Abstract
The embodiment of the application discloses head-mounted display device includes dresses subassembly, battery pack, bracket component, electronic component and optical component. Background
With the pursuit of people for living of materials being higher and higher, people have more and more demands on video experience. At present, when people mostly use electronic devices such as mobile phones or tablet computers to watch files such as videos, the electronic devices are inconvenient to use, for example, people feel tired after holding the electronic devices for a long time, video images are not large enough, and the head-mounted display device is a new product.

A head-mounted display device is provided that can be used to view multimedia content.
The embodiment of the application provides a head-mounted display device, including wearing subassembly, battery pack, bracket component, electronic components and optical components. The wearing assembly comprises a first part and a second part connected with the first part; the first portion and the second portion together form a structure for wearing by a user; when the wearing assembly is worn by a user, the first part and the second part face to two opposite sides of the user respectively. The battery pack is arranged on the second part, and the bracket component is detachably arranged on the first part. The electronic assembly is arranged on the bracket assembly and is electrically connected with the battery assembly; the electronic component is used for playing the multimedia file. The optical assembly is detachably arranged on the bracket assembly and is opposite to the electronic assembly, and the optical assembly is used for presenting the multimedia file played by the electronic unit.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
In this application, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can include, for example, fixed connections, removable connections, or integral parts; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a head-mounted display device 100 for displaying multimedia contents such as videos and images, and being worn on the head of a user, so that the user can conveniently view the multimedia contents. The head-mounted display device 100 includes a wearing component 10, a battery component 20, a bracket component 30, an electronic component 40, and an optical component 50. The battery assembly 20 and the support assembly 30 are both disposed on the wearing assembly 10, the electronic assembly 40 and the optical assembly 50 are both connected to the support assembly 30, and the electronic assembly 40 is used for playing multimedia contents. The optical assembly 50 is disposed opposite the electronic assembly 40 and is used to present multimedia content played by the electronic assembly 40. The wearing assembly 10 is formed with a structure for wearing by a user, and the battery assembly 20 and the bracket assembly 30 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the wearing assembly 10.
When the wearing assembly 10 is worn on the head by a user, the battery assembly 20 is located at the hindbrain of the user, the support assembly 30, the electronic assembly 40, and the optical assembly 50 are all located on one side of the forehead of the user, and the optical assembly 50 faces the eyes of the user, so that the user can observe multimedia contents played by the electronic assembly 40 through the optical assembly 50. At this moment, the battery assembly 20 and the bracket assembly 30 are respectively located at the hindbrain and the forehead of the user, so that the overall weight of the head-mounted display device 100 is uniformly distributed, the comfort of wearing the user can be increased, the fatigue of the user during wearing is reduced, and the wearing experience of the user is improved.
As an example, the wearing assembly 10 may include a first portion 12 and a second portion 14 connected to the first portion 12, the first portion 12 and the second portion 14 together forming a structure for wearing by the user, for example, together forming a substantially annular structure for fitting around the head of the user. The first portion 12 and the second portion 14 are located on opposite sides of the overall structure of the wearing assembly 10, and the first portion 12 and the second portion 14 face opposite sides of a user when the wearing assembly 10 is worn by the user. For example, the first portion 12 is located generally at the forehead of the user and toward the front of the user, and the second portion 14 is located generally at the hindbrain of the user and toward the rear of the user. In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "first", "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the wearing assembly 10 may further include an adjustment portion 16 connected between the first portion 12 and the second portion 14, the first portion 12, the second portion 14, and the adjustment portion 16 collectively forming a structure for wearing by a user. Further, there may be two adjusting portions 16, two adjusting portions 16 are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the first portion 12, and two adjusting portions 16 are simultaneously respectively connected to two opposite ends of the second portion 14, in which case, the first portion 12, one of the adjusting portions 16, the second portion 14, and the other adjusting portion 16 are sequentially connected end to form a ring-shaped structure for being worn by the user. Further, the adjustment portion 16 may be an adjustable strap, and the second portion 14 may have a length adjustment mechanism 18 disposed therein, the adjustment portion 16 being coupled to the length adjustment mechanism 18 to allow a user to adjust the length of the adjustment portion 16 between the first portion 12 and the second portion 14 via the length adjustment mechanism 18 to thereby adjust the size of the wearing assembly 10 to accommodate different users.
