In some embodiments, fruits and vegetables are pre-cooled to a temperature suitable for storage, then are placed in the storage and transportation sub-warehouse, a plurality of storage and transportation sub-warehouses for storing fruits and vegetables of the same kind are stacked in the storage and transportation mother warehouse, an air conditioning system of the storage and transportation mother warehouse is opened, air conditioning fresh-keeping is started, and only the storage and transportation mother warehouse works, so that energy consumption is reduced.
In other embodiments, when the storage sub-warehouse needs to be moved away from the storage mother warehouse, a refrigerating system, an air conditioning system and the like of the storage sub-warehouse are started, the air conditioning fresh-keeping is continued, and the storage life of fruits and vegetables is prolonged and the quality of the fruits and vegetables is ensured in the long-distance transportation process.
In some alternative embodiments, the mother and child storage 1, 14 further comprise airtight and heat-insulating means fitted inside the mother storage 1, comprising an aerogel layer 3, said aerogel layer 3 being fixed on the inner wall of the mother storage 1.

In some alternative embodiments, the storage and transportation mother warehouse 1 and the storage and transportation child warehouse 14 are both provided with airtight doors 2, and the airtight doors are provided with observation windows 19; the airtight door 2 is also provided with an electronic lock 21, the electronic lock 21 is connected with the upper computer 33, receives a door opening instruction sent by the upper computer 33, and opens the airtight door 2.

In order to improve the quality of fruits and vegetables stored in the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping container and improve the intelligent centralized control level of a unit, the invention designs a set of controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping container environment factor real-time intelligent cloud control system which takes an intelligent gateway and cloud service as an upper computer and Siemens S7-200 bus modules as execution ends, realizes the data acquisition of multi-path analog quantity signals of temperature, humidity, oxygen, ethylene and carbon dioxide gas concentration, and realizes the automatic control of the operation working conditions of execution mechanisms such as a refrigerating system, a humidifying system, a pressure balance mechanism and the like.
The control system provides a complete scheme and a development platform for solving the actual problem for users, and can complete functions of on-site data acquisition, real-time and historical data processing, alarming, flow control, animation display, curve and report output and the like. The control system comprises a monitoring module, a process flow module, a parameter setting module, a data display module, a data checking module and an alarm module. The interface can display the gas transmission state, the working state of the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, and the like, namely, whether the equipment is closed or opened, and the parameters such as the current working threshold value. When multiple freezer rooms are used and monitored simultaneously, alternative spot checks and displays are typically selected.
And the parameter setting module is used for firstly setting a parameter value to be detected and an allowable deviation value and finally setting acquisition interval time. The allowable deviation value is reasonably set according to different parameters and equipment, if the setting range is too small, frequent opening and closing of the equipment can be generated, and the service life of the equipment is greatly shortened; if the setting range is too large, the air conditioning and refrigerating effects of the refrigerator will be lowered. The general accuracy requirements are shown in table 1, while the interval time should be as short as possible for the accuracy of the detection. But the typical time interval is chosen to be 600ms due to factors such as the power of the pump and the path length of the gas flow and the erection resistance of the gas flow.

