Testing of termites: white ivy ant coptottermes for mosanus, worker ants and soldiers with uniform individuals are healthy and bred indoors for more than 1 week by masson pine blocks.

Test materials: a climatic chamber (German IRM technology), an electronic balance (Shenyang Longteng electronics Co., Ltd.), a water purifier (Chengdu super pure technology Co., Ltd.), a constant temperature drying chamber (Shanghai Lang gan Experimental facilities Co., Ltd.), a volumetric flask, a petri dish, an analysis filter paper, a pipette gun, an ophthalmic forceps, etc.
The test method comprises the following steps: placing the wood blocks (1 x 1cm) in a constant-temperature drying oven, keeping at 60 + -1 deg.C for 24 hr, taking out, weighing, and keeping; taking 48g (60ml) of 75% alcohol in a 100ml beaker, weighing chlorantraniliprole according to the mass fractions of 5000, 3750 and 2500mg/kg in the beaker, and stirring to fully dissolve the medicament; soaking the wood block (1 x 1cm) in a beaker, and sealing the beaker with a sealing film; taking out the wood blocks after 24h, weighing, and placing for 3 d in an indoor environment until the alcohol is completely volatilized; the test device adopts 3 PVC round cups with the inner diameter of 50mm and the height of 50mm, and the parts 5mm away from the bottom are connected by glass tubes with the inner diameter of 6mm and the length of 50 mm. Before the test, fine sand with the thickness of 5mm passing through a 250-micron sieve is respectively paved in three round cups of the test device and is moistened by adding water. In the experiment, each treatment group has different toxicity effects on the termites.