The first part 12 comprises a first housing 121. In the present embodiment, the first housing 121 is substantially arc-shaped to match the forehead contour of the user. Further, the first housing 121 may be made of an elastic material (e.g., rubber, plastic, etc.), for example, the first housing 121 may be a plastic housing made of plastic with certain elasticity, so as to be elastically deformed to a certain extent, thereby improving the wearing experience of the user. As an embodiment, the first portion 12 may further include a first protection member 123, and the first protection member 123 is disposed on one side of the arc-shaped concave surface of the first casing 121, that is, the first protection member 123 is disposed on one side of the first casing 121 facing the second portion 122. In some embodiments, the first protector 123 may be attached to the first housing 121 by means of bonding. First protector 123 is made by elastic material or soft material (like the sponge), for example, first protector 123 can be the arc sponge piece of being made by the sponge, and it plays the cushioning effect between user's forehead portion and first casing 121, can increase the comfort that the user wore, improves user's wearing experience.
In one embodiment, when the first part 12 is used to connect to the bracket assembly 30, the connection structure between the first part 12 and the bracket assembly 30 can be an insertion structure, that is, the first part 12 and the bracket assembly 30 can be connected and mounted together by insertion, so as to improve the efficiency of assembly. Referring to fig. 3, the first portion 12 may further include a first insertion portion 125, and the first insertion portion 125 is used for being inserted into the support assembly 30 to connect the wearing assembly 10 and the support assembly 30. The first inserting portion 125 is disposed on a side of the first casing 121 away from the first protection member 123 and protrudes relative to the first casing 121. In the present embodiment, the first inserting portion 125 and the first housing 121 are integrally formed. In some embodiments, the first plug 125 and the first housing 121 may be detachably assembled and connected. Further, a plug contact 127 may be disposed in the first plug portion 125, and the plug contact 127 is a conductive contact for realizing an electrical connection or a communication connection with the electronic component 40. In some embodiments, in order to stabilize the connection between the wearing assembly 10 and the bracket assembly 30, a plurality of screws may be further connected to the first insertion portion 125 of the wearing assembly 10 through the bracket assembly 30.
In one embodiment, the first plug portion 125 is connected to an edge of the first housing 121 and extends in a direction away from the second portion 14, and when the first plug portion 125 is inserted into the bracket assembly 30, the extending direction of the first plug portion 125 is substantially the same as the extending direction of the bracket assembly 30 (described in detail later in this specification). Referring to fig. 3, the first casing 121 further includes a first side 1211 and a second side 1213 disposed opposite to each other. In the present specification, it is defined that the first side 1211 and the second side 1213 are respectively located at the lower side and the upper side of the first casing 121, and the terms "upper" and "lower" are used herein to refer to the orientation of the headband display ornament 100 when being used by a user, specifically, the first side 1211 is located at a side of the first casing 121 relatively close to the eyes of the user (i.e., "lower" in the vertical direction), and the second side 1211 is located at a side of the first casing 121 relatively far from the eyes of the user (i.e., "upper" in the vertical direction). In the present embodiment, the first plug portion 125 is substantially cylindrical, and is connected to the first side 1211, and the extending direction of the first plug portion 125 extends along a straight line. The first insertion part 125 extends substantially in a horizontal direction when the headband display device 100 is worn by a user. It should be understood that the extending direction of the first plug portion 125 can be understood as the laying direction of the columnar structure thereof.
