Claims (10)

1. A nozzle welding and positioning tool for a spray ring is characterized by comprising a base, a rotary frame, a middle supporting piece and a nozzle mounting piece;
the base is provided with a supporting plane for supporting and placing the spray ring;
the base is provided with a base radial direction and a base central axis which are used for corresponding to the radial direction and the central axis of the spray ring;
the revolving frame is rotatably assembled on the base around the central axis of the base which is arranged perpendicular to the supporting plane,
the middle supporting piece is assembled on the rotary frame in a pluggable mode along the radial direction of the base;
the nozzle mounting piece is assembled on the intermediate support piece in a manner of relatively moving along the radial direction of the base;
the nozzle mounting part is provided with a nozzle mounting hole for coaxially positioning and inserting the nozzle to be welded;
and the nozzle mounting hole and the central axis of the rotary frame keep a set included angle so as to ensure that the nozzle to be welded is welded and fixed on the spray ring at a set angle.

The nozzle welding positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to claim 3, wherein the nozzle mounting member is a closed bending member formed by bending a plate, the closed bending member has two insertion side arm sections which are oppositely spaced, the insertion holes are formed by two insertion hole sections which are correspondingly communicated and arranged on the two insertion side arm sections, the closed bending member further has two mounting side arm sections which are oppositely spaced, and the nozzle mounting holes are formed by two mounting hole sections which are correspondingly communicated and arranged on the two mounting side arm sections.

The nozzle welding and positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to claim 4, wherein the two insertion side arm sections extend in parallel along the extending direction of the central axis of the base, and the two installation side arm sections are obliquely arranged relative to the two insertion side arm sections.

The nozzle welding positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the intermediate support member is assembled on the rotary frame in a manner that the intermediate support member is inserted and pulled in the radial direction of the base through the insertion fit of the insertion hole and the insertion portion, one of the insertion hole and the insertion portion is arranged on the intermediate support member, and the other one of the insertion hole and the insertion portion is arranged on the rotary frame.
7. The nozzle welding and positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to claim 6, wherein the insertion hole is in insertion fit with the insertion part in a rotation stopping manner.
8. The nozzle welding and positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to claim 6, wherein at least two insertion holes or insertion parts are arranged on the rotary frame in sequence along the central axis of the base.

The nozzle welding and positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an indicator and an index plate which are used in cooperation to indicate a rotation angle of the turret relative to the base, wherein one of the indicator and the index plate is fixed relative to the base, and the other is arranged on the turret.

The nozzle welding and positioning tool for the nozzle ring according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the rotary frame is rotatably assembled on the base through a bearing structure, the bearing structure comprises a bearing inner ring and a bearing outer ring which are rotatably assembled together, one of the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring is fixedly assembled with the base, and the other one of the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring is fixedly assembled with the rotary frame.