FIG. 8 illustrates one embodiment of a workflow of the control system parameter setting module of the present invention.
If the temperature or the gas concentration monitored in real time exceeds the preset range, the system can automatically make corresponding adjustment, the automatic adjustment is unsuccessful, and the alarm module is started to prompt a worker to take manual treatment. For example, if the oxygen concentration is higher than the set range, the automatic monitoring system increases the flow rate of the low-oxygen gas, so that the oxygen concentration in the refrigerator reaches the requirement in the shortest time. If the parameters are still unqualified after a certain adjustment time, the system or the equipment is indicated to be faulty, and the system or the equipment can only be manually processed by staff, and other parameters are also indicated to be unqualified.
Data storage typically uses a MSSQL database. If historical data is required to be checked in experimental study, starting a data checking module, selecting the number and the time period of the to-be-checked storage and transportation warehouse, and displaying the data in a manner of selecting a column diagram or a line diagram after confirmation. In addition, the invention can also check the staged historical alarm data, so that the irrational degree of the setting of the design or parameter allowable deviation in certain aspects can be summarized according to the frequency of the alarm, and the control system is further modified, so that the intelligent monitoring system achieves the most perfect effect in a specific refrigeration house.
The invention also provides a preservation method based on the fruit and vegetable preservation storage and transportation warehouse, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Starting a control system, and setting environment parameters suitable for storing fruits and vegetables;
(2) Starting a refrigerating system, and reducing the environmental temperature in the storage and transportation mother warehouse; the electric box is used for controlling the shutdown and the recovery operation of the refrigeration system, so that the temperature in the storage and transportation mother warehouse is kept within the range of (set temperature +/-2); the fruits and vegetables which are pre-cooled to a proper temperature are placed in a storage and transportation warehouse, and an airtight door is closed, so that the storage and transportation warehouse is in an airtight state;
(3) Starting an air conditioning system of the storage and transportation mother warehouse, and entering each storage and transportation child warehouse through an air inlet pipe to perform air conditioning;
(4) The pressure balance mechanism is operated to target air pressure, and the air pressure in the warehouse is kept unchanged; the control system monitors the pressure difference value inside and outside the storage and transportation sub-warehouse in real time through a sensor, gives an alarm when the pressure difference value is larger than a safety value, and performs exhaust decompression treatment or emergency power-off treatment;
(5) Starting a humidifier through a control system during storage of fruits and vegetables to atomize fresh water; the control system queries the data sent by the sensor at regular time, controls the shutdown and the recovery operation of the humidifier, and keeps the humidity in the storage and transportation warehouse within a target range;
(6) Starting the water catalyst-photocatalyst integrated generator 12 through a control system during the storage of fruits and vegetables to perform sterilization treatment;
(7) When the control system detects that the concentration of carbon dioxide or oxygen or ethylene exceeds a preset value, opening each valve and the gas circulating pump to enable the gas in the storage and transportation warehouse to circularly flow; simultaneously starting an oxygen-carbon dioxide-ethylene removal integrated machine, reducing the concentration of components below a preset value, maintaining the stability of gas components in Chu Yunku, and then closing a circulating pump and valves;
(8) When the transportation is needed, the storage conveyer warehouse is transported to the cold chain transport vehicle, and the refrigeration system, the air conditioning system, the humidifying system and the sterilization system of the storage conveyer warehouse are started to carry out air conditioning fresh-keeping in the transportation process.
The different fruits and vegetables are preserved by using the storage and transportation warehouse provided by the invention, and the following data table 2 is obtained:

Table 2 shows that the fresh-keeping time of the modified atmosphere refrigerator is 3-5 times that of the refrigerator under the same fresh-keeping quality and temperature conditions.
The air conditioning system plays a role in monitoring and adjusting the overall temperature and humidity and the air components. The temperature is the most important storage environment condition, and affects various physiological and biochemical processes of fruits and vegetables and activities of microorganisms; the temperature is also closely related to other environmental conditions, so that the control of the temperature is always first noted in the storage and preservation. In addition, the relative humidity in the storage environment affects the transpiration of fruits and vegetables on the one hand and the activities of microorganisms on the other hand, so that when the storage humidity is actually controlled, the influence of both aspects must be comprehensively considered, and the main aspects of the analysis contradiction are considered to maintain the humidity at an appropriate level.
In addition, the composition of air has a great influence on the storage of fruits and vegetables, and the normal atmosphere contains about 21% of oxygen, 0.03% of carbon dioxide and 78% of nitrogen, and the other components are less than 1%. Changing air composition, properly reducing oxygen partial pressure or properly increasing carbon dioxide partial pressure has effects of inhibiting plant respiration intensity, delaying aging process, preventing water evaporation, and inhibiting microorganism activity. Meanwhile, better fresh-keeping effect can be obtained by controlling the content of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
The invention maintains the proper low temperature, and simultaneously, the invention is matched with the water catalyst sterilization and aerogel heat preservation sealing technology to reduce the oxygen content in the ambient gas and properly change the composition ratio of carbon dioxide and ethylene. Fruits and vegetables remain viable after harvesting, and the energy required for their vital activities is obtained by respiratory action to break down the nutrients accumulated during the growth phase. Therefore, the essence of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping is to reduce the respiration of fruits and vegetables so as to reduce the consumption of nutrient substances. The aim of reducing the respiration intensity as much as possible can be achieved by reducing the oxygen content and low-temperature storage necessary for respiration in the environment, so that the original natural texture, flavor and nutrition of fruits and vegetables can be better maintained in a longer storage period.