The second portion 14 includes a second housing 141, the second housing 141 also being used to mount the battery assembly 20. In this embodiment, the second housing 141 is substantially arc-shaped to match the contour of the hindbrain of the user. Further, the second housing 141 may be made of an elastic material (e.g., rubber, plastic, etc.), for example, the second housing 141 may be an arc-shaped plastic housing made of plastic with certain elasticity, so as to be elastically deformed to a certain extent, thereby improving the wearing experience of the user.
As an embodiment, the second portion 14 may further include a second protection member 143, and the second protection member 143 is disposed on one side of the arc-shaped concave surface of the second housing 141, that is, the second protection member 143 is disposed on one side of the second housing 141 facing the first portion 12. In some embodiments, the second protector 143 may be attached to the second housing 141 by bonding. The second protection member 143 is made of an elastic material or a soft material (e.g., a sponge), for example, the second protection member 143 may be an arc-shaped sponge block made of a sponge, which is used to buffer between the hindbrain of the user and the second housing 141, so as to increase the comfort of wearing the user and improve the wearing experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 4, as an embodiment, the second housing 141 is provided with a receiving portion 1410, and the receiving portion 1410 is located at a side of the second housing 141 away from the second protection member 143. The receiving portion 1410 is used to mount the battery assembly 20. Further, the receiving portion 1410 is substantially in a groove structure so as to limit the installation position of the battery assembly 20 and ensure that the second case 141 has a small volume and weight. Further, the second housing 141 includes a main body 1411, a first stopper 1413, and a second stopper 1415. In the present embodiment, the main body portion 141 is a substantially arc-shaped block structure, which is used to constitute a main structure of the second housing 141. The first position-limiting portion 1413 and the second position-limiting portion 1415 are located on a side of the main body portion 1411 away from the second protection member 143, and the first position-limiting portion 1413 and the second position-limiting portion 1415 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the main body portion 1411 and protrude from the main body portion 141, so that the main body portion 1411, the first position-limiting portion 1413, and the second position-limiting portion 1415 together form an accommodating portion 1410 with a substantially groove structure.
In some embodiments, the accommodating portion 1410 is not limited to a groove structure, and may be only a space limited by the first and second position limiting portions 1413 and 1415 and used to mount the battery assembly 20. For example, the first position-limiting portion 1413 and the second position-limiting portion 1415 are disposed on the main body portion 1411 at intervals, a space between the first position-limiting portion 1413 and the second position-limiting portion 1415 is defined as the accommodating portion 1410, and the battery assembly 20 is mounted in the accommodating portion 1410. In the present embodiment, the main body portion 1411, the first position-limiting portion 1413 and the second position-limiting portion 1415 are integrally formed, and in some embodiments, the main body portion 1411, the first position-limiting portion 1413 and the second position-limiting portion 1415 may be assembled.
In one embodiment, the second portion 14 further includes a clamping structure 145, and the clamping structure 145 is disposed on the second casing 141 and is used for detachably clamping and matching with the battery assembly 20 to connect the second portion 14 and the battery assembly 20. Further, the latch structure 145 is disposed in the accommodating portion 1410 and connected to the body portion 1411. In this embodiment, the clamping structure 145 includes a boss 1451 and a hook 1453, the boss 1451 is connected to the body 1411 and protrudes from a surface of the body 1411, and the hook 1453 is disposed on an outer periphery of the boss 1451.
In one embodiment, the clamping structure 145 further includes a plurality of contacts 1455, and the contacts 1455 are used for electrical and/or communication connection with the battery assembly 20. Further, the boss 1451 is substantially a hollow structure, and a receiving groove (not shown) is disposed at a substantially middle position thereof, and the contact 1455 is disposed in the receiving groove. When the battery pack 20 and the snap structure 145 are snapped to each other, the battery pack 20 can be electrically connected to the contacts 1455.
