The core rod 120 is made of a composite material, for example, a glass fiber or aramid fiber is impregnated with resin and then is subjected to pultrusion, the composite material is more corrosion-resistant and lower in cost compared with a metal material of a traditional cross arm, and the weight of the insulating cross arm 10 can be reduced. The cross-sectional shape of the mandrel 120 may be square, circular, T-shaped, or i-shaped. The insulating layer 130 is coated on the core rod 120, the insulating layer 130 is made of silicon rubber material, and the silicon rubber material is coated on the periphery of the core rod 120 in an integral injection mode, so that the cost is low, the efficiency is high, of course, the coating mode can also adopt a die pressing process, and the silicon rubber insulating layer can be integrally formed. Meanwhile, the silicon rubber material has good aging resistance and hydrophobic migration performance, so that the probability of pollution flashover and rain flashover can be reduced, and the insulating layer 130 can be made of rubber materials in other forms. In this embodiment, the insulating layer 130 further includes a sheath and a shed disposed on the sheath at intervals. And the upper surface and the lower surface of insulating layer 130 are arc, and when the rainwater fell on insulating layer 130, the rainwater dropped along with curved silicon rubber surface, was favorable to the drainage, prevented that insulating layer 130 surface from influencing electric property because of ponding. Moreover, two grooves 131 (only the groove 131 on the upper surface is shown in the figure) are symmetrically formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the insulating layer 130 covering the periphery of the first core rod 121 along the axis of the insulating cross arm 10, the surface of the groove 131 is a plane, so that a jumper insulator (not shown in the figure) can be conveniently clamped, and the arrangement of the groove 131 can play a role in marking, so as to remind an installer that the jumper insulator can be installed at the groove 131. The first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are formed by pultrusion of glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin, of course, a die pressing or other forming method can be adopted, the preferred scheme is a pultrusion process, and the core rod formed by pultrusion has good mechanical property and electrical property and low cost. Meanwhile, the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 may have a circular, square, T-shaped, or i-shaped shape.
The connecting hardware fitting 110 and the two wire hanging hardware fittings 140 are formed by welding and are cast at one time, and the outer surfaces of the connecting hardware fitting 110 and the wire hanging hardware fitting 140 are required to be galvanized, so that the hardware fitting is prevented from being corroded, and the service life is prolonged. The connecting hardware fitting 110 formed by welding has a simple structure, a simple and convenient fixing mode, convenient material drawing and suitability for industrial application. The one-step casting forming wire hanging hardware fitting 140 is simple in structure, easy in forming mode, capable of being formed in one step for any complex structure, simple in process, high in efficiency and strong in designability.
S102: a seal portion is provided in the sleeve 111 of the link fitting 110 and sealed and fixed.
The sealing part comprises a first seal 113 and a second seal 114, the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are respectively positioned at two ends of the inner cavity of the sleeve 111 and positioned outside the two first mounting holes 112 on the axis of the insulating cross arm 10, and the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are metal plates or rubber pieces. A first seal 113 and a second seal 114 are respectively arranged in the inner cavities at two ends of the sleeve 111, and when the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are metal plates, the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are fixed in the inner cavity of the sleeve 111 by welding; when the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are rubber members, the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are respectively inserted into the inner cavities at the two ends of the sleeve 111, liquid glue is applied to the peripheries of the first seal 113 and the second seal 114, which are in contact with the inner wall of the sleeve 111, and the first seal 113 and the second seal 114 are kept still and cured to form a seal. Therefore, impurities such as external moisture cannot enter the inner cavity of the sleeve 111 through the first mounting hole 112, the end portions of the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 can be protected from corrosion, and the mechanical performance and the electrical performance of the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are ensured.
S103: one end of the first core rod 121 is fixedly connected with one end of the sleeve 111 in a sealing manner, one end of the second core rod 122 is fixedly connected with the other end of the sleeve 111 in a sealing manner, and the other end of the first core rod 121 and the other end of the second core rod 122 are fixedly connected with the two wire hanging fittings 140 respectively to form a piece to be coated.
The first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are fixedly connected with the connecting hardware fitting 110 and the wire hanging hardware fitting 140 in a crimping mode, so that the connection is reliable, the process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the cost is low. One end of the first mandrel 121 abuts against the first seal 113, and one end of the second mandrel 122 abuts against the second seal 114, so that the interface seal between the mandrel 120 and the link fitting 110 is ensured. In order to further ensure the interface sealing between the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 and the link fitting 110 and the wire fitting 140, before the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are respectively pressed against the link fitting 110 and the wire fitting 140, a sealing ring may be placed on the end portions of the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122.
In the present embodiment, the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are fixed to the link fitting 110 and the wire fitting 140 by crimping, and in other embodiments, the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are fixed to the link fitting 110 and the wire fitting 140 by gluing. Specifically, when the gluing fixing is adopted, glue is coated in the inner cavity of the sleeve 111 of the link fitting 110, and then the glue is buckled at one end of the first core rod 121 and one end of the second core rod 122, one end of the wire-hanging fitting 140 is also provided with a sleeve, glue is coated in the inner wall cavities of the sleeves at the ends of the two wire-hanging fittings 140, and then the glue is buckled at the other end of the first core rod 121 and the other end of the second core rod 122 respectively, so that the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are fixedly connected with the link fitting 110 and the two wire-hanging fittings 140 respectively through solidification. Or after the link fitting 110 is fastened to one end of the first core rod 121 and one end of the second core rod 122, glue is injected through glue injection holes arranged at the end portions of the link fitting 110, and finally the first core rod 121 and the second core rod 122 are fixedly connected with the link fitting 110 through curing, and the connection of the wire-hanging fitting 140 is performed in the same manner, which is not described again.
