The design mode enables the clean water tank and the sewage tank with larger weight to be positioned below the machine body, and the cleaning equipment can be prevented from inclining in the storage and use processes.
Fig. 4 to 7 are schematic views illustrating a foul water tank of a floor cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the foul water tank 10 includes an upper tank 100, a lower tank 200, and a fluid guide assembly 300, and the upper tank 100 and the lower tank 200 are separable in an up-down direction. A fluid inlet 210 is formed on a side wall surface of the lower case 200, an upper end of the fluid guide member 300 is connected to the bottom end 120 of the upper case 100, and a lower end of the fluid guide member 200 extends beyond a position corresponding to the fluid inlet 210 inside the lower case 200. That is, the lowermost edge of the fluid directing assembly 200 is lower than the lowermost edge of the fluid inlet.
Further, the waste water tank 10 may further include a filter assembly 400 and a floating assembly 500, the filter assembly 400 is disposed in the upper tank 100, the gas outlet 110 is further disposed on the top end surface of the upper tank 100, and the filter assembly 400 is disposed upstream of the gas outlet 110 and is capable of filtering the gas exhausted from the floor cleaning device. The floating assembly 500 is disposed in the lower case 200, and the floating assembly 500 includes a floating member 510 and a support frame 520. One end of the support frame 520 is connected to the bottom end 120 of the upper case 100, the other end of the support frame 520 extends to the inside of the lower case 200, the inside of the support frame 520 forms an upper chamber, and the floating member 510 is located inside the upper chamber. An air hole 521 is formed in the outer wall surface of the support frame 520, wherein the air hole 521 is located on the region of the support frame 520 except the rear surface.
When performing a cleaning work, for example, the brush body 40 of the floor washing device 1 is used to suck the floor wash, the wash enters the fluid inlet 210 of the waste water tank 10 from the floor through the pipeline, the fluid contacts the fluid guide member 300 at the front position thereof, and the fluid guide member 300 forms a barrier to the fluid, so that the fluid is rapidly guided to the bottom position of the lower tank 200. The gas enters the upper case 100 through the gas holes 521 of the support frame 520, passes through the filter assembly 400, and is discharged through the gas outlet 110. The floating member 510 may float up and down in the support frame 520, and when the water level reaches a certain level, the floating member 510 floats up to close the air inlet of the suction motor, thereby preventing fluid from entering the motor cavity and damaging the motor. The wastewater tank in other embodiments of the present invention may further include a fluid sensing part (not shown) for sensing fluid in the wastewater tank. The detection part can adopt a liquid level detection sensor which is arranged inside or outside the sewage tank. When the fluid detection part selects the liquid level detection sensor, if the liquid level detection sensor detects that the liquid level in the sewage tank reaches the maximum liquid level, after a liquid level signal is generated, the liquid level signal is sent to a controller of the cleaning equipment, and the controller controls the air suction motor to stop working.
Specifically, the fluid direction assembly 300 includes a longitudinal plate 310 and at least one transverse plate 320. The longitudinal plates 310 and the transverse plates 320 are connected to each other, and the width of the longitudinal plates 310 is not smaller than the width of the fluid inlet 210, thereby better guiding the fluid. The longitudinal plate 310 is positioned between the inner sidewall of the lower tank 200 and the floating assembly 500, and it can be said that the longitudinal plate 310 is disposed between the fluid inlet 210 of the lower tank 200 and the support frame 520. The upper end of the longitudinal plate 310 is connected to the bottom end 120 of the upper tank 100, and the lower end of the longitudinal plate 310, on the side facing away from the fluid inlet 210, is connected to the lateral plate 320. Preferably, the longitudinal plate 310 is an inclined plate-shaped member, that is, a lower portion of the longitudinal plate 310 is spaced apart from an inner sidewall of the lower case 200 by a distance greater than an upper portion of the longitudinal plate 310 is spaced apart from the inner sidewall of the lower case 200. So that the longitudinal plates 310 guide the fluid without causing resistance to the fluid entering the lower tank 200, that is, the lower portions of the longitudinal plates 310 are located farther from the inner sidewall of the lower tank 200, facilitating the fluid to be quickly introduced into the bottom of the lower tank 200 without significantly increasing the volume of the cleaning apparatus.
Further, the wall surface of the side of the longitudinal plate 310 facing the fluid inlet 210 is of a smooth structure, so that dirt in the fluid is prevented from adhering to the wall surface.
The lower end 311 of the longitudinal plate 310 extends toward the bottom of the lower case 200 beyond the junction of the floating member 510 and the support frame 520, near the bottom end of the floating member 510.
Wherein the lower end 311 exceeds the connection between the floating member 510 and the support frame 520 to prevent liquid from entering the support frame through the connection between the floating member 510 and the support frame 520. In addition, when the lower end 311 is close to the bottom end of the floating member 510, the fluid is prevented from contacting the floating member 510 during the dropping of the fluid into the bottom of the lower case.
The transverse plate 320 of the fluid guide assembly 300 is connected at one end to the side of the longitudinal plate 310 facing the floating assembly and at the other end to the outer wall surface of the support frame 520, thereby improving the strength of the longitudinal plate 310 when it is in contact with the fluid.
Preferably, a handle 220 may be further provided on an outer sidewall of the lower housing 200 to facilitate removal of the sump from the floor washing apparatus.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the fluid inlet is positioned on the side wall of the sewage tank and corresponds to the fluid guide assembly, when the fluid is contacted with the fluid guide assembly, the fluid can form a barrier, so that the fluid is quickly guided to the bottom position of the lower tank body; the fluid guide plate is an inclined plate body, and the distance from the lower end part to the side wall of the lower box body is greater than the distance from the upper end part to the side wall of the lower box body; the wall surface of the fluid guide plate facing the fluid inlet is smooth, so that dirt in the fluid is prevented from adhering to the wall surface.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and alterations to the embodiments of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application. Thus, such modifications and variations are intended to be included herein within the scope of this disclosure.