As an embodiment, the second portion 14 may attract the battery assembly 30 by magnetic force. Further, the second part 14 may further include a first magnetic attraction member 147, and the first magnetic attraction member 147 is used for attracting the battery assembly 20 by magnetic force to guide the installation of the battery assembly 20 and stabilize the connection between the battery assembly 20 and the second part 14. The first magnetic member 147 can be a magnet, magnetic steel or magnet, etc. The position where the first magnetic member 147 is disposed is not limited. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, there are two first magnetic attraction pieces 147, and the two first magnetic attraction pieces 147 are respectively disposed on the first limiting portion 1413 and the second limiting portion 1415, that is, the two first magnetic attraction pieces 147 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the accommodating portion 1410, so as to apply a more uniform attraction force to the battery assembly 20. At this time, the clamping structure 145 may be located at a substantially middle position of the accommodating portion 1410, so as to clamp the middle of the battery assembly 20, and form a connection/absorption structure for three sections of the battery assembly 20 with the two first magnetic attraction pieces 147, which may improve the connection strength of the battery assembly 20.
The first magnetic element 147 can be exposed on the surface of the second casing 141, or can be accommodated in the second casing 141, and is not limited to the description in this specification. In some embodiments, the first magnetic member 147 may be disposed at other positions, for example, the main body 1411, and the like, and is not limited to the description herein.
The battery assembly 20 is detachably coupled to the second case 141. Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the battery assembly 20 is substantially in the shape of an arc block to match the arc profile of the second housing 141. The battery assembly 20 includes a battery body 22 and a retaining structure 24, where the battery body 22 constitutes a main component of the battery assembly 20, and the battery body may include a battery housing, a battery pack disposed in the battery housing, and a power management module, and details of the components are not repeated in this specification. The holding structure 24 is disposed on a side of the battery body 22 facing the main body portion 1411 of the second housing 141, and the holding structure 24 is used for being in holding fit with the clamping structure 145 to fix the battery assembly 20. In the present embodiment, the holding structure 24 is substantially a groove structure adapted to the engaging structure 145, the inner wall of the groove structure is provided with a hook 241, the hook 241 of the holding structure 24 and the hook groove 1453 of the engaging structure 145 are mutually held to realize the detachable connection between the battery assembly 20 and the second part 14; in some embodiments, the hook 241 is configured to be elastically compressible, so that the hook 241 can be easily engaged with and disengaged from the hook groove 1453. Further, the battery assembly 20 may also include contact pins 26, the contact pins 26 being disposed within the retaining structure 24 and adapted to electrically connect with the contacts 1455 of the second portion 14. When the battery pack 20 and the snap-fit structure 145 are snapped into each other, the battery pack 20 can be electrically connected to the contacts 1455 via the contact pins 26.
As an embodiment, the battery assembly 20 may be attached to the second portion 14 by magnetic force. Further, the battery assembly 20 may further include a second magnetic attraction element 28, the second magnetic attraction element 28 is disposed corresponding to the first magnetic attraction element 147 of the second portion 14, and the second magnetic attraction element 28 and the first magnetic attraction element 147 attract each other to fix the battery assembly 20. Similar to the first magnetic element 147, there may be two second magnetic elements 28, and two second magnetic elements 28 may be disposed at opposite ends of the battery body 22. It is understood that the second magnetic member 28 can be exposed to the surface of the battery body 22, and can also be accommodated in the battery body 22, which is not limited to the description herein. It is understood that in other embodiments, the second magnetic member 28 can be disposed at other positions, for example, at the middle of the battery body 22, and the like, and is not limited to the description herein.
