2, B1, B3 and A3, the vehicle can be fit to travel through the path K1, the transaction B2 is omitted, and further the cost of a road section corresponding to B2 is complemented.
In some embodiments, after the exit lane sends the driving transaction record to the fee deduction system, the method may further include:
and receiving the transaction result information returned by the fee deduction system, and writing the transaction result information into the vehicle-mounted label or providing the transaction result information to a terminal of a user.
The embodiment is to feed back the transaction result information in time so that the user can verify the transaction result information and guarantee fair transaction.
In some embodiments, before the driving transaction record is sent to the fee deduction system in the exit lane, as shown in fig. 3, steps S301 to S303 may be further included:
step S301: and acquiring the fee of the shortest path between the entrance and the exit based on the current information of the exit lane of the expressway and the information of the entrance lane of the expressway.
There may be multiple paths between the entrance and the exit, and the corresponding charges may not be consistent, and usually the shortest path charge is the lowest, so the lowest charge corresponding to the shortest path charge can be selected.
Step S302: when the calculated accumulated charging amount at the exit lane is not lower than the fee amount of the shortest path between the entrance and the exit, the driving transaction record can be generated according to the OBU identity identification information, the accumulated charging amount information and the highway entrance information, and the driving transaction record is sent to the fee deduction system.
Step S303: when the accumulated charging amount is lower than the entrance/exit shortest path fee amount, alarm prompt can be performed.
Therefore, the condition that the cheating behavior omits fee deduction can be prevented, and whether the transaction information is written abnormally and neglected or not is checked. In the embodiment, reasonable omission caused by the failure of the portal transaction antenna is considered, and the set proportion is added on the basis of the expense of the shortest path of the entrance and the exit to avoid the reasonable omission and avoid misjudgment. The set proportion may be set according to the actual probability of failure.
In some embodiments, at the exit lane of the junction highway, the lane information of the exit lane of the current junction highway may be further written to the on-board tag as the entrance lane information of the highway of the next traffic zone.
In the exit lane of the provincial highway, since the vehicle immediately enters the next driving interval after completing the current driving interval, in order to ensure the integrity of the transaction information of the next driving interval, the lane information of the exit lane of the provincial highway is synchronously written into the vehicle-mounted label as the entrance lane information of the highway of the next driving interval.
In one embodiment, in combination with the OBE-SAM card file structure, the charging method based on the highway portal system includes the following procedures:
1) and the ETC entrance lane only operates the vehicle-mounted label, writes entrance information into an EF03 file, and clears the charging information field of the EF03 file.
2) The portal system only operates the tag, calculates the charging amount of the road section according to the vehicle type information in the tag, reads the accumulated charging amount in the tag, calculates the new accumulated charging amount and writes the new accumulated charging amount into the tag.
3) And the ETC exit lane only operates the tag, reads the accumulated charging amount in the tag, generates a transaction record according to the accumulated charging amount, and transmits the transaction record to the background to deduct the fee of the account corresponding to the vehicle-mounted tag.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps of the method are implemented.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the above method.
In summary, the charging method and device based on the highway portal transaction antenna provided by the invention adopt a way of charging uniformly by sections, in the vehicle driving process, the portal transaction antenna only writes the charging amount into the vehicle-mounted tag, and uniform reading and charging are carried out when the vehicle reaches the exit lane of the highway, so that the missed transaction caused by the fact that a user card is not installed or equipment is failed in the passing process can be prevented. Meanwhile, the portal identification information is acquired at the exit lane of the expressway, so that road sections with the missed transaction information can be quickly checked, and the expense compensation is carried out. And meanwhile, the key encryption processing is carried out on the vehicle-mounted label so as to improve the safety of the transaction information.
