When the manhole is opened:
the driving mechanism 3 drives the driving plate 12 to move reversely, the movable end of the air spring 13 gradually extends along with the driving plate 12, so that the driving plate 12 is driven to move in a direction away from the manhole seat ring 21, the driving plate 12 moves to drive the wedge-shaped block 24 to move, and the wedge-shaped block 14 moves upwards along the lower surface of the chute and gradually separates from the chute; the wedge block 14 can drive the manhole cover plate 11 to move upwards in the upward movement process, and finally the manhole cover plate 11 is completely separated from the manhole seat ring 21, and meanwhile, the telescopic spring 221 drives the lifting block 223 to reset through the self spring deformation; when the wedge block 14 moves to abut against the limiting block 16, the transmission plate 12 and the manhole cover plate 11 are integrally driven by the driving mechanism 3 to move transversely, and the manhole cover plate 11 gradually exposes out of the through hole of the manhole seat ring 21 in the transverse movement process, so that the purpose of opening the manhole is finally achieved.