In some embodiments, the first magnetic member 147 and the second magnetic member 28 can be made of a material with magnetism or a material capable of magnetic conduction, and are not limited to magnets, magnetic steel, etc. For example, the first magnetic member 147 and the second magnetic member 28 are both magnetic structures (such as magnets); alternatively, one of the first magnetic attraction element 147 and the second magnetic attraction element 28 is a magnetic structure (e.g., a magnet) and the other is a magnetic structure (e.g., iron), and the specific materials and structures of the two are not limited, so that the first magnetic attraction element 147 and the second magnetic attraction element 28 can be attracted by magnetic force. It is understood that when the first and second magnetic members 147, 28 are made of a magnetically conductive material (e.g., iron), they can be directly used as a component of the battery assembly 22, for example, as a housing or a bracket of the battery assembly 22.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the bracket assembly 30 is detachably connected to the first inserting portion 125 of the first portion 12, and the bracket assembly 30 is used for mounting the electronic component 40 and the optical component 50. In the present embodiment, the bracket assembly 30 includes a frame 32 and a second plug portion 34. The frame 32 is substantially rectangular frame, that is, the frame 32 is substantially rectangular frame with hollow structure, the second inserting portion 34 is connected to one side of the frame 32, and the second inserting portion 34 is detachably inserted into the first inserting portion 125. The second mating portion 34 is provided with mating contacts 341 (fig. 7), the mating contacts 341 being in contact with the mating contacts 127 to effect an electrical connection between the bracket assembly 30 and the first part 12.
In the present embodiment, the extending direction of the frame 32 is substantially the same as or substantially parallel to the extending direction of the first socket 125. In this specification, the extending direction of the frame 32 may be understood as the extending direction of the plane in which the frame 32 is located. The plane of the frame 32 may be understood as an extension plane of the rectangular structure of the frame 32, for example, when the rectangular structure of the frame 32 is substantially horizontally disposed, each side of the rectangular structure is disposed along a horizontal plane, and in this case, the plane of the frame 32 may be considered as a plane in which each side of the rectangular structure extends, that is, the plane of the frame 32 is a horizontal plane.
Referring to fig. 7, as an embodiment, the bracket assembly 30 further includes a supporting member 36, and the supporting member 36 is disposed at one side of the frame 32 and adjacent to the second inserting portion 34. The support 36 is used to support the forehead region of the user to further distribute the pressure of the head-mounted display device 100 against the head of the user. In the present embodiment, the support 36 includes a connection part 361 and a support case 363. The connecting portion 361 is connected to the frame 32 and protrudes toward the first portion 12. The supporting shell 363 is generally in the shape of an arc sheet, and is connected to a side of the connecting portion 361 facing away from the frame 32, and a concave side of the supporting shell 363 faces away from the connecting portion 361, that is, the concave side of the supporting shell 363 faces the forehead of the user to fit the forehead of the user. Further, the bracket assembly 30 may further include a third protection member 38, and the third protection member 38 is disposed on one side of the arc-shaped concave surface of the support case 363. The third protection member 38 is made of an elastic material or a soft material (such as a sponge), for example, the third protection member 38 may be an arc-shaped sponge block made of a sponge, which is used for buffering between the forehead of the user and the support shell 363, so as to increase the wearing comfort of the user and improve the wearing experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 8, the electronic assembly 40 is connected to the frame 32. In the present embodiment, the electronic component 40 is inserted into the hollow portion of the frame 32 and is fixedly connected to the frame 32. Since the electronic component 40 is inserted into the hollow portion of the frame 32, the structure of the head-mounted display device 100 can be made more compact. Further, the electronic assembly 40 may include electronic components such as a display, a control center, and the like. The display may be a liquid crystal display or other type of display for playing multimedia content. The control center may be a control circuit board or a control chip for controlling the operation of the head mounted display device 100.
In some embodiments, a distance sensor 39 is further disposed on the support 36, and the distance sensor 38 may be disposed on a side of the support housing 363 facing away from the frame 32, or may be disposed on a side of the third protection member facing away from the support housing 363. The detection direction of the distance sensor 38 is away from the frame 32 and is used to detect a shield in front thereof, for example, the distance of the forehead of the user to determine whether the head mounted display device 1000 is worn. The detection direction of the distance sensor is understood to be the direction in which it detects the transmission and reception of signals. The distance sensor 39 is electrically connected to the electronic assembly 40 to allow the electronic assembly 40 to control the operation of the display based on the detection data of the distance sensor 39. When the user does not wear the head-mounted display device 100, the distance sensor 39 does not detect any object within a corresponding distance, and at this time, the control center of the head-mounted display device 100 may consider that the head-mounted display device 100 is not worn by the user, and control the screen of the display to be in a screen-off or closed state; when the user wears the head mounted display device 100 and the forehead is attached to the third protector 38, the distance sensor 39 detects that there is an object, and the control center of the head mounted display device 100 determines that the head mounted display device 100 is worn by the user and controls the screen of the display to be lit.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the electronic component 40 is connected to the frame 32, it is connected to the mating contact 341, and the display surface 42 of the electronic component 40 is away from the first portion 12 and faces the optical component 50.
As an embodiment, the head-mounted display device 100 may further include a heat dissipation assembly 60, where the heat dissipation assembly 60 is disposed on a side of the electronic assembly 40 facing away from the display surface 42 thereof, that is, the heat dissipation assembly 60 is disposed on a side of the electronic assembly 40 facing away from the optical assembly 50. The heat dissipation assembly 60 is a heat dissipation structure integrated with the electronic assembly 40, and may be any one or combination of heat sinks, heat dissipation holes, or heat dissipation fans, for example, to dissipate heat from the electronic assembly 40 and make the structure of the head-mounted display device 100 more compact.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the optical assembly 50 is detachably connected to the bracket assembly 30 and disposed opposite to the display surface 42 of the electronic assembly 40. In the present embodiment, the optical assembly 50 includes a connecting frame 52 and an optical lens 54 connected to the connecting frame 52. The attachment frame 52 is detachably attached to the frame 32, wherein the attachment frame 52 may be attached to the frame 32 by magnetic force. For example, the optical assembly 50 may include a third magnetic element 56 (fig. 7), and the third magnetic element 56 is disposed on the connecting frame 52 and is configured to be attracted to the frame 32. At this time, the frame 32 may be made of a magnetically conductive material (e.g., iron, etc.). Or, a fourth magnetic attraction element 39 (fig. 7) may be disposed in the frame 32, and the third magnetic attraction element 53 and the fourth magnetic attraction element 39 attract each other by magnetic force, so as to realize a convenient detachable mounting structure of the optical assembly 50. Similar to the holding structure of the first magnetic member 147 and the second magnetic member 28, in some embodiments, the third magnetic member 53 and the fourth magnetic member 39 can be made of a magnetic material or a magnetically conductive material, and are not limited to magnets, magnetic steel, etc. The specific materials and structures of the third magnetic element and the fourth magnetic element are not limited, and the third magnetic element 53 and the fourth magnetic element 39 can be attracted by magnetic force, which is not described in detail herein.
In one embodiment, the magnetic force acting direction between the third magnetic element 53 and the fourth magnetic element 39 can be substantially perpendicular to the plane of the frame 32, that is, the magnetic force acting direction between the third magnetic element 53 and the fourth magnetic element 39 is substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the frame 32. At this time, when the head-mounted display device 100 is worn by a user, the plane of the frame 32 is substantially a horizontal plane, and the magnetic force acting direction between the third magnetic attraction piece 53 and the fourth magnetic attraction piece 39 is substantially along the vertical direction, so that the user can apply force along the vertical direction more easily when disassembling and assembling the optical assembly 50.
Further, in order to limit the direction of the magnetic force acting between the third magnetic element 53 and the fourth magnetic element 39, the connecting frame 52 may include a connecting surface 521 facing the frame 52, and the connecting frame 52 is stacked on a side surface of the frame 32 through the connecting surface 521, and the connecting surface 52 is substantially parallel to the plane of the frame 32. In this case, it can be considered that the connection surface 52 is substantially parallel to the plane of the frame 32, so as to ensure that the magnetic force acting direction between the third magnetic attraction piece 53 and the fourth magnetic attraction piece 39 is substantially along the vertical direction. Further, the third magnetic element 53 and the fourth magnetic element 39 can be disposed along the plane of the connecting surface 521.
The optical lens 54 is disposed on a side of the connecting frame 52 facing away from the frame 32. In this embodiment, the optical lens 54 is a transparent or reflective lens (e.g., a half-transparent and half-reflective lens), so that when the optical lens 54 reflects the multimedia content played by the electronic component 40, the user can also observe the real scene in front through the lens optical sheet 54, thereby implementing the visual experience of superimposing the virtual content on the real scene. The optical lens 54 has a reflective surface 541 facing the electronic component 40.
As an embodiment, the head-mounted display device 100 may further include a vision module 70, the vision module 70 may be disposed on the bracket assembly 30, and the vision module 70 is used for implementing a machine vision function or/and a shooting function of the head-mounted display device 100. Further, the vision module 70 is disposed on a side of the frame 32 facing away from the first portion 12. The vision module 70 includes a vision positioning unit and an image capturing unit. The vision positioning unit can be a binocular camera module and is used for tracking and positioning a target object. The image acquisition unit can be any one or combination of multiple RBG cameras and infrared cameras and is used for acquiring environment images.
In the head-mounted display device 100, when the wearing assembly 10 is worn on the head by a user, the battery assembly 20 is located at the back brain of the user, the support assembly 30, the electronic assembly 40 and the optical assembly 50 are located on one side of the forehead of the user, and the battery assembly 20 is used for supplying power to the electronic assembly 40 and the vision module 70, at this time, through the electrical connection between the contact 1455 and the contact pin 26, the battery assembly 20 can be electrically connected to the second portion 14, and the electrical connection between the second portion 14 and the first portion 14 can be realized through a wire, so that the power of the battery assembly 20 is transmitted to the plug contact 127 of the first portion 12, and then through the electrical connection between the plug contact 127 and the mating contact 341, the electrical connection between the first portion 12 and the support assembly 30 is realized. Since the electronic assembly 30 is electrically connected to the plug-in mating contacts 341 of the cradle assembly 30, the battery assembly 20 can be electrically connected to the electronic assembly 40 and power the electronic assembly 40 sequentially through the contacts 1455, the contact pins 26, the wires, the plug contacts 127, and the mating contacts 341.
As an embodiment, the wires are sequentially disposed in the first portion 12, the adjusting portion 16 and the second portion 14, and two ends of the wires are electrically connected to the plug contacts 127 and 1455 of the first portion 12 and the second portion 14, respectively. This makes it possible to simplify the electrical connection structure between the battery pack 20 and the electronic pack 20. The lead can be a built-in flexible circuit board, a flexible flat cable or an electric lead.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 again, the head-mounted display device 100 may further include a connection line 80, and two ends of the connection line 80 are electrically connected to the plug contact 127 of the first portion 12 and the contact 1455 of the second portion 14, respectively, so as to electrically connect the battery element 20 and the electronic element 20. Further, the first part 12 may be provided with a first insertion hole 120, and the second part 14 may be provided with a second insertion hole 140, so that both ends of the connection line 80 are respectively inserted into the first insertion hole 120 and the second insertion hole 140. Further, the first inserting hole 120 may be disposed in the first housing 121 and electrically connected with the inserting contact 127. The second insertion hole 140 can be disposed in the second housing 141 and electrically connected to the contact 1455, and when two ends of the connection line 80 are respectively inserted into the first insertion hole 120 and the second insertion hole 140, the battery assembly 20 can be electrically connected to the electronic assembly 40 through the connection line 80.
Further, in order to hold the connection line 80, the wearing assembly 10 may also be provided with a holder 19. The retainer 19 may be one or more, and the retainer 19 may be disposed on any one or more of the first portion 12, the second portion 14, and the adjustment portion 16. In the present embodiment, the holder 19 is an annular structure 190 disposed on the adjusting portion 16, and the connecting wire 180 is disposed through the annular structure 190, so that the annular structure can display the extending path of the connecting wire 80. It is to be understood that, in the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.
In some embodiments, the connecting wire may be a non-detachable connection with the electronic components secured within the first and second portions.
In summary, in the head-mounted display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, when the wearing assembly 10 is worn to the head by the user, the battery assembly 20 is located at the back brain of the user, the support assembly 30, the electronic assembly 40 and the optical assembly 50 are all located at one side of the forehead of the user, and the optical assembly 50 faces the eyes of the user, so that the user can observe the multimedia content played by the electronic assembly 40 through the optical assembly 50. At this time, the battery assembly 20 and the bracket assembly 30 are respectively located at the hindbrain and the forehead of the user, so that the overall weight of the head-mounted display device 100 is uniformly distributed, fatigue of the user during wearing can be reduced, and the wearing experience of the user can be improved.

Claims (10)
1. A head-mounted display device, comprising:
a wearing assembly including a first portion and a second portion connected to the first portion, the first portion and the second portion together forming a structure for wearing by a user, the first portion being disposed opposite the second portion;
a battery assembly connected to the second portion;
a bracket assembly coupled to the first portion;
the electronic assembly is arranged on the bracket assembly and is electrically connected with the battery assembly, and the electronic assembly is used for playing multimedia files; and
and the optical component is arranged on the bracket component and is opposite to the electronic component, and the optical component is used for presenting the multimedia file played by the electronic unit.
2. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the second part is equipped with holding portion and joint structure, the joint structure set up in the holding portion, battery pack include battery body and connect in battery body's the structure of holding is held, battery body passes through hold the structure with the cooperation of joint structure joint is held to the card, and install in the holding portion.
3. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the second part comprises two first magnetic parts which are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the accommodating part; the battery pack comprises two second magnetic attraction pieces, namely a first magnetic attraction piece and a second magnetic attraction piece which are mutually attracted in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
4. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the clamping structure is internally provided with a contact, the clamping structure is internally provided with a contact pin, and the contact is electrically connected with the contact pin so that the battery component is electrically connected with the electronic component through the second part of the wearing component.
5. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the wearing component comprises a first plugging part arranged on the first part and a plugging contact arranged on the first plugging part; the bracket component is provided with a second plugging portion, a matching contact is arranged in the second plugging portion, the second plugging portion is connected with the first plugging portion in a plugging mode, and the plugging contact point is electrically connected with the matching contact.
6. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the head-mounted display device further comprises a connecting wire, the battery assembly is electrically connected with the second portion, the electronic assembly is electrically connected with the first portion, and the first portion and the second portion are electrically connected through the connecting wire.
7. A head-mounted display device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the bracket assembly includes a frame connected to the first portion and a support connected to the frame, the electronic assembly and the optical assembly being connected to the frame; the support is arranged on one side of the frame facing the first part and used for supporting a wearing part of a user.
8. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the optical assembly comprises a connecting frame and an optical lens connected to the connecting frame, the connecting frame is provided with a connecting surface, the connecting surface is adsorbed on the frame through magnetic force, and the connecting surface is parallel to the plane of the frame; the optical lens is arranged opposite to the electronic component.
9. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the support is provided with a distance sensor, and the detection direction of the distance sensor deviates from the frame; the distance sensor is electrically connected with the electronic component to allow the electronic component to control the display of the electronic component to work according to the detection data of the distance sensor.
10. The head-mounted display apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the frame is of a hollow structure, and the electronic assembly penetrates through the frame; the head-mounted display device further comprises a heat dissipation assembly, and the heat dissipation assembly is arranged on one side, away from the optical assembly, of the electronic assembly.
